rofessional and didn't do anything. She ate twice, meanwhile all my other vendors didn't get food, and they had asked to her get food. She ate once when she was supposed to be ushering people down to the reception, the other time, she was eating again when my band was missing and when I asked where the band was she said, "I don't know, the best man was handling it." HE WAS A GUEST! So insane. She didn't have the band's number, blamed me for not giving it her but they had a conference call and email correspondence, why didn't she ask them? She slammed the door on my face and locked my entire bridal party out of the hotel gate that we were supposed to walk through to do our entrance. My groomsman had to jump the gate ripping his entire shirt, in order to open the gate. I mean, I have no idea how this woman has a business , she is so disorganized, rude and my guests said she was rude. She barely was able to move people from room to room, my photographer was like jesus, and he had to help announce that we were doing the cake. I know I sound scorned, but this is seriously just a warning. You get what you pay for, but in this case, besides doing a little of scheduling, she didn't do much and it was not worth it. She made my day way more stressful. Please, brides. Avoid her. Trust me. She was horrible.

d seeked out a wedding coordinator to facilitate our beach destination wedding in Miami. Ruth made herself available and was punctual with appointments. We utilized video chats to meet, texting and emails to communicate with each other. I appreciated her flexibility due to my work demands and her swift response to my correspondences. She facilitated and negotiated contracts from beginning to end always taking into account the budget for our function. The day of our wedding, Ruth was present to ensure all things went well, ensured all vendors produced and arrived on time. Her recommended makeup artist was exceptional. The personal chef was exquisitely skilled and greatly appreciated by all our guests. The photographer was also very experienced and showed valued interest in his work. She was also given autonomy on decision making for beach ceremomy and reception decorating which could not have been more beautiful and coordinated to the vision we wanted. I highly recommend Ruth and her event coordinating services to any one local or a far. I assure you, she will not disappoint. I sincerely thank Ruth for making our day the most memorable for us and our guests. We will never forget the wonderful memories if this excellent weekend.

. The event planner of this event took care of all the details to make the guests feel like they were in the past. The music selection, the cake (it was delicious), the staged old living room and the flowers in the tables were simple and beautiful. The big surprise of the night were the mexican "mariachis" that sang for the grandma. You could tell that she disn't know about this part of the party and it was a very special moment where the family gathered around her to have a great time. Another thing that I liked about this event was the coordination between the person in charge of the event and the photographer; the pictures were taken while people were enjoying the night, so nobody had to stop dancing or having fun and the the pictures captured the real memories. Excellent event planner; if I ever have to host a party I will definetely consider her as my option #1!

ime and the best part was that she made sure we stayed under our desired budget. She is fully bilingual which in my opinion is an added value, specially when you're planning a destination wedding to a Spanish speaking country.
