Founder Ryan Hinman established his production company in 2010, having spent a number of years working part-time as a wedding videographer. He decided to pursue his passion for capturing emotional celebrations in his classic, evocative style. Ryan’s approach is a naturalistic one. He prefers to let the day unfold before his lens rather than stage shots and events. Creating an authentic representation of each moment is at the core of his practice.
Ryan Hinman Films’ standard event package includes 10 hours of coverage. This ensures that everything from your preparation to your first dance can be recorded. Depending on your schedule and the size of your event, Ryan can bring along a separate cameraperson to aid him in filming. Your final product will arrive to you in the form of a feature-length video and a shareable highlight reel, perfect for helping your guests relive the day via social media. A Bluray DVD of your film can be provided, as well as raw footage for archival purposes. Ryan and his team are proud to offer the kind of service that operates subtly on your special day, but rewards you with a keepsake you will treasure for years to come.

We had gone back and forth about whether or not to hire a videographer for the wedding, but seeing Ryan's work convinced us that this was how we wanted our day captured. Now, 6 mon...
ths later, I cannot imagine not having the videos Ryan created for us. I've watched them over and over, as he found a way to capture all the joy, magic, laughter, fun, and emotion of our day just perfectly. Part of this is that Ryan is just a fun and easy person to be around, so it felt so comfortable to be in front of the camera with him behind it!
Also I have to mention we were BLOWN AWAY waking up at 8 am the morning after our wedding to find a social media edit of our wedding already posted to his instagram! I honestly cried I was in such happy shock of getting to relive the night right away. (Although, not to overpromise on Ryan's behalf-- this wasn't in the contract and I think he just decided to go for it that night because Ryan rocks like that!).
If you aren't sure about spending money on a videographer, I can tell you right now, it will be worth your every penny. There is nothing else that can capture joy and emotion and all the dancing like a videographer, and Ryan is the best of them!
