This place is TERRIBLE! My daughter Bella wrote a review that was ENTIRELY HONEST! Yes we did come in without an appointment and you told us we would have 20 minutes in a dressing room, you also said if the other appointments didn’t show (which they didn’t because they were plenty of open dressing rooms ) we would be able to continue using one dressing room for both the girls. However had I known the experience would be so horrific I would have walked out before wasting my time and having my daughters leave feeling so depleted of their Joy and confidence! That EXTREMELY RUDE GIRL (who I took to be the owners daughter ) followed my girls telling them the dresses wouldn’t fit them the entire time! (Even though nobody asked her opinion she continuously inserted herself ) .Even if we were looking at dresses that were size zero we were just LOOKING! We were looking for styles we like, we were trying to get ideas and inspirations for the direction we wanted to go in purchasing the girls prom dresses! That young lady was rude and to defend her is ridiculous, to discredit my daughters experience and call her dishonest supports the fact that these women are not inclusive and absolutely terrible I hope nobody goes there and experiences what me and my children experienced. To be honest I even think one star is too much to be given! They have the same brands we have found in several other places and I don’t find this place to be anything special it’s wayyy overrated. Don’t Go. In the spirit of transparency I will say, (The seamstress was adorable and very sweet she tried hard to make up for the disrespect me and my family was enduring while shopping here.)
