Ruth Fischl Event Rental

I recently had a great experience with Ruth Fischl Event Rentals. I ordered a large amount of furniture for an event I was hosting, the girl who answered the phone was extremely paitiant and answered all my questions. The furniture arrived right on time and the delivery men Aryeh andm Abdullah were a real joy, not only did they unload and set up all the furniture, they stayed and helped me rearrange my other props. I would only work with Ruth Fischl the future. Thank you!

Do not rent from theses people! For a very important event I rented clear tables and chairs from Ruth Fischl. The tables were in good shape but needed to be completely cleaned before we could use them. The chairs were in very bad condition. They were scratched, heavily damaged and dirty. The client asked me to replace them but there was no time as the event was beginning in one hour. I had to pull people off of their other duties to clean up the chairs. I called Ruth and sent her photos of the damaged dirty chairs and tables. She brushed me off and said she would credit my account. The client wanted a refund. After many attempts and Ruth texting seven times that she would refund my money, she has not! Again, do not rent from this company if you want your event to go smoothly.
