I am getting married next year and just two weeks ago came to Sabrina Ann to dress shop! Not only did I find the PERFECT gown I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service. Sabrina herself was the one who took care of me and I can't say enough how wonderful she made this experience for me. For someone who was so self conscious going into dress shopping, I felt beautiful the whole time I was there and will be phenomenal in my gown on my big day! Even better yet, it didn't break the bank! Big thank you to Sabrina - I highly recommend this shop to any one on the hunt for their gown!

Erika was so nice and helped me find my wedding dress. I came in not thinking I'd buy anything but then I tried on one that was so nice, and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy it; the price was very reasonable, and they gave me a list of places to get it altered also. I was very happy with the experience. It looks like a small shop but they have a pretty good selection!

Sabrina Ann's was nothing short of a wonderful experience! It was my second stop while wedding dress shopping, and I had a good idea of what I liked and wanted to try on. I worked with Sabrina herself, and she pulled a wide variety of dresses that matches exactly the style I asked for! I found 2 that I loved, but couldn't make a decision and knew my mom was coming the following weekend. Sabrina let me hold them for a small fee, and I spent the whole week dreaming of them. I went to a few more stores before returning to Sabrina's. As soon as I put on one I'd had on hold, I felt totally confident it was the one! I left with my dress in hand and the name of several seamstresses to call. I felt totally confident and comfortable the entire time! I was never rushed and had the time to really consider my options. All of the dresses were beautiful and in beautiful condition. I highly recommend Sabrina Ann's to all local brides!

She kept the appointment light hearted, stress-free, on track and really listened to what I was looking for. I had an absolutely amazing time at Sabrina Anne! This was my first time trying on gowns and I was so nervous since I am not the smallest bride. Kelly made my fears go away and picked out amazing dresses. I told her kind of what I was looking out but was open to anything. I was so afraid to try on a fitted dress because of being bigger. Kelly pulled the perfect dress that I fell in love with and made me feel beautiful. I fully credit finding my dream dress to Kelly and her making me feel beautiful. I said yes to the dress! It was a great experience, with many gorgeous gowns to choose from at a great price point. At first, I felt overwhelmed by all the different choices and options and didn't have much direction going into my appointment. Those feelings quickly went away; Callee made me feel beyond comfortable and knew what dresses to pull (& allowed me to try on and weed out the styles that were a no). I had the absolute best experience dress shopping at Sabrina Ann!!! I found my dream wedding dress and had the best time with my family at my private appointment. I tried on so many beautiful gowns, it was almost hard to pick! They have a gorgeous selection. Lauren was fantastic to work with. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and organized in helping me find the perfect dress. She learned my vibe/style super quickly and made sure I tried on a variety of gowns to find the right one. I scheduled a private meeting over a year before my wedding date. I mostly went just to get an idea of what kind of dress I wanted but ended up leaving with my dress! We were with Callie, who was amazing. The private appointments do cost about $100 but are totally worth it in my opinion. This way, Callie was 100% dedicated to helping me pick out some dresses. She ended up finding my dress when she went down to the basement to get us more champagne! Without her, I would not have found the dress of my dreams. She then suggested a great tailor for the alterations. I later went back and picked out my hair piece there so definitely be sure to check out their accessories too!

I had a great experience at Sabrina Ann Couture! I actually went to both locations of Sabrina Ann, and went to the West Chester location three times total (haha! it was hard to make up my mind!) where I ended up purchasing my gown. All the consultants were so warm, friendly, and helpful. It felt like they were genuinely excited to help me, offered excellent feedback, and assisted in helping me to envision my final look. Shoutout to Kelly, Alyssa, and the rest of the team! The appointment time flew by, but I never felt rushed. I had the pleasure of interacting with the owner, Sabrina, as well. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. The dress itself is excellent, and you cannot beat the price! I am so happy to have such a beautiful dress, under-budget. I could not be happier. We had a wonderful experience at Sabrina's. The shop is a lovely little gem of a boutique. We were one of only two customers in the shop and we each had our hostesses full attention. My daughter-in-law to-be was treated with kindness and attentiveness. She was truly listened to by our hostess Gabriel, and dress after dress was just what she asked for. So many to choose from! And, in the end the perfect dress was found. We walked out with it that afternoon. No ordering, no waiting. A perfect experience all around.

Honestly, this is a true boutique bridal shop. I felt so comfortable trying on dresses here. Kelly was so kind & knowledgeable and she even had me stepping out of my comfort zone to try on different styles I normally wouldn’t! I bought my dress without any doubts! I can’t recommend it enough. Also, their veil selection is unbelievable!

Erica was the best! She pulled all sorts of dresses for me to try on! I loved every minute trying on all the dresses and felt so at ease. I ended up getting the 2nd dress I tried on which was one of the ones Erica pulled for me!

