Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn't even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she's very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!

Savanna & her mom were AMAZING as our day-of coordination team!! They always say you won't regret booking a coordinator for your wedding and we couldn't agree more! Savanna was very organized and we had no hesitations trusting her to help with every aspect of the wedding, from set-up to to take down at the end of the night! It was so wonderful having someone there to assist with the little things that would come up throughout the day so that my husband & I could just enjoy our day! You can really tell Savanna & her team have a passion for helping others execute their dream wedding & I would highly recommend them for your upcoming wedding!

big day got closer, I realized how many little tasks I needed someone to take care of so I wouldn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. When we chatted with Savanna before the wedding day, she seemed super organized and on top of things, I didn’t have to worry about her losing my info or forgetting things. She was timely and smart with thinking of things I didn’t even think of! They were both very friendly and had a calming personality which therefore made me feel calm anytime they had a question (which was very few times). One thing they did that was super helpful and they were knowledgeable in was coordinating getting my fiance and the bridal party to the ceremony area and then coordinating me to get to the ceremony area without them seeing me which was tricky!
