On my free time I enjoy photographing motorcycles, surfing, and binging Netflix.

Ryan and Zach, thank you for capturing our special day! Ryan Films was the first vendor I booked knowing they offer same day edit video. Their website is detailed so it was so easy for Jack and I to make a decision based on our budget. The team made us at ease despite the nerves on the wedding day, both are professional and very friendly! My family and friends were pleased and enjoyed watching the video during our reception. Up to this day, we are still watching and reliving our special day and can't wait for the documentary video.

My story with Ryan Film's Weddings goes back 10 years to March of 2015. My wife and I had our wedding in San Diego. I believe back then Ryan was just getting started with his company. He did an absolutely incredible job capturing many of the wonderful moments of our special day. Fast forward to today; our ten year anniversary is coming up in just one week, and I realized we had somehow lost the video file to our wedding videos. Well I reached out on Facebook, and within a short time Ryan replied back, and after all these years he provided us with the ENTIRE highlight video of out wedding. Ten years later and we are still being blessed by this man in his professionalism, dedication to hard work, and personal care towards his customers. I couldn't be more thankful to God for Ryan and his help in remembrance of our wedding day. If you are in need of a good videographer for your wedding, PLEASE make Ryan Film's Weddings your choice!!

Ryan is unprofessional and seems uninterested in your wedding day. His communication is poor, even though he claims to have a team. If they are traveling to your wedding (outside San Diego), be cautious—they might arrive so late that your entire ceremony is missed. After the wedding, he also stops responding to fix any problems caused by him.

We hired Ryan Films for our destination wedding in Las Vegas based off of their social media and reviews- we could not be more pleased with our decision. We opted for the associate package from Ryan, and he sent Zack and Hector. These two were punctual, professional, and generally a lovely addition to our wedding. From start to finish, they were right there everytime a memory was happening. The teaser video we received within a week took my breath away and completely captured our love. I cannot wait for the full thing! 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ryan and Zack as our wedding videographers, and we cannot speak highly enough of their talent and professionalism. Despite never having worked with our photographers, Ryan and Zack seamlessly integrated into our day, effortlessly maintaining an upbeat and fun atmosphere throughout. Despite the inevitable tension and stress of such an important occasion, they managed to keep the mood light and personable, making it feel as though they weren't even there. Both Ryan and Zack exuded professionalism from start to finish, while also bringing a genuine warmth and friendliness that put us at ease. Their ability to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera was truly remarkable, turning what could have been awkward moments into candid and upbeat memories that we will cherish forever. Although we have not received the final product yet, we are beyond thrilled with our trailer and cannot wait to see the final cut. Their skill in capturing the essence of our love story was evident in the trailer, and we have no doubt that the final product will exceed our expectations. ey were far beyond our expectation. We had Zac as our day of videographer and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Zac!!!! Please request him for your day of event. You will not regret it!!! Not only is he so professional, knows how to pose us and make everything natural but he truly cares and listens to what the couple is wants! He was so much more than our videographer he helped me stay on my timeline with our shots because I wanted to make sure I attended cocktail hour. He bustled my dress countless times! He has such a bright positive personality that truly just adds so much light to your special day! He made me and my now husband feel special and just truly helped us get the best possible shots! He also helped our photographer in so many ways and truly he is the greatest!!! Make sure to request him because he is the best!🤩 to Zac we truly can’t thank you enough for creating such a happy, festive, and beautiful wedding experience! After we secured our wedding date and venue, Ryan Films was the very first vendor that we secured and it was the BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process! After seeing their awesome videos on Instagram, we knew we needed to have them film our wedding. Beyond having amazing reviews that highlighted Ryan’s great communication and super professional team, we really liked how Ryan used innovative techniques like flying a drone over the ceremony site to capture a different perspective. When we reached out to Ryan, we got an immediate response and a list of his pricing. Ryan let us know that he worked a lot at our venue, Green Gables Wedding Estate, and knew the staff and how they operated really well. This was awesome news for us since it meant less to coordinate on our end! It was super easy to find the best video package for us and there were even video extras like a “best wishes video” from our guests which was a fun addition. Throughout the process, Ryan’s communication was superb and helped keep us on track. A few weeks before the wedding, Ryan sent us a reminder email with items he needed from us for the big day so we didn’t overlook anything. On the day of, Ryan and Zack (his second shooter) were super personable and friendly which made the video experience fun and not awkward like you might assume it would be. Even though it was the first time they worked with our photography team, they did a great job of looking for opportunities to get video while we were posed for photos so we didn’t have to duplicate poses. We both felt like rockstars with the prompts they gave us and are so excited to see the final video. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for an awesome videographer to use Ryan. The main regret we hear from other married couples is that they did not get a videographer for their wedding day. DON’T BE THAT COUPLE! Look no further and go with Ryan and his team and I promise you will not be disappointed. They are so fun and easy to work with and I am so glad that we went with them. Thank you so much, Ryan and Zack, you guys are the best!!

