I was in search of someone who could partner with me to make our wedding dreams become a reality and WE FOUND THAT HERE! Amy and her team go to great lengths to make sure every part of the wedding is intentionally thought through. From meetings leading up to the wedding about all the details, welcoming and answering late night texts, sending encouraging messages, offering support the whole weekend of the event, Amy is one of a kind! We, as well as our guests, were in awe of the table scapes and decor of our event. Amy and her team were also just a dream to work with and are beautiful people inside and out. I cannot recommend Rustique Swan enough!

Rustique Swan was incredible to work with. Amy is so good at what she does, and we can't thank her and her team enough! We hired Rustique Swan for day of coordination and event design, and it was the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. First of all, not having to do any DIY projects, not having to worry about bringing anything to the venue, setup, take down, etc. – SO worth it. But more importantly, Amy’s setup and décor was better than I could have imagined. She brought my vision to life even though I didn't know exactly what my vision was at first. The details were perfect, and the event was absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments on how nice it all was from our guests. Amy was a dream to work with from start to finish. Her and her team made the big day flow so nicely and left me feeling stress free. RUN, don’t walk, to hire this team for your wedding!!!

Amy understood our vision and evolved her design as we continued to throw ideas at her. Her and her team curated the perfect setting - a mix of garden party with a touch of whimsy and steampunk. Her and John and their crew went above and beyond. Our guests always had something interesting to do or see in every corner and nook. They continue to rave about how the decor brought the event to life. Our wedding wouldn't have been so memorable without her artistic talents.

Amy and her team helped us create an absolutely beautiful bridal shower! Her attention to detail is remarkable. The flowers, table decor, mimosa bar, signage and other details were gorgeous and made the atmosphere so beautiful! She is an excellent communicator and listens carefully to ensure she can made your vision come to life! She has excellent suggestions to make the day smoother and more efficient for all! I loved collaborating with her and highly recommended her!!

I don't even know where to begin! Amy and the Rustique Swan team were probably the best last minute decision we could have made. We booked them late in the game and they were more than we ever could have hoped for. Amy and her team are thoughtful and extremely intentional with ensuring their couples feel special and their day is perfect. Amy worked with me on narrowing my vision for decor and communicated with our florist to ensure everything would work well together. She made sure to put our gifts, photos, and all extra touches in the bridal suite before she left to ensure we did not forget or lose anything. The team even created table numbers based on an idea I had to further make the vision come to life. Amy and her team are experts at the small details and made a large space look cohesive and beautiful. We did not hire Rustique Swan for day of coordination, but that did not stop them from answering many of the wedding questions I had or things that I needed clarification on. This team is absolutely amazing and really know how to design and curate the perfect wedding day!

Amy and her team at Rustique Swan were beyond amazing. Being a type A bride, I was hesitant to hand over wedding responsibilities but I am so happy I did. I discussed my vision with Amy and she brought it to life! It was like I hand picked everything myself, she understood my vision so well and really made our wedding a dream come true. I have recommended Rustique Swan to many of our friends who have also used them for their weddings. It’s been amazing to see how they are able to bring each couples vision to life to create the perfect day. There are NO words to describe how amazing the Rustique Swan Event team was for my daughter's New Year's Eve wedding!!! I literally had happy tears when I saw the reception room! It was stunning! The Kings Table was beyond perfection with the Mr. & Mrs. napkins, beautiful chargers and clocks set for midnight! They curated a gorgeous First Look room complete with sofa swags and intimate lighting, all of the decor was so classy and glam, perfect for the Midnight festivities!! Amy even orchestrated all of the vendors and coordinated with the venue! What more can you ask for?? Amy, Ticha and Tessa and John were more than fantastic: asking if we needed anything during the evening, making sure the gifts were safe and packing everything up in the early morning hours! It was a long day,(weekend) and we SO appreciate Amy's dedication to detail and nonstop work ethic! I have planned a LOT of parties, and in my opinion, there is no better team than Rustique Swan in the Chicagoland area!

