As someone who works in film production, I was super picky about who we hired to capture our wedding day. Ryan was so great to work with, we are so happy we found him! From the very first email, he had a very chill vibe that put us at ease but was very professional at the same time. We wanted someone we felt comfortable with as we would be spending lots of time with our photo/video crew on the big day and Ryan felt like one of our friends. Our final video is so beautiful, it makes me cry happy tears every time I watch it. He captured all the details and every shot is absolutely beautiful. I was lucky to have loved all of my vendors. Ryan came early and prepared the day of our wedding, he went above and beyond to look for spots that were good, and worked at the pace of our photographer. OMG Ryan is AMAZING! Truly the best! I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I did a crazy amount of research on wedding vendors and when I found Ryan I knew I had to work with him. Every video of his brought me to tears and I didn’t even know the people. He is so talented, has such attention to detail and his videos are just incredible! We got a teaser, highlight and feature video and are thrilled with all of them. Our day was captured so beautifully! He captured all the emotions, little & big moments and just the feeling of the whole day. And the way he mixes in the music to the footage is really amazing. For example, our song says, “take my hand” and he lined it up with my husband taking my hand. Watching the video took us back instantly. And we had so many family and friends who couldn’t make it due to Covid and they really got to see our special day. The video brought all of us to tears. It really is just so special and something we will cherish forever! The day of the wedding Ryan was so nice and chill and you don’t even realize he is there most of the time. Definitely not intrusive at all! Our wedding party and families all felt so comfortable with him. When we watched our videos my husband was like how did he get that, I didn’t even see him there. Now to the details, he was so communicative throughout our planning process and having to reschedule our wedding, he arrived on time, is reasonably priced, turned our videos around in 5 weeks even during the busy wedding season and is just a great person. Our elopement film is so special and intimate, he truly captured every little detail and then some. We didn't think he would be able to top it the second time around for our reception but, he again, out did himself. We have watched both films a multitude of times and so have our friends and family. There is something so incredibly magical about being able to relive the day not only through video but through his eyes and talent. He was extremely professional, personable, and attentive from the first day we contacted him to the final video delivery. Besides all the beautiful moments between my husband and I, he caught this amazing moment between my mom and her brother that had my heart exploding. Not only that--but he had the highlight reel and raw footage to me in less than a month which I wasn't expecting! I can't wait to be able to share the video and ceremony with people that couldn't be there and my future children and grandchildren. What a special gift to have for my wedding. Amazing experience with Ryan. He was hands down one of the easiest and most pleasant vendors we worked with for our wedding. He was responsive and flexible leading up to the wedding which made planning so easy. Day of the wedding, he was on time, professional, and genuinely pleasant and calming to be around. Ryan is one incredible and talented MF. I appreciated how quick he was with communication. He even gave us full raw footage of vows, speeches and dances. I was really impressed by how invisible he was on the day of which made the experience organic and real. (I've been to friend's weddings where the videographer sets up shoots like telling people where to stand and do and I didn't want that). I was beyond impressed by how well he captured the day especially with just 1 person. Also, he's super chill and nice. I one million percent recommend Ryan Green Films!!!!!! I cannot say enough great things about Ryan. He was always clear and easy to communicate with. Timely in showing up on the day of the wedding and also ahead of schedule in delivering the finished videos. He stayed the entire night until the end. I’m pretty sure my single bridesmaids even has a crush on him. Then the videos. The videos!!! Absolutely incredible. I’ve only watched the highlight film about 544 times already and cry every time. We’ve had dozens of people watch it and cry too. It’s a beautiful cinematic piece and I am SO thankful we have that and the feature film to relive our fairy tale day forever and ever!! He captured everything beyond perfectly and it brings back ALL the feels. He is very talented to be able to do everything he does and without an assistant even. He could honestly easily charge twice as much for the work he does but I’m not complaining about that at all! :) We are all super impressed and beyond happy with our experience with Ryan Green Films. Ryan’s work is so incredible, that other video teams use his videos to take notes. We were so blown away that he did all of the incredible filming himself without any assistance! He blended into the wedding but was hard at work the entire time!! We are so honored to have his talented film work behind capturing the best day of our lives. OMG Ryan is amazing!! His video literally makes me, my family and friends cry every time. Ryan is a perfectionist and it is certainly displayed in his work. Every detail of the video is done with intention and flows together perfectly. I wouldn’t change a thing. He was able to capture the day in a very natural stylistic way. He is a true professional and would hire him again and again!

