every step of the way. Amy’s impeccable taste, creative vision, and eye for detail brought our ideas to life in ways I never even imagined. On the day of the event, Amy and her team were nothing short of perfection. They handled every detail with ease and ensured everything went off without a hitch, allowing us to fully enjoy the day. Amy went above and beyond in every way possible, taking care of things we didn't even think of. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful, talented, and kind-hearted planner and event designer. She truly is a professional and an absolute gem. Every couple deserves to have her by their side. I highly recommend Amy without hesitation!

keen eye for design, details, and event planning in general. She is a joy to collaborate with and was beyond helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Amy was so easy to communicate with and happy to answer and talk through any design or planning related questions we had during meetings or between our calls. Her design & wedding expertise were incredible assets to us while planning for our special day. On our wedding day, Amy and her team completely knocked it out of the park and helped make our dreams come to life! Amy translated our many chats about all things wedding and decor into a cohesive vision and perfectly executed it on the day of our wedding. Her design touches elevated our florals at the head table and each guest table as well as the specialty tables/areas and lounge set ups. Amy and her team were professional, kind, and a joy to be around on the day of. I would highly recommend hiring Rustique Swan for planning and design and decor services for your wedding or special event! I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Amy and her team!!

and had great insights. The day of, her team took care of everything. It was so organized and so smooth, truly I do not know how we would have done it without her. Amy was there the entire time from start to finish. Amazing team and amazing designs!

me feel like her priority, and connected me with the most amazing florist and invitation/day-of-designer. When it rained unexpectedly on my wedding day she took on all of the stress and adjusting required, I owe her my sanity! I recommend her with all of my heart for any event you have coming up <3

t of the wedding is intentionally thought through. From meetings leading up to the wedding about all the details, welcoming and answering late night texts, sending encouraging messages, offering support the whole weekend of the event, Amy is one of a kind! We, as well as our guests, were in awe of the table scapes and decor of our event. Amy and her team were also just a dream to work with and are beautiful people inside and out. I cannot recommend Rustique Swan enough!

ign, and it was the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. First of all, not having to do any DIY projects, not having to worry about bringing anything to the venue, setup, take down, etc. – SO worth it. But more importantly, Amy’s setup and décor was better than I could have imagined. She brought my vision to life even though I didn't know exactly what my vision was at first. The details were perfect, and the event was absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments on how nice it all was from our guests. Amy was a dream to work with from start to finish. Her and her team made the big day flow so nicely and left me feeling stress free. RUN, don’t walk, to hire this team for your wedding!!!

ou to Amy & her team for being a part of one of the best days of our lives ❤️

and steampunk. Her and John and their crew went above and beyond. Our guests always had something interesting to do or see in every corner and nook. They continue to rave about how the decor brought the event to life. Our wedding wouldn't have been so memorable without her artistic talents.

gorgeous and made the atmosphere so beautiful! She is an excellent communicator and listens carefully to ensure she can made your vision come to life! She has excellent suggestions to make the day smoother and more efficient for all! I loved collaborating with her and highly recommended her!!

than we ever could have hoped for. Amy and her team are thoughtful and extremely intentional with ensuring their couples feel special and their day is perfect. Amy worked with me on narrowing my vision for decor and communicated with our florist to ensure everything would work well together. She made sure to put our gifts, photos, and all extra touches in the bridal suite before she left to ensure we did not forget or lose anything. The team even created table numbers based on an idea I had to further make the vision come to life. Amy and her team are experts at the small details and made a large space look cohesive and beautiful. We did not hire Rustique Swan for day of coordination, but that did not stop them from answering many of the wedding questions I had or things that I needed clarification on. This team is absolutely amazing and really know how to design and curate the perfect wedding day!

ith Amy and she brought it to life! It was like I hand picked everything myself, she understood my vision so well and really made our wedding a dream come true. I have recommended Rustique Swan to many of our friends who have also used them for their weddings. It’s been amazing to see how they are able to bring each couples vision to life to create the perfect day. Looking back, my husband and I couldn’t be more thankful for Rustique Swan and all of their hard work. To be able to show up on your wedding day relaxed with friends and family without having to worry about decor and design set up really was amazing and something we will forever cherish about our day. We look forward to using Amy and her team at Rustique Swan in the future for baby showers, birthdays, and any other event where we need top tier design!