I'm really glad I didn't have to look for long when I decided to go with RyanFilms for our wedding videographer. Both my close friend and cousin-in-law had hired him for their weddings previously in the last couple years and when starting to do the vendor research, it was a no brainer to go with Ryan's company too. Although we ended up deciding on the package that works with his associates, the quality is still top tier and reflective of the company that Ryan has built up. Communication with Ryan was super easy, payment/contract details also seamless and easy on his website. Alec and Faisal (the associates) worked really well with our photographers for the day. Although our photographers took the main lead in where the location of the shots were going to be, Alec and Faisal worked with it and added their own directions for shots. I cannot stress how much I value having an amazing team for videographers and photographers at our wedding because it flew by so fast, I hardly remember everything that happened. Knowing I'll be able to relive it through these videos gives me so much happiness and relief. We're loving the sneak peak so far and we're so excited to see the full video!

We are so grateful to have found Ryan Films in our search for a video team for our wedding. We had the pleasure of sharing our day with Zack. We had a pretty long wedding day (two ceremonies and a reception) but Zack was a trooper and was so kind, easygoing, and fun to hang out with. He worked seamlessly with our photographer to make sure we didn't have to miss more of our reception/cocktail hour than we wanted to. When we got our sneak peek 1 minute teaser video back, I cried. Zack captured so many amazing moments from different aspects of our day and wove them together so beautifully to create perfect retelling of our day in just one minute. We cannot wait to see the final product. If you're looking for a video team, we cannot recommend RyanFilms enough. Not only is their work incredible, but we had the best time hanging out with them all day.

Quite possibly the single best investment of our entire wedding! We had a destination wedding in Las Vegas and initially weren’t finding videographers from afar that we really jived with. Late in the game, we found Ryan and Sugar Rush Films and immediately knew we absolutely needed to have him at our wedding. His communication leading up to our wedding was exceptional and as a bride who is a self-described “over planner,” it was so reassuring to have him asking all the “right” questions and for all the small important details ahead of the big day. From the second he walked into the bridal suite, and throughout the entire day, he brought a level of excitement and genuine warmth that made us feel comfortable and at ease. After seeing his previous work we knew that our film would be fabulous, but nothing could have prepared us for the film that he delivered; we laughed, we cried and we reminisced at every clip. He perfectly combined the Vegas debauchery with the classic sentimental moments and it couldn’t have embodied our wedding day any better. We are so thankful that we found Ryan and Sugar Rush Films, and as a couple who initially nearly passed on booking wedding videography, it was the one of the very best investments we made. Thank you Ryan for bringing life to the moments from our big day that we can cherish and relive for a lifetime!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ryan and his team!!! From the very start Ryan was professional, communicative and organized. He answered every question I had and made everything so easy. His team day of was a dream to work with, I had Kristopher as my lead shooter day of. Him and the second shooter had such an ease about them and captured our day so naturally and effortlessly and captured absolutely timeless and wonderful moments. Ryan did an AMAZING job editing and creating our dream wedding video and we received it completed less than a month after our wedding. Our wedding was 9.29.23 and we received our completed video on 10.24.23. I cannot recommend Ryan and his team enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, you will not be disappointed.

Ryan Films is a phenomenal company, but I hired Ryan himself & he is so easy and fun to work with! He guides you in a natural way to get the best footage, and the end result of our teaser video made me literally cry tears or joy & laughter! I looooove my teaser video. Ryan was so easy to work with for our wedding. My husband and I took forever to do everything for our wedding because we both hate planning but Ryan was extremely patient and accommodating. He was really professional and offered a lot of options for packages for us within our budget. He made sure to ask us questions to get a feel of what we liked and wanted to ensure our needs were met. His team was so fun to work with the entire day and we ended up getting our sneak peek just a few days after the wedding. It was incredibly fast and we absolutely loved our video. The video even included some amazing drone footage. We ended up having a medical emergency during the reception which ended up throwing off the timing a bit but they were so flexible and ended up staying an extra hour for us. We were so grateful for them. We're super happy we went with Ryan & his team and you'd be happy too :)

We hired Ryan Films for our wedding day. We did an 8 hour package with two videographers. Kris Jones and the 2nd shooter were able to capture us getting ready, first look, the ceremony and reception. We chose the package that included the 50 minute video and it included all our moments. They did a great job!! Ryan Films had great communication throughout the whole process.