Amy is the absolute best! She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect on our special day. She is a professional who truly cares about the people she works with and will help them in any way that she can. She is so easy to work with and talk to. Our venue was decorated beautifully. We placed our trust in Amy and she was able to capture the vision we had for our wedding so perfectly. I came across RustiqueSwan and Amy through seeing her work at a different wedding! I knew I didn’t want to spend too much time worrying about decor and I wanted to find someone who I trust to make my wedding beautiful! First meeting with Amy I knew it was the right fit almost immediately! She had me explain what look and style I was going for (as well as having me provide some inspiration photos). She was able to read my mind once I gave her the idea AND even provided a reputable and talented florist that would fit well with my look and Amy’s vision! Amy and I had several touch points during my planning process to ensure nothing changed on my end and to give me an update on her planning for my big day! Sometimes the florist she helped me book also joined to make sure the flowers and decor would flow well (If you think about it… a florist and wedding stylist not on the same page could be a disaster for a look of your wedding) so I was so happy Amy was the one setting up these meetings! Also during the planning process Amy provided vendor recommendations and even her advice for ideas that I had or need input on. With Amy’s knowledge I even asked her to be my wedding “week of” coordinator and she happily stepped in! Amy doesn’t just style your wedding, she provides so much more (planning and all). She is even at the wedding the WHOLE time (hours before it starts to set up and hours after to strike down). I got so many amazing comments on the “look” of my wedding and now have beautiful pictures because of it. I can’t say enough good things about her and RustiqueSwan! Amy did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding-- I have no eye for design or decoration, so gave her free reign and she did an absolutely perfect job of making our barn wedding feel intimate, romantic, and deeply personal. She worked in personalized details (like old books that reflected our nerdy sides; photographs of us), while still making it feel very sophisticated. It felt modern (which we wanted), with intentional nods to the rustic and vintage feel of the barn. Everything was so incredibly thoughtful and space/couple-specific. We received so many complements on the space, including on the incredibly romantic ambiance Amy created. Putting the design, decorating (and tear down) in Amy's extremely capable hands was the best investment we could have made-- it allowed us to actually enjoy the big day and was so much more beautiful than I could have even imagined.

Amy and her team were amazing! She was so easy to work with and was able to take simple ideas and turn them into something gorgeous. Rustique Swan was able to manage the design, set up and tear down. Hire her! Amy has been the most incredible stylist and all-around wedding guru for not one but 2 wedding ceremonies for my husband and I. Back in 2020, we first got married in an intimate backyard ceremony with only our immediate families in attendance. Our vision was classic, clean lines, lots of greenery, with touches of gold, and Amy brought to life the most beautiful setting for exchanging vows and sharing a meal together. She also incorporated so many touches she knew we would love, like framed pictures of us and grandparents and decorated cookies with our (shared) monogram and our cat. We were so blown away by the end result of the first wedding, that in 2022 we had her channel that same aesthetic for our 200+ person wedding at the Harold Washington Library. Once again, she absolutely nailed it. The aesthetic completely honored the first ceremony and also adapted it to perfectly fit stunning HWL Winter Garden. Amy also helped us make swaps and adjustments to keep us on budget without compromising style, and she made it a cinch to have so many items (menus, signs, etc.) delivered straight to her which really took a lot of stress off us. She also helped us set up a special table with our written vows from 2020 and pictures of our families on that day to really connect the two celebrations. All in all, she completely understood the assignment and just absolutely nailed it both times. Amy is a dream to work with and seriously makes dreams come true.

I am so incredibly grateful to have had Amy & her team help with my wedding in October. As a bride, the wedding planning process could be very overwhelming but working with Amy and Ticha really helped ease the stress! They truly captured the vision and ambience we were looking for with our wedding decor from the beautiful signage to the amazing memory table that brought tears to everyone’s eyes! Amy & her team were absolutely amazing to work with! She was my first vendor I hired for the wedding and I couldn’t have been more thankful that I found her. We had been planning our wedding since 2018. Amy stuck it out with us since then and I am so glad we chose her for our venue decor and design. Although throughout 2020 I will say I should have been paying her for therapy sessions as well!! Not only is her eye and her work STUNNING, she is such a pleasure to work with. From the multiple texts and phone calls she always has the best advice. I gave Amy my vision and she created a space that couldn’t have dreamed of. She makes the process so easy and I did not have to worry about one thing my wedding day. Amy designed and curated 2 separate weddings for us during the ups and downs of COVID. Amy was our support and friend that supported both the Bride and Mom. In September of 2020 Amy transformed our backyard into the must beautiful venue for our Daughters 30 person small wedding!! It was perfect, every detail was exactly the vision curated beturn Amy and Clare. Fast forward to 9-9-21, finally the big day was here! We were in awe of the beautiful staging, tables and attention to every detail. Amy thinks of everything and listens to all your dreams and wishes. As the MOB, I could not of survived 2 weddings without the support, friendship, vision and attention to detail Amy provides!! Amy and Rustique Swan are simply the best!!❤️