When my husband and I got engaged, there was one non-negotiable- we were absolutely getting a videographer. Knowing that the engagement was coming, I had spent the better part of the previous year looking at videographers. I came across Ryan Green on TheKnot website. As I did with all the other videographers, I went to his vimeo page and started watching his films. Immediately, I knew that I wanted him to be our videographer. He was the first vendor we picked, 20 months PRIOR to our wedding. And after receiving both our highlight film and feature film, I have no regrets at all. Ryan was great! He was an easy vendor to book and work with. About a month prior to the wedding, we touched base about song choices for the films. Then a week before the wedding we talked about what time he had to be there. By the time I had gotten to the venue, he had already been there taking shots of our venue. He kept around our photographer, whom he had worked with before and had a great professional relationship with. He was amazing at being inconspicuous where he didn't stand out like a sore thumb, but also present every time there was a good shot. He also mic'd up my husband at certain times too to get his audio. His films were sent to me less than a month after our wedding and they do not disappoint. I posted the videos to my facebook and people went nuts with them! He's so great that another one of my friends contacted him the day she saw my video for her wedding. Having done a lot of research, I also felt like his prices were extremely reasonable. Not only did we get an 8 minute long highlight film (which still moves me to tears and I've seen it at least a million times) but we also got a 50minute feature film. Videographer or no videographer? Ryan came recommended by a friend and we are so glad we took the recommendation! Throughout the entire process Ryan was extremely quick and thorough in his responses. Day of, extremely professional and seemed to have worked with our photographer all his life although they had just met. His cinematography and attention to detail is unlike anything we have seen before, we are truly able to relive the day and all the emotions through his work (and even some things we didn’t get to see day of)! Friends and family have been blown away by the video(s). We are so glad we moved forward with a videographer and with Ryan, it’s an easy choice!

We were on the fence with having a videographer for our wedding and decided we wanted to relive our wedding day over and over again! I just received our videos last night and can’t count how many times I I’ve replayed them and cried every single time! We were going back and forth about whether or not to hire a videographer for our wedding and we are SO glad that we did! Ryan was so great to work with and the videos that he created perfectly captured our day and represented our personalities so nicely. During our phone consultation, I knew that working with Ryan was going to be great. He really listened to what I was looking for in a wedding video and was so friendly and open to ideas. That first conversation made us feel at ease, especially since my husband is not one who enjoys being in the spotlight. The day of, Ryan arrived ahead of schedule so that he was able to get clips of our venue - the San Diego Safari Park (or Wild Animal Park for the natives). Throughout the day, Ryan was an invisible presence. We barely noticed him scurrying around but when we watched the video, he was basically everywhere. There are shots of things that we didn't remember happening! To sum it all up, Ryan is an amazing videographer and produces work that is beautiful and representative of you and your partner that will always serve as a wonderful memory of your wedding.

We hired Ryan for our wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum on May 21, 2017, and it was one of the best decisions we made. As creative and visual people who had very high expectations for the photography and videography of our wedding, we were blown away by the quality of Ryan's work. Modern and cinematic in look, his films captured the essence of what made our wedding day so special while making us look just damn cool. He got the big moments, but also small, intimate ones that added so much. On the day of the wedding, he went about his business professionally in the background and even included some drone footage that really elevated the production quality. As someone with a love of film and some experience in video editing, I can say that I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted. Ryan was amazing. He made our wedding videographer back in June and he created a perfect memory of the day. I cry and laugh every time I watch the video. All of my friends and family love it and people who weren't there tell me the video makes them feel a part of the day. He perfectly combined the love felt during the ceremony and the dance party and many laughs we had hoped for on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Ryan enough! He was absolutely amazing, easy to work with, and professional. Ryan moved between the bride's suite, the grooms suite, and got all the detail shots before the ceremony.
