They provide everything from catering, bar service, security to a day of event coordinator! Mrs. Sargent was amazing from our first interaction up until the day of our wedding! She assured me if I had any questions or wanted to meet up she’d be available and the day of our event she executed everything as we discussed. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator! If you’re looking for a beautiful place to be married without having too many hassles and being stress free the day of please consider booking with them! 10 out of 10.

ot so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful the venue is. It was the perfect location because it’s close to us and family. Everything was held there so we didn’t have to drive. We had the ceremony in the garden, the Vietnamese tea ceremony in the conference room, cocktail house in the lobby, reception in the ballroom and there’s a suite for the bride and groom. I 100% recommend.

What’s more, the level of service we received from Rebecca, the onsite venue coordinator, was unmatched even by the most experienced wedding planners. I can honestly say if it wasn’t for the attention to detail and care and kindness we were shown by Ruthe Jackson Center, Rebecca, and other staff, our wedding would not have been as memorable and spectacular as it was. RJC IS SO VERSATILE. Even though the original plan for an outdoor wedding had to be changed, Rebecca and their draping vendor did everything to make sure the theme of my event carried through in the way our ceremony space was set up inside. If I could give Rebecca 1,000 stars, I would. She is such a joy to work with, has such a delightful personality and is always willing to answer questions, help, and goes above and beyond to find a solution to a problem you discuss with her even if it is not her role. I felt so taken care throughout the entire planning process and so did all of the vendors. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend RUTHE JACKSON CENTER. To me, it is THE BEST VENUE in the DFW area with a beautiful indoor and outdoor space. You will not regret you decision. And on the day of the wedding itself, she catered to our every need, and the rest of the staff made sure our guests were taken care of. The food options are abundant (Classic Buffet Meal) for all your guests, we got a lot of positive feedback on the fruit display and passed Hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. The indoor venue is spacious, we had a pianist playing during the cocktail hour and had a photo booth in the lobby as as well while comfortably seating 325+ guests in the reception area. For the ladies, the bridal suite is everything! Lots of mirrors, space, and very modern. For the men, the suite isn't as fancy, but it's still very spacious with space to do a lot hanging out and lounging prior to the festivities. If weather permits, take advantage of the garden to take pictures, your guests will love it too. Overall we highly recommend RJC as the place to host your special day!

xcept for renting the building. I found the Ruthe Jackson Center on google. I set an appointment to visit their venue. It was absolutely elegant and classy. Exactly what I wanted. I was assisted by Rebecca. Rebecca was very patient, a great listener and she was able to assist us in making our dream wedding come true. The Ruthe Jackson Center was a one stop shop for me. I refused to be a stressed out bride and they helped me accomplish that. Not only did they offer a beautiful venue, but I was able to get my catering with them (my now husband and I went in for a dinner tasting and it was amazing). We had our guests served by the staff, I am so glad that we chose this option. The venue also has a list of vendors that they work with frequently. This was a life saver! I chose our photographer (Avant Multimedia) and our entertainment (The Leonardo Group) from the list, oh yea and we chose the a bakery from their list to create our wedding and groom cake (CakeAholics). It really only took me about a month to complete all of the details. We also had the venue do our decorations. The ballroom is perfect the way it is and we didn't have to do much to it. Sometimes simple is better. I kept having people ask me if I was excited, well sometimes its hard to get excited when you are still busy getting all of the details together but all of that changed the day of my wedding. I walked into the venue and my mouth literally dropped! To see all of the small details come together and now I am witnessing the big picture, I literally could not contain myself. I was overjoyed! Everyone that we used did an amazing job. Rebecca was so attentive (I also used them as my coordinator) and responsive to our needs. The entire wedding from the day we signed our contract to the moment the reception was over was top notch. Everyone was professional, we could tell that they love what they do, and my guest are still raving about our wedding. What is really is exciting is that my now husband was more excited than I was. He knew some of the details but not all of them, so to see his face light up when he saw the ballroom was priceless. My husband had a great time dancing, laughing and just enjoying the moment. We definitely enjoyed our wedding day and we did not have to break the bank! Thank you Rebecca and Ruthe Jackson Center for making our day memorable.

The outdoor venue was beautiful while the indoor reception came together much better than I was anticipating after the initial tour. The bridal suite was top notch and the entire bridal party had a great time there during the day. It may have been wedding day blinders, but I am not sure I have ever had a better meal at a wedding. The food was excellent throughout.

Inside you find yourself in an enormous ballroom with tons of chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, absolutely stunning! The ballroom can be made smaller to accommodate any size wedding but why not just enjoy the whole room:) … but I would still have to say the best part of the RJC is the staff, super friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Cheryl and her staff truly put 100% into what they do and if you're nice may throw in some extra! I loved how everything was centralized making it simpler on my guest. RJC allows the option of doing the ceremony outdoors or in and trust either set up is worth it. You can't go wrong with Cheryl or the RJC. If you want a care free day, this is where you need to be!

Cheryl was so well with communication, even with the rescheduling of our wedding due to COVID she always kept her phone line open and available during the trying time. my mom found out that the Ruthe Jackson Center was offering their garden for free to couples who’s weddings were postponed/cancelled due to Covid. My ceremony was so beautiful and perfect! I had nothing to worry about just show up! Due to social distancing we could have only so many people there but I wouldn’t have it any other way! RJC came to the rescue, and in the end, I'm glad our first venue didn't work out, because RJC was a thousand times better. Despite having to change everything last minute because of the venue change, I felt entirely confident the whole time that Cheryl and the RJC team had everything under control. I was never once worried about the "what-ifs", because I knew that we were in excellent hands. Not only that, but the venue is gorgeous! The outdoor garden area is just perfect, and it felt like a fairy tale. And if that amazing bridal suite alone isn't enough to make you want to have your wedding here, I don't know what will! If you haven't checked this place out yet, do it now. You will not regret it, I promise!
