Just got my preview back for my photos. Found myself being distracted at work looking at them all day! Great people who care and listen to your wants. Easy to email and respond! Made it so nice since I’m out of state! Appreciate them!

Ryan And Denise were so great to work with ! They were our photographers for our wedding day and they were amazing. They were so professional, organized, and such nice people. My husband and I really do not like being in front of the camera at all, but Ryan and Denise made it so effortlessly easy and fast which we appreciated. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect duo to be there on my special day! I can’t wait to see the pictures and final product.

Ryan and Denise were so great to work with! They were so friendly and helped calm our anxiety about being in front of the camera for so long. They responded to emails promptly and demonstrated their ability to adapt. When it rained the morning of our engagement shoot, we were concerned about muddy conditions at our selected location, and we couldn't reschedule because my fiance had flown in from out of town for that weekend only. Denise called a few hours before our scheduled meetup time and quickly put together a plan B so we could get photos done in a different (but similar) location, without risking getting mud all over ourselves. Plus, the overcast skies, along with R&D's awesome editing skills, helped the photos turn out great! The wedding day fortunately had less inconveniences, and we were able to get tons of photos done by sticking to the timeline R&D so thoughtfully put together. Overall, Ryan and Denise are absolute professionals with lots of experience that shows, not to mention lovely people all-around!

Ryan and Denise were the most amazing team we could have asked for on our big day. They were attentive and had great suggestions from the moment we first met all the way through the wedding. They communicated with us through COVID and adjusted their schedule with our change of dates. Our rescheduled wedding even landed on Denise’s birthday and they still celebrated with us. After we finished couples photos, Ryan and Denise pulled us back out for one additional snap when the sunset was perfect! The picture is absolutely incredible. Not only are they incredible photographers, but a great team together and the nicest people. We wouldn’t change a single thing. You will not regret working with them for you event!

