er our wedding day, and that is entirely because of their expertise, care, and intentional planning. What stood out most was how effortless they made everything feel. Behind the scenes, we know there are countless moving pieces but as a couple, we experienced nothing but calm, joy, and presence. The entire day (from rehearsal, set up, people organization, small change ups, taking care of us during ceremony and reception to break down) flowed seamlessly and flawlessly, and we received countless comments from our guests about how smooth and beautiful everything was. That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s the result of true professionals operating at the highest level. Shantel and Amanda are not only incredibly talented at what they do, but they also bring a level of warmth, fun, attentiveness, and genuine care that makes you feel fully supported every step of the way. They didn’t just execute a wedding, they created an experience that we, along with our families and friends, will carry with us forever. We are beyond grateful for them and their entire team. Choosing to work with them was one of the best decisions we made in this entire process. Thank you both for making our day unforgettable. We truly cannot recommend them enough.

They offered a well thought out day-of coordination scope of services, and executed them flawlessly at Roger Williams Park Botanical Center. our tables for the reception. SA Events truly went above and beyond for us! We met a week before our wedding to go over the schedule, and we were so impressed with them. Shantel and Amanda thought of everything for us and pointed us in the right direction every time. They were extremely prepared, professional and friendly. My husband and I left that meeting knowing we were in the right hands. SA Events coordinated with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding, ran our entire ceremony rehearsal and set everything up on the wedding day with ease. We even had a little mishap at the rehearsal and they still went out and fixed it that night for us. So many guests came up to us after the wedding to compliment how great of a job Shantel and Amanda did. The best thing we did while planning our wedding was hiring SA Events. Even after our very first meeting, I had complete confidence in our big day. These ladies are incredibly passionate and give 110% to everything they do. On the day of the event, it was such a relief not to worry about what was happening behind the scenes—they managed the timeline (thank goodness!), coordinated vendors as they arrived, worked seamlessly with the DJ, and handled every question with ease.