Ryan came recommended by our wedding photographer and we are so happy we chose him as our videographer!! Ryan and his team were professional, communicative, a pleasure to work with and had such a wonderful eye when capturing our 3 day wedding celebration. They made us feel comfortable and in the best way possible, blended into the background to work their magic. We loved our teaser video but were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by our cinematic highlight reel! Ryan and his team did a phenomenal job of threading love and humor throughout the video to tie all of our events together. Not only did they capture the big moments, but they also captured all the small in-between moments and edited them together so perfectly. I think we've watched the video at least 20 times and fall in love with it even more each time. Your photos and videos are really the only things you get to "keep" after the wedding is done so who you choose to capture the day for you is super important. My wife and I hired Ryan through a mutual friend to film our ceremony and it was the highest quality service we paid for our whole wedding. Ryan and his teammate Kelsey were extremely professional, kind, and were great at getting candid beautiful moments on camera without us even noticing. They let us be ourselves even on the directed shots to make OUR experience come to life. The end results are nothing short of legit film/music video quality. Everything from the shots, editing, and music selection came out better than anything I could imagine. My wedding day was without exaggeration the best day ever. If you want a service that will live up to the hype of that memory, you have to hire Ryan!

I spoke with many videographers and I hit it off immediately with Ryan. We had the privilege of working with Zack and Brenda on our Wedding Day and they were absolutely phenomenal. Ryan and his team are so amazing! My husband and I choose Ryan Films because we loved his style of shooting and how amazing his videos were online. Little did I realize this was just the icing on the cake. He was so easy to work with, so responsive, has multiple options for video packages depending on what you are looking for, and made our wedding day shooting so easy. We had Zack, Brenda, and Kris as our film team for our wedding in September. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this team. They were interactive, professional, and engaged the entire day. When they had to make adjustments, they did so seamlessly. Throughout the process starting many months in advance, they helped make us feel comfortable, prepared, and excited for our wedding. Their preview, which was delivered in their expected time frame, was phenomenal and made us even more excited about the full length wedding video. The wedding video brought us to tears and better than anything we could have ever imagined. I cannot recommend Ryan Films and his team enough. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting the other staff members, if they are anything like Zack, Brenda, and Kris, you are in fantastic hands. What an amazing experience! Ryan and his second shooter Victoria made our wedding day such a breeze and really allowed us to enjoy ourselves. Ryan had such a great calmness about him that made us feel so comfortable throughout the day. My husband and I were very specific in the style we wanted for the video and Ryan was amazing at taking our vision and allowing us to share exactly what we wanted and feedback to make sure it was perfect! We even got a special surprise that our teaser video was emailed to us less than 2 days after the wedding! Waiting for our documentary length wedding video was long, but worth it. It felt like our wedding was yesterday and moved us to tears once again! I still watch our wedding videos from time to time and it never gets old.

At the beginning, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to hire a videographer but my sister convinced me that I should and oh boy I’m so glad that I did. Ryan is extremely responsive. He answered all my questions and concerns. We had Zack and Brenda as our shooters. They arrived at the hotel on time and quickly got to work. They are polite, sweet and easy to work with. We just received our 1 minute sneak peak and we are in love. Highly recommend Ryan and his team for your wedding!!! You won’t be disappointed!!

I learned about Ryan Films through my wonderful photographer, Stephy Wong. When I saw their work on Instagram I was instantly hooked. The videography I saw was absolutely beautiful, so I reached out for a quote. The communication was great and Ryan kept us informed up until the day of my husband and I’s wedding. Our lead filmmaker was Cat and she was the best! She made our experience super positive and there was never once a time when we felt uncomfortable. After viewing our sneak peek video, my husband and I knew we made the best choice. I highly recommend Ryan Films. The team is great and the videography is everything I could have hoped for and more.

If you're wondering if you should get Ryan Films for your wedding videography, DEFINITELY GO FOR IT!! His website was incredibly easy to use and transparent about packages and pricing. He was very easy to contact and get quick responses from. There's no back and forth with consultation and pricing, it was all very clear and straight forward which I definitely appreciate after having worked with so many vendors that had a 10 step process to even get to a contract. When we told Ryan up front that we'd need a custom package to work with our budget, he was happy to oblige, worked with us on services that most fit our needs, and came to a happy agreement. On the day of the wedding, his team consisting of Hector and Alec were fantastic to work with, very professional and punctual people. They presented themselves as very knowledgable in cinematography and we even talked a bit of shop about the tools used in editing etc. After the wedding, Ryan was very punctual and delivered our video and raw footage in a hard drive in a timely manner and was incredibly communicative and responsive then as well. The video was breathtaking!!! We relived that day all over again and it made us tear up as well as our parents tear up all over again. Best ever, no complaints! You can rest easy knowing you will have a great experience working with Ryan Films!!!