ated, or even personal! I had a vision that I didn't think would be able to be created and she brought it all to life - even better than I had in my mind. She is beyond reliable, professional, fun, light-hearted, and genuinely just a good person. I would recommend her to anyone and plan to use her in the future for events where I need top-notch decor. Our wedding day would've been incomplete without Rustique Swan and Amy.

t was stunning! The Kings Table was beyond perfection with the Mr. & Mrs. napkins, beautiful chargers and clocks set for midnight! They curated a gorgeous First Look room complete with sofa swags and intimate lighting, all of the decor was so classy and glam, perfect for the Midnight festivities!! Amy even orchestrated all of the vendors and coordinated with the venue! What more can you ask for?? Amy, Ticha and Tessa and John were more than fantastic: asking if we needed anything during the evening, making sure the gifts were safe and packing everything up in the early morning hours! It was a long day,(weekend) and we SO appreciate Amy's dedication to detail and nonstop work ethic! I have planned a LOT of parties, and in my opinion, there is no better team than Rustique Swan in the Chicagoland area!

th and will help them in any way that she can. She is so easy to work with and talk to. Our venue was decorated beautifully. We placed our trust in Amy and she was able to capture the vision we had for our wedding so perfectly. Her decorations were so beautiful and she had everything prepared and ready by the time we arrived. It truly was a magical night and we honestly couldn’t have done it without Amy’s help!

I trust to make my wedding beautiful! First meeting with Amy I knew it was the right fit almost immediately! She had me explain what look and style I was going for (as well as having me provide some inspiration photos). She was able to read my mind once I gave her the idea AND even provided a reputable and talented florist that would fit well with my look and Amy’s vision! Amy and I had several touch points during my planning process to ensure nothing changed on my end and to give me an update on her planning for my big day! Sometimes the florist she helped me book also joined to make sure the flowers and decor would flow well (If you think about it… a florist and wedding stylist not on the same page could be a disaster for a look of your wedding) so I was so happy Amy was the one setting up these meetings! Also during the planning process Amy provided vendor recommendations and even her advice for ideas that I had or need input on. With Amy’s knowledge I even asked her to be my wedding “week of” coordinator and she happily stepped in! Amy doesn’t just style your wedding, she provides so much more (planning and all). She is even at the wedding the WHOLE time (hours before it starts to set up and hours after to strike down). I got so many amazing comments on the “look” of my wedding and now have beautiful pictures because of it. I can’t say enough good things about her and RustiqueSwan! Contact her to set up a free 30 min intro call, and I guarantee you will be happy you did!

ng feel intimate, romantic, and deeply personal. She worked in personalized details (like old books that reflected our nerdy sides; photographs of us), while still making it feel very sophisticated. It felt modern (which we wanted), with intentional nods to the rustic and vintage feel of the barn. Everything was so incredibly thoughtful and space/couple-specific. We received so many complements on the space, including on the incredibly romantic ambiance Amy created. Putting the design, decorating (and tear down) in Amy's extremely capable hands was the best investment we could have made-- it allowed us to actually enjoy the big day and was so much more beautiful than I could have even imagined.

set up and tear down. On a busy day, they were able to take all that worry away. I would absolutely recommend hiring Rustique Swan!

ntimate backyard ceremony with only our immediate families in attendance. Our vision was classic, clean lines, lots of greenery, with touches of gold, and Amy brought to life the most beautiful setting for exchanging vows and sharing a meal together. She also incorporated so many touches she knew we would love, like framed pictures of us and grandparents and decorated cookies with our (shared) monogram and our cat. We were so blown away by the end result of the first wedding, that in 2022 we had her channel that same aesthetic for our 200+ person wedding at the Harold Washington Library. Once again, she absolutely nailed it. The aesthetic completely honored the first ceremony and also adapted it to perfectly fit stunning HWL Winter Garden. Amy also helped us make swaps and adjustments to keep us on budget without compromising style, and she made it a cinch to have so many items (menus, signs, etc.) delivered straight to her which really took a lot of stress off us. She also helped us set up a special table with our written vows from 2020 and pictures of our families on that day to really connect the two celebrations. All in all, she completely understood the assignment and just absolutely nailed it both times. Amy is a dream to work with and seriously makes dreams come true.

