e waited two week past the time that we were told we received the video and it seemed rushed though and missing some key moments that we asked to be in the video. I didn’t get to see my husband’s full entrance. So photo side I’m very pleased but the video side I’m extremely unhappy! We have a blue line going though parts of our video. So I would recommend photo but not video. Yes we have reached out about getting the video corrected and reached out about the the time but seem after the wedding we were but in the back burner

. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Ryan in previous weddings as a bridesmaid and watching him work and seeing the end result was magical. We were thrilled that he was available on our date. He answered all of my questions and even spoke with our event coordinators to ease all worries for our timeline. On our wedding day, him and his team arrived ready to roll. Ryan started off with a cute gift and it was so thoughtful! I loved that he knew exactly how to pose us without us feeling awkward at all and had such an ease to adapt to any setting. I could see that he had a vision and I really trusted his process and his art entirely. If it were up to him, I know he could shoot nonstop (haha) and it really made us feel like we had someone who truly cared about capturing all of our special moments. The whole team was hardworking and I was pleased with all the photos that we took at the wedding. His assistant, Mila, was so helpful throughout the entire day (especially with the veil shots) and captured some awesome Instagram behind -the-scene stories. As most couples say, the day went by so quick, so we definitely enjoyed seeing this the next day. One of the best parts about Ryan is that you get a private image reveal with him. We scheduled ours literally 2 weeks after the wedding and were so surprised by the quick turnaround time! We loved the very first image when we walked in. Sometimes when I look at that photo, I still cannot believe it’s us- but Ryan’s execution was phenomenal. The reveal was so personable and special. I appreciated reliving the wedding all over again and being able to bask it all in. The signature edits were creative and all of the other photos were amazing as well. The lighting was edited perfectly and the storytelling was well done- we love the entire catalog! Our family and friends gave so many compliments and I know we are going to cherish these images forever. After the reveal day, we were able to take some time to work on edits for our album, additional signature edits and a photo for a metal canvas. We asked lots of questions and throughout the entire time, Ryan was so patient and accommodating with us. He answered us quickly, was just as detail oriented, and made sure we were satisfied with everything. I could not have asked for a better experience from Ryan. Booking him was one of the best decisions we made and if we could do our wedding over, we would pick him again in a heartbeat!

nal wedding & studio portrait photographer with a Bachelors in Photography, & having worked in the industry for 10 years… it’s safe to say that choosing a photographer for my wedding was one of the biggest decisions that I placed the most weight on haha. From the moment I found Ryan’s Instagram page.. I knew he was the only one I wanted to capture the most special day in my husband & mine’s lives. The quality of his work is not something you are going to get elsewhere or with most other photographers (even though their work is beautiful!) My husband and I live in Australia (12hr time difference) and had to plan a Philadelphia wedding from overseas. Ryan made this so easy & without any stress. In the lead up to the wedding, he was so accomodating when making the timeline for the day, and made sure to make any request work to ensure my day was nothing short of what I always dreamed of. Come the wedding day… OH MY GOD was his team INCREDIBLE!! They were professional and made sure the day went smoothly & without a hitch. My bridal party & family loved working with them, and I cannot tell you how many guests came up to me saying how in awe they were at how hard Ryan & his team were working. They captured every moment while also “fading into the background”/not getting in anyone’s way. With so many elements coming together to make the big day work, I was so at ease in knowing that Ryan & his team were on top of everything. I didn’t have to worry & could just enjoy the day. Fast forward to the next day after the wedding when I woke up.. I couldn’t believe there were already sneak peak images uploaded!! This made the “fairytale” and happiness of the day continue on even though the wedding had come and gone. Before flying back to Australia shortly after, Ryan got us into the studio to pick our album material (& he even came in on a public holiday for us.) Fast forward a couple weeks to the reveal of all our images (which he made work over Zoom for us) …HOLY WOW - We were just simply blown away. Everything was captured so perfectly.. it’s like re-living the day and we can’t stop looking at the images. During the reveal, there are optional upgrades, and Ryan was not pushy or salesy at all. He sent us pricing days beforehand and let us know they are completely optional. His work simply speaks for itself ..and to my surprise, my husband who is not a photo person, was so excited for our album design to be perfect. So.. in short haha.. I truely can not recommend Ryan Eda Photography highly enough. Yes, weddings are expensive and yes, I too looked for ways to save money anywhere I could (as you should!) But, when it comes to your wedding photographer, who is not only going to be a major person running the day, but also who is going to be the producer of all your memories.. don’t regret choosing anyone other than your dream photographer. My husband (at the time fiancé) is not a huge fan of having his photo taken, Ryan made him feel at ease and provided him (us) good coaching direction on how we should stand, place our hands, etc so the shots would come out exquisite. We hired Ryan pre-COVID. Our engagement photo shoot at the shore was breath taking. What he was able to do with the photos by the water & lighthouse truly are magazine worthy. After that, COVID hit. Ryan was so kind and understanding that even after we changed our wedding date twice, because of the work Ryan produced for our engagement shoot, we weren't willing to replace him as our photographer - and it was absolutely worth it. During our wedding day, Ryan was incredible. He met with us ahead of time to finalize the day of schedule and what he was able to capture brought us both to tears. To have edited photos back in two and a half weeks, he's just incredible. Truly and honestly, the photos he captured encapsulated the day perfectly - from getting ready, to first looks, to toasts, dancing, sparklers, bridal party just having fun, send offs, etc. He has a vision and it shows in his work. Now I'll talk about the deliverables that Ryan provides - get the upgrade and purchase the wall art. We have metal prints from our engagement shoot and just ordered acrylics from our wedding day photos. The books he designs, are hand made in Italy. It's a showstopper every time someone comes to our home it's the "coffee table talking piece". You can see his work on Instagram, Facebook and other places so you can see the quality of work he does - but hire Ryan for who he is. He genuinely cares. He wants to make sure you are comfortable, have an incredible experience and honestly during the wedding (outside of formal photos) I actually didn't know he was taking all of these great shots. The best photographer I have ever worked with and I truly hope there will be more life events where we can work with Ryan again.