We communicated early with Ryan to know the ins and outs of the contract, and we were pleased with how open and transparent Ryan is about how he operates his business. We had a few conversations with various videographers and had the best feeling from Ryan. His experience at our venue (the Prado in Balboa Park) was apparent as he obtained numerous shots that I had no idea were possible or even merely available. His demeanor was energetic and positive; he gave us good direction, and he made sure we didn't waste time and to enjoy the wedding with our guests. His assistants were the same and had artistic style in their camera handling. Ryan also supported and accommodated some of our requests in the moment, to get shots we asked for spontaneously (an under-the-veil kiss moment, for example). We had both a photographer (Walter Wilson) and a videographer, and both teams had great report with each other. They worked with each other and also gave space to each other to capture the moments they were looking for. Ryan's work with the venue, photographer, and coordinator showed he is a consummate professional and I highly recommend him. No reservations at all. Our final package included many add-ons, including an additional hour, that were very reasonably priced. We also added on a third camera to catch so many extra images and we are so grateful for that. Each of Ryan's assistants were helpful in identifying good angles, making specific takes look great, and the final products (teaser video, cinematic video, and guest message video) were excellent. Great splicing of moments, sound quality was excellent, and the camera control was particularly well done. My wife and I simply can't say enough about how happy we are with our choice to go with Ryan.

Highly recommend RyanFilms SD for your videography team on your wedding day. They are truly such kind people and so good at what they do. Hector & Kris were the most delightful people to work with!! Almost like video ninjas. You can’t see them, but they’re there 😂 They also worked really well with our photographer. Ryan himself was incredibly responsive any time I had a question or shared updates. We got our sneak peek and are already in love. They are such a blessing and a curse. Just leaves us wanting more!! 😭 I will say the wait time to receive our fully edited videos are on the longer side, but I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait. So excited to see the other videos!

Working with Ryan Films for our wedding was one of the best decisions I could've made. From the get go, Ryan was very thorough in his communication with us and was very patient in answering all of our questions. For our wedding we went with the Junior Videographer package but let me tell you, there's nothing Junior about our video. Hector and Petey were professional, reassuring, funny, and made us feel comfortable on camera. The teaser video has been a great treat to share with friends. We also added the photo booth to our package and it was worth it. Once it was set up, guests were using it non stop and it made the night that much better. Going through Ryan Films for the booth was really easy and it helped to minimize the amount of vendors we worked with. Highly recommend. You can't go wrong with Ryan Films. Though I hope to only do this the one time, if I were to do it again, they would be one of my first calls. Hector, Petey, and Ryan, thank you for making our wedding day so special!

Ryan and his team did such a great job capturing our wedding. We received our wedding teaser less than two weeks after our wedding, and it was perfect! We were so pleased with how it turned out, and even though it was just a minute long, as intended, it really demonstrated the feelings and mood of our wedding day. We were so glad we chose Ryan Films for our videographers and would suggest them to all others. Moreover, we wanted to give a shout out to Cat and Hector who did such a great job with direction during the actual day and captured all the important moments. We booked with Ryan Films back in 2020 and had to make some pandemic changes. Ryan and his team did an amazing job capturing our ceremony. Fast forward to 2022, Ryan kept in touch and gather all up to date information for our postponed reception and made sure we were all set for our big day. We had the pleasure of having Zack and Brenda shoot all day and let me tell you, we received our sneak peak trailer 2 days after our wedding date and I cant explain the footage that they were able to capture without being all in your face. I literally barely saw them but when we did, direction was smooth, quick and so much fun! The drone footage Zack was able to get was the icing on the cake. We have already received so much positive feedback on how our trailer came out. If we come back with a 3rd wedding celebration we will most definitely be booking with Ryan Films! Thanks team!