Ticha really helped ease the stress! They truly captured the vision and ambience we were looking for with our wedding decor from the beautiful signage to the amazing memory table that brought tears to everyone’s eyes! The way they showcased our pictures and personal items was magical. When you walked into our venue you knew it was OUR wedding, not a “cookie cutter” style look. It was PERFECT! The week of the wedding they dropped off the sweetest gift which made me feel so special and excited for the big day! The day of the wedding Ticha and the crew took care of our needs and even picked up our late night snack when delivery wasn’t an option! They connected with our vendors and everything was seamless! I couldn’t have asked for a more kind, caring, & genuine crew to help take care of our special day. THANK YOU Rustique Swan!!

reassuring during each step of planning, that I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Not to mention, her inventory of decor is amazing!! She pays attention to all the small details and is so creative in making each wedding she does, unique to the couple and their vision. You won’t be disappointed when you hire Amy for your wedding.

s run so smoothly and helped ease my anxiety about everything. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator/designer that is thoughtful and TRULY caring in everything she does!!

reality. I really can't imagine what we would have done without her. She set up for the reception, made sure everything ran smoothly the whole night, spoke with other vendors when there were issues, and packed everything up when the reception ended. Wedding days are stressful, but Amy + her team made everything so easy for us. We literally just showed up & were amazed at how everything turned out. It was beyond what we ever could have imagined, and we are so blessed to have worked with her! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

should have been paying her for therapy sessions as well!! Not only is her eye and her work STUNNING, she is such a pleasure to work with. From the multiple texts and phone calls she always has the best advice. I gave Amy my vision and she created a space that couldn’t have dreamed of. She makes the process so easy and I did not have to worry about one thing my wedding day. Amy and her team set up your space and take it all down at the end of the night which was a huge help to not only myself but my family as well. If I could book her again and again I would! Thank you Amy and team for everything - you are truly incredible!

Amy transformed our backyard into the must beautiful venue for our Daughters 30 person small wedding!! It was perfect, every detail was exactly the vision curated beturn Amy and Clare. Fast forward to 9-9-21, finally the big day was here! We were in awe of the beautiful staging, tables and attention to every detail. Amy thinks of everything and listens to all your dreams and wishes. As the MOB, I could not of survived 2 weddings without the support, friendship, vision and attention to detail Amy provides!! Amy and Rustique Swan are simply the best!!❤️

literally cried when I walked into the venue the day of our wedding because everything was just breath taking! She killed the design! ❤️ My guests were amazed!

y a few supplied images and a brief description. It was everything I wanted! We’ve been planning this wedding for two years when the pandemic hit and replanned it many times within 2020 as restrictions progressed. We decided to change dates as many others have and due to that, and a lesser guest count, we decided to really put the time and funds towards things we really wanted. I’ve always loved Amy’s style and I knew I wanted her to really make our reception stand out and she truly did. She’s also such a pleasure to work with and really cared about our personal visions and ideas, even as far fetched as they were. I would defiantly hire her again for any and all future events. Thank you!

to create my vision and every little touch in between. On the day of my wedding Amy and her team SAVED the day. Two hours before my outdoor ceremony, heavy rain came and destroyed everything. Amy worked with my venue to turn my reception hall for my ceremony. It was absolutely beautiful and brought tears of joy to my eyes! Amy and her team will do everything they can to make your day special.

rware, charger plates and fabric and pillows, to printing out awesome photos of us and even one from our rehearsal dinner the night before she made sure every detail was perfect. She did an awesome job helping with the gifts/cards and also setting up all the décor that we brought the venue. Something that I really wanted for my wedding reception was for it to look magical, and magical it looked!! The venue was lit up with candles and made me feel like I was sitting in a fairy tale. I am so grateful to Amy and her team for making my vision come to life!

etime memory for our family.

you know what you want or don’t. She was the key to hosting a successful small wedding! She thought of every detail, her relationship with local vendors really helped, provided support on all levels and overall kept everything moving forward in some very uncertain times. Amy, including her staff are high level professionals whom I can’t say enough kind things about. I went back and forth on whether I needed design and coordinating services, but I’m so glad I did! Rustique Swan and the whole team will not disappoint.

