I wanted to wait until after our wedding to post this review - but I am seriously convinced that all of these other reviews are fake, and Sabrina is not actually a wedding coordina...

We started planning our wedding 2 years ago, and found Sabrina via the Knot. We booked her because of her positive reviews and her pricing, and I can confidently say it was the worst mistake of my entire planning process. Sabrina started off very responsive and organized up until I signed the contract. Immediately after I stopped receiving email responses, and had to text her or call to beg for some kind of response. She had told me I could ask her questions whenever and can have monthly check ins as needed, which I never did end up getting. Some emails would go 2-3 weeks without responses, some no response at all.
I started to become very worried about 6 months out when we still had little to no contact with her. I reached out and let her know that I was feeling this way, and asked when we can expect her full attention and she just kind of said “it depends on the brides needs” so I communicated that I did need her to respond in these next few months. Again, ghosted. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as most people who I asked about it said coordinators don’t jump in until 60 days out. So many people told me to fire her, but I tried to stick it out.
When those 60 days out rolled up, nothing changed. No vendor comms were sent without us prompting Sabrina to do so, I made my own timeline because she took too long to respond to my email and get me hers, I also had to redo my own floorplan because hers was too vague and incorrect. Once we hit the 2 week mark, and we still saw no improvement on her part, I knew we had to let her go and find someone who would actually do the job. I’m still convinced I was scammed, and am devastated over the amount of tears and stress Sabrina caused me this entire process. I am SO glad we fired her and went with someone else. Our new coordinator immediately hopped in and did more than I think Sabrina ever could. Sabrina did give us a partial refund after we told her the contract was over, which I appreciate - but there was never an apology or attempt to make it right. Weddings are a big deal, and I had made my expectations very clear and even gave her a way out if she couldn’t do the job. Such a disappointment.
Brides - PLEASE save yourself the stress and do not hire Sabrina. If I could go back and redo this whole process I would 100% go with someone else.

I was so thankful for Sabrina, she put together a timeline and spread sheet to help put my mind at ease. This also helped keep us on track regarding contracts with vendors, overall budget, and ideas/visions I had for my wedding.
She listened and understood the thoughts and ideas spiraling around in my head by asking questions, suggesting ideas, and providing insightful feedback from her experiences. Sabrina would consistently check in on how I was feeling; if I needed any support, and if I had any questions or concerns during the wedding planning process. She would also keep a consistent line of communication so I could reach out if I needed advice or had questions for the vendors.
Sabrina secured a variety of vendors for me to choose from, all with reasonable pricing that stayed within our budget. I loved having options!
A week before the wedding Sabrina offered me a ton of support; if I had to make any last-minute decisions, struggling with my nerves, worried about vendor placement; she kept me calm and focused, reassuring me every step of the way.
She did an amazing job incorporating decor I wanted displayed around our wedding venue as well as creating and setting up a beautiful display for our favors table. She has an eye for creativity and detail, that's for sure.
Sabrina was a rockstar on the day of the wedding! She put together a well-organized minute-by-minute timeline for the ceremony and the reception to ensure the wedding party, photographer, videographer and DJ were ready for all those special wedding moments. (EX. group pictures, cake cutting, first dance, speeches)
Sabrina is a quick problem solver and handled any issues that were brought to her attention in a swift, and professional manner. (She even took the initiative to reach out to a vendor and found me a makeup/hairdresser days before the wedding, I was so thankful she did that!)
Throughout the day multiple family members complimented how polite, welcoming, and hard-working Sabrina was. We were all impressed by Sabrina's calming deminer and unstoppable work hustle, especially during moments of transition, such as guiding guests from the ceremony to the reception area, wrangling people to sit down for dinner, and calling table numbers for the buffet line.
Sabrina stuck to the wedding timeline and everything went according to plan making this whole process much easier on me. Her passion for coordinating and planning weddings shines through her work.
Sabrina genuinely cares about you, and your ideas, and does a fabulous job bringing your wedding vision to life. I am blessed to have had Sabrina as my wedding expert/advisor. All the hard work, dedication, and expertise Sabrina brings to the table is absolutely worth it! Thank you Sabrina, for turning my wedding dreams into the most beautiful day of my life thus far.

figure it out within minutes and what could've been a big stressful situation ended up being ok and the rest of the wedding went smoothly! People were so impressed that I was able to keep the wedding on schedule! I had a lot of ideas for my wedding including a boba and pie bar and it was well executed! I had a lot of help for organizing the ceremony as well and Sabrina was very accommodating with meeting up and scheduling times to work thru everything. I would highly recommend her! ld I was "such a calm" bride and I swear it's because of her! I hired Sabrina shortly after getting engaged and booking my venue. I was planning a Central California wedding from Chicago, so having Sabrina in Central CA was a huge plus. But above and beyond that, Sabrina immediately took control of every detail of wedding planning that I needed her to. She researched vendors, found the best pricing and then sent me final orders to sign off on. She helped make recommendations about color schemes, chairs, flowers and decor in general. She kept track of every vendor and acted as the main point of contact so I wouldn't have to. She even visited my venue multiple times to make sure she had an idea of where everything would go within the courtyard, including drafting up a layout/mock up of the venue. She kept me ahead of schedule, without ever pestering me or pushing too hard. And she always responded to my questions, or even random texts about different thoughts or Pinterest ideas within 24 hours. When the venue I picked changed management 2 months before the wedding, she made sure to call and introduce herself to the new management and confirmed all of our contract details with them, taking all of the stress off of me yet again. Lastly, she kept track of all of the deposits and payments we had made, and made sure we knew how much we would owe and when to pay to each vendor.
On the day of my wedding, Sabrina arrived early and was ready to greet and instruct all of our vendors when they arrived. During the reception, we had one moment of panic, where the electricity went out in our courtyard because a fuse blew, and as soon as it happened, I looked up and saw Sabrina running through the courtyard to get someone to fix it. It was fixed in minutes! The morning after the wedding, I woke up to a cart full of items from the reception, all lovingly labeled by Sabrina- My cards were all in a box, the speeches that had been left on tables were in a folder, left over reception gifts, random shoes and suit coats etc. Everything was neatly organized and labeled!! I never had to worry once throughout the whole wedding planning process because I knew Sabrina had everything under control. Instead I was able to enjoy the fun parts of planning, and being engaged, and just sit back and soak in every perfect moment. By the time my wedding day came around, she was more than my planner, she was my friend. There's truly nothing I could do to thank Sabrina enough for giving me the gift of being able to enjoy planning my wedding without stress!