First, if you are debating on getting a videographer just DO IT! Second, hire Ryan and his team :) Through the whole process Ryan was professional and easy to work with. The day of the wedding we had Ryan and Mia. They were both so sweet, genuine and FUN! Ryan knew exactly how to guide the poses and capturing the “in the moment” shots. Overall we both felt so comfortable! We didn’t feel nervous at all with having him “follow us”, honestly you don’t even recognize they are there! When our crowd was dancing and having the time of their life, I quickly saw Ryan and saw him smiling and enjoying the crowd with his camera, he is truly passionate about capturing the best moments. When we got our teaser, of course we immediately cried! Once we received our final video, it felt like were watching a movie! The moments he captured were just BEYOND amazing. Everything from the music, to the style, to the scenes recorded, it was just was PERFECT!!! Thank you for capturing the best day of our lives! We are forever grateful. I did not have a planner or day of coordinator and they helped to keep us on track throughout the day without us feeling rushed. Ryan and his crew are absolutely amazing! Ryan was recommended to us by our photographer and from the moment we connected I knew he was the perfect match for us! He was really invested in getting to know us and what we wanted. After chatting he suggested we take a look at his newer film company called Sugar Rush which focused more on the fun of the day but still incorporated all the special moments. It's been a week since our wedding and we're already getting to swoon over the sneak peek teaser we just received from Ryan Films! Zack and Mia did SUCH an incredible job capturing our day. Zack and Mia were so great. I think what really stands out about them is how seamless everything was. We never felt like we were "on camera". They worked hand in hand with our photographer to capture moments from our day in such a non-intrusive way that left us feeling calm and kept things looking so natural. I've already watched our video what feels like a thousand times and can't stop smiling over the raw emotions and candid energy they were able to capture. One moment that stands out to me is that right before our first look, Zack stopped me and reminded me that this would be one of our only moments for just us so to embrace it and take as long as we wanted to soak in that moment. Everything he said was so true and it was one of the most special moments of our day. Throughout our day, that was a testament for how Zack and Mia interacted with us. They felt like old friends and always made us feel comfortable and were just so fun to be around. At one point, Zack even handed the camera to my husband for him to take footage of me. We laughed and truly enjoyed having them capture such special memories for us. If you're at all on the fence about hiring a videographer, do it. There's something that video captures that is so unique. What a beautiful way to get to re-live such a special moment in time. We specifically went with Ryan Films because we wanted the option to also get all of the raw footage, which they provide as an add on. In addition, we also wanted the ability for our videographers to capture drone footage. The drone footage included in our video is so incredible! The quality of the video we were provided is more than we could have imagined and truly out of this world! Zack and Mia did a phenomenal job and we are so appreciative of them!

We are so happy that we chose Ryan Films as our videographer! They were a delight to work with at every turn. Ryan was really helpful on our initial phone call, and in making sure everything was all set for the big day. Kris and Alec were our videographers, and they were such a joy to work with. From the second they showed up, they were helpful, fun, and warm. They were great at directing us and helping us feel comfortable in the shots with just the two of us, and then they were awesome the rest of the day/night at blending in with our guests and capturing some amazing footage. They had a great sense of humor, and they clearly enjoy their work and sharing in the joy that they are helping to capture. We never felt nervous or self-conscious, and barely noticed we were being filmed. And the finished product is just incredible! The footage they captured and the way Ryan Films edited it truly captured the essence of the day. The music they chose to put our footage to matched our vibe perfectly, and they chose some of the most beautiful words from the ceremony and speeches to include. We originally ordered the cinematic highlight reel, and ended up adding on the full ceremony cut and reception cut as well. We were so stoked and surprised by the 1 minute teaser video they sent us a week after the wedding! And they were very timely in their delivery of our full finished product. We will treasure these videos forever and ever, and are so grateful to have footage to look back on and share for years to come. Thank you for your beautiful work, Ryan Films! I discovered Ryan Films through some online research, and I’m so glad that I did! From the start, his communication was great and I could tell how knowledgeable and experienced he was. The whole planning process was so simple and user-friendly, and Ryan was always so nice about answering any emails and questions! Book this team for your wedding video! All of my expectations were completely blown away. Throughout the planning process, Ryan was super responsive and worked with us when we had a change of locations. Day of our wedding, Zak and Petey were our video team. They were hands down THE BEST. They were super friendly, very easy to talk to, and made it feel like they weren’t even there when filming (which was great because I was worried about feeling awkward in video!) Zak was great about helping us relax and just reminding us to smile if we didn’t know what else to do. Zak even went as far as heading into our reception before us so he could get us drinks ordered. So attentive and made us feel so special! We just got our sneak peek video, two days after our wedding, and it’s just perfect. I have watched it so many times already. WOW! I am beyond impressed with the quality of my wedding video. Ryan and his team did a phenomenal job of capturing the tone and feeling of the wedding.