I had a great experience here from the second I called. I will be 28 weeks pregnant at my wedding and was obviously nervous about finding a dress I loved and would be comfortable in. When I called they eased my worries and assured me I could find something. The day of, I got to work with Kim who was amazing! She listened to all of my needs and answered all of my questions. She found me the exact dress that I described I wanted. It was one I didn’t even see online. I went to SA as my first bridal store visit with the expectation that it would take several store trips to find what I wanted, but to my surprise I walked out with the perfect dress in hand that day! It also helps that the store isn’t too crowded and you get a private experience in a cute boutique. Thank you for being so amazing to work with!

I had the lovely opportunity to work with Gabrielle! She has honestly been the best thing for helping me find my special dress. While my MOL was visiting from another country she had us both there to look over some dresses and find my style. She was so informative and helpful! I even saw a post on Instagram that I loved and she came in that same day to help me try it on. I LOVE Sabrina Ann and would 100% recommend getting your dress there!!! Definitely ask for Gabrielle- she’s such a sweet girl that truly knows her stuff and knows how to make you feel beautiful and special for your day!

I had such an amazing experience working with Callee! I walked in wanting to try on a huge variety of dresses to rule out what I did not want and narrow it down to my style and walked out with a dress! She listened every step of the way and could figure out my style instantly! She went above and beyond to make me feel like a princess on such an important and exciting day!

Very pleasant experience

I had found a dress online that I fell in love with. I was browsing through Sabrina Ann's collection online and saw that they had it in stock. Sabrina and all her employees were helpful from the start. Not only did they set the dress aside for me, but got me in for an earlier appointment to try it on. The shop is adorable and even though its smaller they have an amazing collection of dresses. I'm so happy with my experience and wish I could go back and do it all again!

I took my dress to Sabrina Ann for consignment after my first engagement didn’t work out. The team was so kind during that experience that I knew they would be first on my list when the time came for the next dress. We scheduled two appointments on the same day, started at the West Chester location, then went to Ardmore. I worked with Callee in West Chester and didn’t find the dream dress there, but went into the Ardmore appointment with a solid foundation of the key elements I was looking for and ideas for flattering yet comfortable fits/silhouettes. I am pleased to say that I found my dream dress in Ardmore, and that Emily was a joy to work with; she basically went off the notes from Callee to pull some dresses and the first dress I tried on at Ardmore ended up being “The One.” Judi also did an amazing job with helping my mom find her Mother of the Bride dress. Can’t recommend Sabrina Ann enough after my shopping experience!

Well after ten minutes of working with Kelly, I felt completely at ease. She was so helpful and kind and really made me feel special ,while also listening to my concerns. And the gown selection was fantastic , it honestly was hard to narrow it down , and I couldn't have without Kelly's wisdom and advice!

I had such a wonderful experience with Sabrina Ann Couture. During my first visit, Sabrina worked with me to pick out a beautiful selection of different silhouettes to try. I was starting from scratch, so she helped me determine what was most comfortable and flattered my figure. During my second visit, Rachel assisted me in narrowing down my preferences and helped me find the perfect dress. Amazingly, it ended up being the first dress I tried on with Sabrina! I was really nervous to find a dress for my upcoming wedding. Between not being a very confident person, being VERY indecisive and needing to stay on a strict budget, I thought the search would be difficult. It was NOT and that's all thanks to my visit to Sabrina Ann. My awesome consultant, Callee, worked her magic to find so many dresses in my size and budget. Not only that, but she found several dresses that I absolutely loved! I felt like an absolute queen in every one of the dresses she picked out and I am so happy with the dress I decided to buy. I went to Sabrina Ann Couture on 1/15/2021. I had a good idea of what I was looking for but was very open to other styles. Emily was so incredible to work with!! she accommodated my parents and I for our appointment. She was friendly, professional, and had a great eye for dresses that I would love and that flattered me!! I had recently lost a lot of weight and was looking to highlight my new curves, something I felt I didn't get at other salons. The dresses Emily pulled for me were all stunning! She gave me time to decide on each dress, indulged pictures, and questions. She wasn't pushy or "salespersony" at all! I really appreciated that because I didn't feel pressured or obligated to purchase from them. I ended up going with a different dress from a different salon, purely out of the aesthetics of the other dress better suited me. However, I would hands down recommend this shop and Emily to anyone looking for their dress and to have a wonderful experience wedding dress shopping! Emily and the crew made it such a wonderful day! The selection of dresses were beautiful.