Amy was with us for wedding prep 1 and wedding prep 2! She was a big help in not only the design but sanity through the covid crazy! She helped to navigate through my questions. Amy was absolutely amazing to work with! Her, her husband, and her team were so organized and truly made our reception picture perfect. She capture the exact look I wanted with only a few supplied images and a brief description. It was everything I wanted! We’ve been planning this wedding for two years when the pandemic hit and replanned it many times within 2020 as restrictions progressed. We decided to change dates as many others have and due to that, and a lesser guest count, we decided to really put the time and funds towards things we really wanted. I’ve always loved Amy’s style and I knew I wanted her to really make our reception stand out and she truly did. She’s also such a pleasure to work with and really cared about our personal visions and ideas, even as far fetched as they were. I would defiantly hire her again for any and all future events. I cannot express enough how talented and dedicated Amy and her team is to making my wedding perfect. She did a wonderful job making my dream wedding come to life. Amy took the time to create my vision and every little touch in between. On the day of my wedding Amy and her team SAVED the day. Two hours before my outdoor ceremony, heavy rain came and destroyed everything. Amy worked with my venue to turn my reception hall for my ceremony. Amy has such a wonderful vision and ability to make your Pinterest board come to life. From the absolute PERFECT sweetheart table filled with lanterns, candles, a satay, gold silverware, charger plates and fabric and pillows, to printing out awesome photos of us and even one from our rehearsal dinner the night before she made sure every detail was perfect. She did an awesome job helping with the gifts/cards and also setting up all the décor that we brought the venue. Something that I really wanted for my wedding reception was for it to look magical, and magical it looked!! The venue was lit up with candles and made me feel like I was sitting in a fairy tale. I am so grateful to Amy and her team for making my vision come to life!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Amy and her team because they were the absolute best to work with. Amy was so sweet and I had so much faith in her work that I didn’t even really need to express my wants and needs. I let her decide on things I couldn’t make up mind about and it was a good call because our wedding turned out beautifully. She and the team went above and beyond for us, especially on the wedding day. In the middle of cocktail hour, we realized that we forgot some items in the hotel that needed to be at the reception so someone from her team went to the hotel for us. We received so many compliments on the decorations, even in the following weeks after. We went to a wedding a couple of weeks later and people came up to my husband and I saying that our reception was better decorated, which was a huge compliment because we thought that wedding was pretty nice as well. I feel that my husband and I have developed a friendship with Amy and we hope to see more of her amazing work in the future. We’ll definitely be recommending her to everyone for any event!

Amy is amazing!! We won a package from Amy through our venue at The Haight in Elgin, IL. Amy helped us put together our memory table and did a phenomenal job!! Working with Amy was so easy and pleasant. I provided Amy with a digital copy of our relatives and she took care of everything else. The first time I spoke with Amy I think we spoke for over an hour! I hung up and told my future husband at the time, that she was what was missing from our wedding planning. She was definitely the missing piece. She pulled everything together so effortlessly. Any worry or question I had she handled it with no problem. I couldn't imagine my wedding say without her! If I could leave 10 stars I would! I called Amy about a month before my wedding.. I was looking for a welcome sign and by the end of the phone call she was designing my entire evening. Amy COMPLETELY understood my vision for this wedding and brought an immediate peace to my life as I trusted that she had it under control.. I also showed her some inspiration pictures of an A symmetrical arch/backdrop and she had one made for us! she also shopped on her own time for a piece of decor that best explained our love story, she displayed it on a old radio cabinet and then let us take it home to keep! I wish I could explain every little detail that she made perfect but there are soo many. Not only is she such a talented designer but she has the kindest heart. Our wedding day was so uniquely ours and it was all because of Amy.

From day 1, Amy with Rustique Swan did everything to go above and beyond to help my husband and I with our big day. We had meetings in person, phone calls to check in, and walk throughs at the venue. Amy was also a part of decorating and designing aspects at the church and reception hall, and we could not compliment her enough for how amazing everything looked! The process for sharing what we envisioned for our wedding and designing the space at our venue was seamless and I had full trust that Amy would make our wedding look absolutely gorgeous. Not only did Rustique Swan provide an abundance of rental items with the styling package, they also set up items that I had already picked up for the wedding as well. Throughout the entire event, they monitored spaces that people were using and began to pack things up as things were finished or not being used, which made clean up at the end of the night much easier. Amy is such a sweetheart, and I really enjoyed working with her for my wedding. Rustique Swan offers a variety of vintage items, and ranges from offering “al a carte” decorations to full scale wedding ceremony and reception decorations. For my wedding, I opted for the “al a carte” approach and used a handful of various items for wedding reception decorations. I remember being nervous starting out, as I do not consider myself much of a “decorator.” I did not have a specific theme for the wedding that I was going for, so I had no idea how Amy was going to take my discombobulated ideas and turn it in to something. Amy and I talked back and forth a couple of times on the phone to help get a sense of what I was looking for. She assured me that it was okay that I did not know what I wanted, and that a lot of times, brides do not realize their theme until much closer to the wedding. Amy worked with me to provide decorations for specific things that I needed, but was plentiful in suggestions on additional things that I could use to enhance the reception space. The items that Amy pulled for me were great! They ranged from small copper roses, to lanterns, to a welcome sign, and everything in between. Let me tell you that Rustique Swan added the additional touched that took the reception space to the next level. The decorations were beautiful and went so well with the other decorations I had gotten. Amy was patient, understanding, innovative, and I felt that she really took the time to go out of her way for me. Highly recommend! The decorations will take your ceremony/reception space from good to absolutely stunning! Thank you so much Amy—I am so appreciative!

A freak plumbing accident in our kitchen 10 days before our wedding day threatened the last minute planning of our whole affair. Amy, of Rustic Swan rescued us by taking care of every detail and our families and guests raved over the attention to detail including the spectacular flowers for me and the rest of the bridal party!!
