I really appreciated that because I didn't feel pressured or obligated to purchase from them. I ended up going with a different dress from a different salon, purely out of the aesthetics of the other dress better suited me. I spent an hour and a half trying on dresses with Callee and I'm convinced she would have been handing me dresses all night if I allowed her to! Despite the fact that I was trying on dress after dress, Callee never rushed me. The same goes for Rachel. On my second visit, I found a dress after another hour of trying things on. Rachel took one look at my pinterest board after we were having trouble locking in a dress and immediately pulled out a completely different style than what I had been looking for initially. I loved it and ended up buying it. She also recommended a beautiful veil that matched perfectly. Best part is, I walked out of the store with my dress that day. No need to wait for it to be ordered.

Judy did amazing job helping me pick out dresses and I did not fee overwhelmed at all she was so sweet and nice . I try on about 20 dresses and I would say there were 6 favorites. There was this one dress I broke out in tears the first time trying it on. I went back two other times and I still cried. I’m so happy I said “yes to the dress”! Rachel actually suggested I try on a dress that I would have never picked out by myself and I absolutely fell in love with it! It was originally $4,000 (which was well over my price range) and I got it for $2,000! The dress fit me perfectly and I would have never found it without them! If I could give 100 stars I would! :)

I bought be dress for $1,000 when it cost $1,700! That's a steal! The dress is in perfect condition and was everything I was looking for. They are so great at what they do! I even tried on the dresses I really liked multiple times. Rachel pulled the ones she thought I would like based on others I was drawn to, offered great advice, took many pictures, and was just as excited as me. I had a blast! Since it was my first time trying on dresses, I didn’t think I would find the one that day. To my surprise, I fell in love with two dresses and couldn’t decide between the two, so I put them on hold and went back a few days later with a friend. After viewing the pictures and thinking about the dresses, I knew which dress was the one! Rachel wasn’t there during my second visit, but the other girls were also very helpful. I left with the perfect dress! I went during the weekday in the afternoon and was lucky to be the only one there both times. The boutique has a great selection, fantastic staff, and incredible prices. If you are looking for a remarkable experience, make an appointment with Rachel!

The only place I have to compare Sabrina Ann to is BHLDN, where they give you only 1hr and limit you to 6 dresses. After going to both places, it was obvious to me how superior Rachel and Sabrina Ann are in terms of customer service, experience, and inventory. I loved shopping local and would recommend Rachel and Sabrina Ann to anyone in a heartbeat!

They have a wide range of styles and sizes to select from, and their inventory changes all the time so it feels like the dress you’re getting is unique! They also allow you to take photos and the entire appointment was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thankful for Rachel and the Sabrina’s staff for helping me find my dream dress!!

We had visited the bridal shop with the intention of buying straps to add to my original gown, however another gown caught my eye. So I just had to try it on, and my momma agreed. So that’s just what we did!! There was no doubt in my mind that this was my gown. My mom was moved to tears and later said now this is the gown I imagine my girl walking down the aisle in! Ultimately I found the perfect dress and was shocked when I heard that the cost was in my price range, and much lower than anticipated. The best part was being able to walk out with my dream dress without breaking the bank. When my sister and I arrived for our appointment, she asked for an idea of what I was looking for. Once I described my style she believed she had just the one I was looking for and plucked it from the rack, put it aside and told me to pick out some additional ones to try on. After patiently and graciously helping me in and out of a few I had selected, she couldn't hold back her excitement and handed me the one she picked. I really liked it, it was just what I described to her! However it was a size 8, and I'm a size 2-4, so the fit was quite big and I had hesitation with visualizing the end result with alterations. I wasn't able to commit that day so she told me I could put it on hold so I could think on it. Rachel called me two days later to let me know the exact same dress had just arrived in a size 4! I arranged to have a second try on with the sisters and mothers there to confirm if this was the one I wanted, and it was! It fit almost perfectly and gave me the "This is it!" feeling I was looking for! Rachel was very patient, kind, personable, and made me feel very comfortable as I awkwardly climbed in and out of dresses with her assistance. Brides, this is so important with your experience in shopping for a dress. My sister and I went to another bridal shop after my first appointment at Sabrina's and did not experience ANY of those things. The sales woman at the other store was so unpleasant in so many ways, my sister and I agreed that neither of us would want to give them a sale even if I found a dress there I liked, which I didn't.. Customer service is vital when you are searching for your perfect wedding dress and I have to say I give a full 5 stars to this store and to Rachel. Thank you for a great experience!