Due to COVID I ended up wearing this dress at our elopement, and then I came back again to get a different dress for our reception next year!! The consultants are SO nice, helpful and attentive. Callee and Rachel were amazing in helping me find my dream dress. I thought I wanted long sleeves, but hated once I tried a few on. They recommended something completely different and I fell in love! I came back 2 more times to try it on and was able to hold the dress for $30 while I made my decision. Purchased yesterday and saved $450 off of retail. They recommended accessories and local alterations to help me complete the look. I never felt rushed during my appts or pressured into making a purchase. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Please go check them out!

Highly recommend Sabrina Ann Couture! I went to their West Chester location and worked with Rachel and Callee. Both women were amazing. They were incredibly patient and quickly developed an eye for what I was looking for. I am a difficult person to shop for and knew I wasn't going to find a dress my first time in. I spent an hour and a half trying on dresses with Callee and I'm convinced she would have been handing me dresses all night if I allowed her to! Despite the fact that I was trying on dress after dress, Callee never rushed me. The same goes for Rachel. On my second visit, I found a dress after another hour of trying things on. Rachel took one look at my pinterest board after we were having trouble locking in a dress and immediately pulled out a completely different style than what I had been looking for initially. I loved it and ended up buying it. She also recommended a beautiful veil that matched perfectly. Best part is, I walked out of the store with my dress that day. No need to wait for it to be ordered.

I can't speak highly enough for the ladies at Sabrina Ann! I literally reached out to them 7 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING, wanting to buy a different dress, because the one I had purchased 18 months earlier no longer made me happy. Instead of telling me they couldn't help me - they got me in immediately, spent 2 hours helping me find the perfect gown, and even secured a seamstress for my alterations (which needed to be done in only 5 days). AMAZING!!!! I can't tell you how wonderful working with Callee was, and how happy I am going into my wedding, knowing I will look and feel beautiful!

I had the best experience with Emily at this location of Sabrina Ann's!! She was so easy and fun to work with and helped me find the perfect dress for my big day. I had a vision of what I thought I wanted, and Emily pulled those dresses to start with, but it slowly evolved to something different and Emily kept showing me dresses I liked until I found the one! She really understood what I was looking for based off the feedback I was giving her. I also didn't realize all of the things about dresses that are customizable (adding straps, taking out skirt layers, etc) and Emily was fantastic at making sure I didn't overlook those possibilities in dresses. The quality of the dress I bought is fantastic and I was thrilled to find it at as such a deal. I am so glad I found Sabrina Ann's because the wedding dress shopping experience was so fun and not stressful! The shop is super cute and I felt both relaxed and excited the entire time I was there. I would absolutely recommend looking for a wedding dress at Sabrina Ann's! Also, considering wedding dress orders have been delayed due to COVID I felt so much better leaving with a dress physically in my hands!

This was my first stop! I was immediately floored by how professional but comfortable this experience was. I actually was dressing it....I just hate clothes shopping in general. I immediately fell in love with 2 dresses! And had sooo many options in my size! I put them on hold. I then looked elsewhere, but I could not get these beautiful dresses out of my mind. I went right back and as soon as I had my dress on I just knew it was definitely right! Even with the power outage we experienced. Haha. I got my dress at the West Chester store and was absolutely in love! I previously tried on gowns at retail stores and felt like just another client. I tried on gowns at both the Ardmore and West Chester stores and both ladies were amazing! Rachel truly made me feel comfortable and was so knowledgeable. I will definitely refer all of my bride friends here!

I have bought a beautiful dress from Sabrina Ann in West Chester. The dress i ended up choosing is nothing like I've invisioned myself in. The dress i initially loved online on Sabrina Ann's website was completely different in person and i didn't care for it and the dress i ended up getting was nothing I would have initially picked out but its gorgeous! Always try on different style you never know what you might fall in love with! I had an awesome experience! I recently bought my dress from Sabrina Ann in West Chester and had a wonderful experience. From my first encounter with making an appointment, they were very helpful and prompt with responding. When the day came for my appointment, I worked with Laurie who helped me find my perfect dress! Throughout the appointment, she listened to what I wanted, liked, and didn't like, while also gently giving suggestions. Rachel was right there, as well, jumping in whenever we needed help and advice. Everyone at this shop made me (and my guests) feel so comfortable from beginning to end!

Shopping for my wedding dress at Sabrina Ann Couture was such a great experience. I wasn't expecting to find my dress here, since I had another dress in mind and this was my first time shopping samples, but with Mindy's help, I found *my* dress. They even let me put a small deposit down and think it over for a few days. When I went back to pick up my dress, Rachel let me put it on again, and try it with belts and veils, which really sealed the deal. They have a large collection of on-trend and classic gowns for each size--it's definitely worth a visit!

Trying on wedding dresses can actually be very stressful but Rachel made the experience so fun and I felt very relaxed the whole appointment. She was knowledgeable in selecting the gowns and patient while I tried on each one. They have a gorgeous selection of dresses & I highly recommend going here!

