John is an absolute delight to work with. He and his second (Lynette) were so ready to help guide us but also give us the space to ask for whatever we wanted. They were so accommad...

Working with John throughout our engagement and wedding day was an amazing experience! I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful he is to work with. He gave us tools to help...
the planning process and the day of go smoothly, jumped in to help when something went wrong, and documented our love story in the most beautiful way while putting us at ease and making sure we had fun!
We were familiar with John's work for nearly 10 years. We were first acquainted with him when my husband and I went to our first Fireball in early 2014. We met him at later Firebal...
ls, and he even photographed one of my bridemaids' wedding before us.... So we knew what we were getting into.
John took some lovely engagement phots of us at the Arboretum and wedding photos at the Garver Feed Mill. He is great at coaxing out your authentic selves. He's helpful during the planning process, happy to help with timelines, and give suggestions.
Wedding day John was really on top of the timeline while being patient with my wedding party, our families, our guests, and most importantly, us. He never made us felt rushed, but he made sure that we moved along and were properly taken care of.
He's willing to be flexible during the night if you need more time, and he's good about checking in for any last shots before he leaves for the day.
I definitely recommend John and his team. Michelle assisted him during our wedding day, and she was lovely as well.
John is an absolute angel and incredible photographer. We really felt like we made a friend through the process of having an engagement session and planning with him ahead of the e...
vent. His style is natural, disarming, and comforting meanwhile he captured by far the best photos of us we’ve ever had.
On the day he was a friendly face and a calming respite from all of the stress and social responsibility, he was the reason we had so many personal, touching moments together as a couple and we can’t thank him enough.
John and his team were FANTASTIC, especially Tammy (videography)! There are so many unique options that set Sable Park apart from other vendors. They offer drone photography, video...
graphy, and their photo booth is amazing (they even curate the props to the couple's interests)! The engagement photo session was included in our package and we were able to include our dog for those photos. Highly recommend Sable Park for your photography & videography needs. They were so easy to work with, so responsive to questions, and a wonderful presence on the day of the event. I'm not very comfortable with photos (and certainly not video!), but they were so easy to work with and such a calming presence that it took a lot of the stress of staged photos away for us and we could just enjoy the moment!
John was AMAZING! We're not big picture people but he made it fun and comfortable. John is very communicative and we always knew what to expect. All of our photos have come out phe...
nomenal. I would recommend him to everyone!
John is great! He always had great ideas that respected what we wanted and what we needed. What I mean is my husband and I did not want to do a first look and John respected that, ...
but recommend we do a first non-look. And boy was he right! The pictures are amazing and it really helped calm my nerves before the ceremony. PLUS we got our pictures back in record time, like a week after the wedding! I highly recommend this as your photographer, especially if you want those little moments no one really sees to be captured.
John with Sable Park Photography is an excellent choice for any of your photography needs! He is personable and fun & relaxing to be around! He is an excellent photographer with an...
eye for emotional photos that you will want to keep for a lifetime. We highly recommend John! He made our wedding weekend the best that it could be with his direction, patience, and compassion.
John did an excellent job in capturing our wedding day. He was prepared, professional, and personable. His assistant Kayla was on top of her game as well. Together, they were able ...
to execute every shot we had planned, as well as many candid and detail shots that truly encapsulated the magic of our day. Years from now, we will be able to look back on these pictures and remember all the little things about our wedding day that made it as special as it was. And that's all thanks to John, Kayla, and Sable Park Photography.
John was incredibly professional and well prepared. We love our photos, and got them back very quickly. We would recommend John to any couple looking for a high quality professiona...

he success of a business. I can tell that John is very thoughtful about the process. We really enjoyed our FREE (yes, FREE) engagement session and loved our photos! We signed our wedding photography contract soon after. I love the "try before you buy" philosophy. Our wedding day was a little hectic (for me) and John and Ann are incredibly calming! We got our "sneak peek" the next day and were blown away with our photos. We love, love, love our entire wedding album. The candid photos are fabulous, too!