Ryan and Denise are the best of the best. When my wife and I were getting married, we met with many different wedding photographers. It was easy to tell that Ryan and Denise were going to be our #1 choice. From our engagement shoot to our special wedding day, this one of a kind husband and wife team is the best in the business. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 our wedding had to be rescheduled which made things emotional and stressful. However, Ryan and Denise worked with us hand in hand to prepare for our special day and helped us tremendously. We were married on 10/24/2020 at Tonto Bar & Grill in Cave Creek. Ryan & Denise were our photographers and they were phenomenal! I am so picky when it comes to photos. The lighting, background, and poses all matter so much when it comes to the final result! Ryan and Denise are so talented and know how to ensure everyone looks amazing, while having fun doing it! We were so incredibly lucky to have gotten married on March 13, 2020 before the pandemic really hit AZ. Ryan and Denise were recommended to me by a friend who had them photograph her wedding. They are so kind, and truly care about their clients. They took the time to meet with us over the phone beforehand, and talked with us about what we wanted out of our photos. We felt extremely comfortable with them the day of our wedding because we felt like we had already gotten to know them! They also made sure to talk to us beforehand about any of our family members who were divorced, etc. to avoid any awkwardness, and we truly appreciated them thinking of this beforehand, because we definitely could have had an awkward situation during the photos if they did not ask us this question. I really wanted to find photographers with more than one person taking pictures, and Ryan and Denise are the perfect couple to do this! Since there were 2 of them taking pictures, they captured every moment beautifully. Our photos are everything I ever wanted and more! My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Ryan & Denise Photography! Planning a wedding can be stressful, and we relied a lot on our friends for recommendations. Ryan and Denise are absolutely amazing photographers! They traveled all the way to San Diego for our big day. They captured our engagement pictures and wedding day perfectly. They took all of our desires and did exactly what we wanted and more. They took the time to get to know us. Ryan and Denise went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Oh my gosh. Ryan and Denise were incredible to work with. By the end, they were more like wedding guests than photographers. AND they gave us the best gift of all - beautiful, thoughtful, and genuine photographs we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I cannot speak highly enough about Ryan and Denise Photography. There just don't seem to be the right words to convey the absolute dream team that this husband and wife are! Not only are these two BEYOND talented, they are THE sweetest and most genuine human beings imaginable. Of all the vendors and details of the wedding, these two were by far our favorite!! They are always quick to respond, flexible, and incredibly professional. They made sure to prepare (with us) plenty of time prior to the wedding to ensure that all of the photo ops ran smoothly and included everything my husband and I wanted on our special day. Not only did they provide us with the most amazing photos, but these two truly brought a sense of ease and calmness to our day. As soon as they showed up, we both felt a huge sense of relief and were really able to relax and enjoy our day. It was almost like having a personal coordinator with us at all times. They walked us through various aspects of the wedding and really helped us both to relax and have a good time. Ryan and Denise are extremely reasonable; you will be over the moon with the quality of work they provide (in all aspects). My husband and I have never really "loved" pictures of ourselves, but we both, without a doubt, are in LOVE with our wedding photos. For the first time in my life, I felt incredibly comfortable in front of the camera. Ryan and Denise have a talent for capturing the true emotion of each moment. As I look through my wedding pictures, I really and truly feel the moments of the day all over again. This is the biggest blessing I could imagine! Several of my wedding guests commented on their wonderful talent and organization throughout the day of. I would gladly have paid double the cost to have these two capture my wedding. Ryan & Denise are not only extremely talented photographers, they are two of the kindest & caring people you'll ever meet. We were a bit nervous about choosing a wedding photographer over the internet but had no choice since we live in San Diego and our daughter's wedding was in Scottsdale, AZ. We liked the photos on their blog and arranged a Skype meeting for my daughter & her fiancé to "meet" them.My daughter called me immediately after and said "they are perfect and I can tell we will be so comfortable with them!" On the actual wedding day it immediately felt like we were all one big family. We quickly realized we did not just hire a photographer and an assistant but with Ryan & Denise, we had two professional photographers who knew exactly what they were doing. Not only did they capture every detail of the event, they documented every emotion of the day.The photos are stunning and they didn't miss a thing! Ryan & Denise went above and beyond our expectations. Denise helped my daughter with her wedding dress and Ryan helped put the groomsmen's boutonnières on! It's obvious, they LOVE what they do. I don't think words can fully express my gratitude to Ryan and Denise for their work on our wedding day. Ryan and Denise did our engagement photo session as well, and are truly two of the sweetest people on the planet. They are both so easy to get along with and made us feel completely at ease. If you are questioning it, I would highly recommend doing an engagement shoot with your wedding photographer prior to your wedding. Ryan and Denise went over some posing basics with us at our engagement shoot, which definitely helped later at our wedding. In addition, that shoot allowed us to get to know Ryan and Denise and to feel like they were part of our wedding crew when the big day finally rolled around. Leading up to the wedding, they were so helpful in answering my myriad of questions thoroughly and creating our timeline in conjunction with our venue so that the day was smooth. They are so great at communicating with their clients and making you feel special even when you're not in person with them. On the wedding day itself, I was SO excited to see them. They came in while we were all getting ready, and knew exactly where to get started. I didn't feel like I needed to tell them anything and was not stressed at all. They knew exactly what moments to pay special photographic attention to and honestly, I felt like they were more than just our photographers at several points. They made sure we looked awesome in every way and that we were a happy couple all during the night. When we got our pictures back, I literally cried because of how perfectly they captured our day. The pictures are beautiful and I keep the tab open on my phone web browser so I can look at them whenever I'm missing our wedding day. I am so happy we chose Ryan and Denise to work with. We miss them already!!

I had been a fan of their work for many years prior but what you can't realize until you meet with them is what a truly amazing team they make. They efficiently manage large groups of people and make you feel completely at ease throughout the day. Where to even begin in our review of this SWEET, INCREDIBLE & TALENTED couple? Ryan and Denise have been nothing short of attentive, professional, generous, and supportive from the moment we submitted our initial inquiry to the day we received our completed album of pictures (and beyond!). My husband and I planned our intimate ceremony/elopement across several state lines (AZ and IL) and over the course of a week and there is no way we could've made our day as perfect as it was without Ryan & Denise's flexibility, quick response times, and generous assistance through each step of the quick planning process. They provided their expertise and assistance through suggested locations (and the one we ended up choosing-- Papago Park!), photo op sites, order/setup of our ceremony, and even down to the placement of my husband's boutonniere prior to our first look (those things are rather tricky, aren't they?). Throughout our experience working with Ryan and Denise we truly felt as though they had just been long-time friends helping us piece together our special day; their willingness to help make this day perfect and time they spent getting to know us on the few occasions we were able to connect made us feel so comfortable/happy in our decision to have them with us. Our private ceremony consisted of only our immediate families (13 people total) which added to how special this day was as we were able to focus a good chunk of our time capturing shots of our new family. I was truly amazed and how well they both work together; Ryan and Denise are both active photographers throughout the wedding and are so in sync that although they many of our images are captured from different angles, neither of them are in each other's view/shot. (Side note: my mom videotaped our ceremony and you could hardly see them running around; they're very stealthy and are so aware of their surroundings so as to not be a distraction while capturing our sweetest moments-- so thankful for that!) Following the ceremony, Ryan and Denise took my husband and I around the park to capture shots with different backgrounds and boy, are we SO glad they had experience navigating the trails. Their suggestions and expertise truly shone through the completed images they shared with us--they couldn't be more talented at what they do and had us both in tears looking through our pictures! Overall, I cannot express enough how blessed we feel to have had Ryan and Denise capture our special day. We feel as though God truly orchestrated every piece of our last-minute wedding, including finding the most PERFECT photographers! Looking at the pictures they've shared with us will always be such a great reminder of the joy we felt that day and we look forward to hiring them again for the next of life's sweetest joys! Wow! Ryan and Denise were so amazing for our engagement session and wedding day photos. During our engagement session, we wanted to do something non traditional and took photos on our bikes and in our neighborhood. They loved this idea and were up for the challenge. After meeting them, I had no worries about our wedding day. We instantly felt comfortable with them and they captured a lot of amazing moments. I have received so many compliments on our wedding photos and many of my friends were asking for their contact information. My days of research paid off! I wouldn't have done anything differently.