really need to express my wants and needs. I let her decide on things I couldn’t make up mind about and it was a good call because our wedding turned out beautifully. She and the team went above and beyond for us, especially on the wedding day. In the middle of cocktail hour, we realized that we forgot some items in the hotel that needed to be at the reception so someone from her team went to the hotel for us. We received so many compliments on the decorations, even in the following weeks after. We went to a wedding a couple of weeks later and people came up to my husband and I saying that our reception was better decorated, which was a huge compliment because we thought that wedding was pretty nice as well. I feel that my husband and I have developed a friendship with Amy and we hope to see more of her amazing work in the future. We’ll definitely be recommending her to everyone for any event!

so easy and pleasant. I provided Amy with a digital copy of our relatives and she took care of everything else. The memory table was beautiful and our family greatly appreciated her attention to detail. I highly recommend Amy and her services!

she was able to put together a full look that was beautiful and went perfect with our style!

sts commented about how beautifully everything was put together and how she did a great job capturing us as a couple. She takes the time to get to know you and is able to bring whatever vision you imagined to life. Not only is she super creative and talented, she is both encouraging and empathetic. Amy went above and beyond what we would have ever expected and we were so happy she was part of our big day! She kept in touch throughout the planning process and helped calm any nerves we had. Amy was great to work with and it is evident that she truly enjoys helping couples design their perfect day. Choose Amy, you won't be disappointed!

most. After talking, Amy presented us with themes and colors that represented us and all I can say is that she totally got it. The ideas she presented us with completely encapsulated the love between Zach and I. On the day of our wedding I was so delighted Seeing all the detail Amy put into our party. Amy even went to extra mile to add more small details and even gave us a wedding gift. All my guests talked about was how beautiful the center pieces were and how unique and special the sweet heart table and lounge were. I highly HIGHLY recommend Rustique Swan for your big day. She has such a gift and will create something exquisite you won’t forget.

eas. If you are looking for a reliable, creative and amazing company to work with Rustique Swan is the one! Thank you so much Amy for making my day so special!

s definitely the missing piece. She pulled everything together so effortlessly. Any worry or question I had she handled it with no problem. I couldn't imagine my wedding say without her! She is such a gem of a human being and does absolutely flawless work. My photographer said everytime she turned around there was another gorgeous detail she just had to capture. She's a dream!!

r. I couldn’t have dreamt up a more perfect wedding. I will definitely be working with Amy again!

ing. Amy COMPLETELY understood my vision for this wedding and brought an immediate peace to my life as I trusted that she had it under control.. I also showed her some inspiration pictures of an A symmetrical arch/backdrop and she had one made for us! she also shopped on her own time for a piece of decor that best explained our love story, she displayed it on a old radio cabinet and then let us take it home to keep! I wish I could explain every little detail that she made perfect but there are soo many. Not only is she such a talented designer but she has the kindest heart. Our wedding day was so uniquely ours and it was all because of Amy.

oughs at the venue. Amy was also a part of decorating and designing aspects at the church and reception hall, and we could not compliment her enough for how amazing everything looked! She paid attention to details that we talked about in our meetings so that our wedding was curated to tell our story. Thank you, Amy!!

ad full trust that Amy would make our wedding look absolutely gorgeous. Not only did Rustique Swan provide an abundance of rental items with the styling package, they also set up items that I had already picked up for the wedding as well. Throughout the entire event, they monitored spaces that people were using and began to pack things up as things were finished or not being used, which made clean up at the end of the night much easier. Amy is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend using Rustique Swan for any event that you want to add your own unique style to. Thank you, Amy for everything!!

showed! We received so many compliments, especially on the small details she incorporated into our vision. Working with Amy was one of the best parts of the planning process and the day of our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wedding design!

every detail of my wedding and she gave me so many helpful suggestions to make everything beautiful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone searching for a design company to help with an event. Even if you’re not sure if you can afford it, give her a call anyway! She has a variety of packages and she will work with you.

to life and more. She’s spectacular and so talented. She really has a great eye for design and you’d be insane to not have her on your big day. All night long we got so many compliments on the decor. It was all Amy! All I said was I wanted warm and cozy winter feeling and she turned it into exactly that and more. It felt like a winter dream in our venue. We love Amy so much and are so grateful for her!!!