Judy and Rachel are amazing! I made a last minute appointment for my maid of honor and I could go come and try on dresses. This was my very first time trying on dresses and had no clue what style I liked. I went into the bridal shop with my mind set I’m not looking to say “yes to the dress”. I just wanted to limit my ideas so when we all go shopping I know what to go for. Judy did amazing job helping me pick out dresses and I did not fee overwhelmed at all she was so sweet and nice . I try on about 20 dresses and I would say there were 6 favorites. There was this one dress I broke out in tears the first time trying it on. I went back two other times and I still cried. I’m so happy I said “yes to the dress”! This was the best experience I had and I would definitely recommend Sabrina Ann couture to everyone ! I made an appointment at Sabrina Ann's on a friends suggestion, as she found her dress at the Ardmore location and loved her experience. Jennarose was a delight from the phone call prior to the appointment, letting me know that the dresses I liked online were at the West Chester store and then during the fitting as she listened to my wants and needs but still kept in mind options that could work or like it ended up could be nothing like I was telling her but the perfect dress for me! She was so patient as I tried dress after dress and then asked to get into a couple for a second time. But what was the best of all is she pulled a dress that I never would have pictured myself in until I put it on... it was perfect! If you are looking for the wedding dress of your dreams, be sure to check Sabrina Ann's out - their price points are great and the stylists are amazing!!! I can't gush about them enough!

I love Sabina Ann Couture! Because you buy your dress right off the rack the shop is able to provide a huge selection of different designers; unlike other shops that only would have 3 or 4. I tried on a ton of dresses and had a hard time picking one because I loved them all! Our sales girl Rachel is amazing! She figured out what would look the best on me and continued to give me great options. Rachel ended up picking the dress I will be wearing at my wedding! I had such a great experience I brought my soon to be sister in law to her and she was also able to find a gorgeous dress! Not only is Rachel a rock star at finding dresses that look good on different body types but she makes it fun! My throat hurt after I left from laughing so hard! I would definitely recommend this shop!

I made an appt at Sabrina Ann's but it wasn't until 2pm. Since my mom and I had some time to kill we ended up stopping at a davids bridal on the way. Being that it was Saturday, it was crazy busy! I couldn't even make my way to a mirror to see the dresses I was trying on. The consultant seemed very unsure of what she was doing and refused to bring me the dresses I specifically asked to try on. She was very persistent on me getting a style dress I kept repeating I wasn't looking for. After finding a possible option, we left with hopes that Sabrina Ann would be a little more welcoming. From the start it was a great experience! We were late and they were so understanding and accommodating. They have the best selection of dresses I had ever seen! Their store is a pinterest dream come true! I ended up spotting a dress that wasn't really what I was going for but fell in love the moment I tried it on. Mindy was so helpful and a joy to have as part of this experience! Thank you for treating me so well and helping me find my dream dress!!

Rachel is amazing and her and Callee made my experience at Sabrina Ann amazing! They have so many amazing dresses and I love how they are all on their website so you can have an idea of what to try on before you get there. Callee helped me try on a million dresses and the whole experience was fun, relaxed, and no pressure at all. Rachel actually suggested I try on a dress that I would have never picked out by myself and I absolutely fell in love with it! It was originally $4,000 (which was well over my price range) and I got it for $2,000! The dress fit me perfectly and I would have never found it without them! If I could give 100 stars I would! :)

I had no idea as to the style dress I wanted when I went to Sabrina Ann's. The stylists were so helpful in helping me find the perfect dress. They went above and beyond to help connect me to a seamstress as well to ensure that my dress could be altered to fit what I needed. Highly recommend this bridal shop!

Calle did an incredible job helping me find the perfect dress! I had gone to four other boutique and have "liked" a lot of them, but still wasn't in love. Majority of why I didn't find the perfect dress yet was because I was very insecure about how I looked and thought everything looked ugly on me. But Calle was so thoughtful and complimented me every chance she got. She could tell I was very insecure and didn't push me to buy a dress. She wanted me to feel beautiful and confident. It's a very petite and cute shop and they make you feel important. I felt the most comfortable with her compared to any other stylist I had. I bought be dress for $1,000 when it cost $1,700! That's a steal! The dress is in perfect condition and was everything I was looking for. They are so great at what they do! I definitely recommend them!

This was an amazing bridal experience! Rachel understood my body type and that I wanted to show some curves. I came in prepared with screen shots and she pulled everything she could find. She was so patient with my mother. It took the pressure off of me. My dress is affordable but more importantly it is beautiful and perfect for me! I’m so excited to say “I Do” in my dress!

I had such a memorable dress shopping experience at Sabrina Ann. It was my first time trying on dresses. Rachel is such a pleasure to work with…a true gem.