We were both hesitant to get a photographer for the fear of it taking over, us having to pose in weird, unnatural ways, etc. but Ryan and Denise were SO helpful. They called before to chat, were super responsive and helped us remember the actions we needed to take to make it great without being too pushy. They are down-to-earth and it was like hanging out with a few friends. You can tell that they have so much fun together doing this and made everyone feel at home. I don't think our wedding photographers could get any better. They are amazing people, and even better photographers. The first sneak peek they gave us of our photos I broke down in tears they were so unbelievably stunning. We did a first look before the ceremony and during our photo shoot the sprinklers started to go off unexpectedly. Ryan instantly jumped on top of the sprinkler so my dress wouldn't get soaked with water. That alone was worth every single penny we spent. Their level of service, professionalism, and care completely blew us away. I cannot wait for our next big life event so we can hire them again!!

I can’t express how much we loved having Ryan and Denise photograph our wedding and engagement photos. They were really fun to be around during the engagement session and wedding day. I really appreciate all of the time they spent getting to know us. I think it really makes a difference on the wedding day. I’m not sure if you’ll be so lucky, but they posted some teaser photos on their blog the day that we got back from our honeymoon. So it was perfect timing – just when we had to go back to “the real world”, we got to see some truly incredible photos of our wedding. It wasn’t long after that that we got all of the photos. Their photos were so stunning. They do such an amazing job of catching people in the moment and capturing emotion. They photographed all of the details, which was great because you spend so much time planning these details but some of them you don’t even get to see yourself on the big day. It’s not only adorable that they’re a couple-team but it’s always cool to see how it allows for two unique perspectives in wedding photos. The quality of their photos is fantastic, and truly perfect. I feel like I can’t stop looking at them and they bring such a smile to my face. After we posted the photos to facebook, we’ve heard so many compliments about our wedding photos. My dad (FOB) is pretty picky about photography, as a hobby photographer himself, so I made sure to get his stamp of approval before we hired Ryan and Denise. As far as the final test, our actual photos – my dad was very happy with them (and of course, my mom, and my husband’s parents, too). My maid-of-honor was so impressed with their photography that she is already convinced that she wants them to photograph her wedding. It’s definitely something I want for her – and feel like any couple would be lucky to have Ryan and Denise photograph their wedding!

I can't say enough about how amazing Ryan and Denise are! You may know them by their previous business name "simply knot photography"- the name has changed but their photos have not- they are a super cute husband and wife team who are fun and easy to work with. They have amazing ethics and they are organized and you can tell they have worked very hard to make things seamless- the online invoicing and easy to navigate custom portions of their website make things hassle-free! And anytime I had questions they answered right away, lightning fast! They were a little more expensive than we were originally budgeting, but seriously- to all you brides and grooms out there DON'T be cheap when it comes to your photos. These are your forever treasures from your wedding and trust me you will not be disappointed if you select Ryan and Denise. Their photos are quality- touch ups aren't overdone like I've seen other wedding photographers do- they are beautiful and natural and fresh looking photos. Everyone who has seen the engagement and wedding photos that Ryan and Denise did for us has just gushed about how great they look. I would not call myself photogenic, but they have a way of making you comfortable and that's when you get the best photos. AND the way they put the photos online where you can send the link to anyone is HUGE for us- 70% of our guests came to AZ from out of town, so to be able to email our far away friends and families a link will just be epic. So even though they seemed expensive at first, when you take that into account, they are super reasonable. Out of all of my wedding vendors, I am happiest with these two! They gave us a discount because we did engagement and wedding photos with them which was very nice, and I get so happy and emotional all over again when I see the photos! They do an amazing job and it's so great to work with a couple of good people who clearly love each other and love what they do! If there were more stars to give than five, I'd give them more stars! I know it sounds super cheesy, but hiring them was one of the best moves we made.
