Sabrosa catering came highly recommended from my wedding venue (Lilly Creek Farm) and I am so glad we hired them to cater our wedding! The food was DELICIOUS and I appreciated the variety of appetizers, entrees, and sides that I got to choose from. Kat was communicative and easy to work with. She was also very accommodating to specific dietary needs (e.g. vegan, gluten free). There was plenty of food for people to get seconds, and we even had leftovers which were were able to reheat and enjoy again the next day.
Most frequent compliment after my wedding was how great the food was!! Kat was super helpful the entire time through booking!

Katherine Perry is the Executive Chef at Sabrosa Catering. She started in the business at 12 years old bussing tables and washing dishes at a friend’s family owned pizza shop, but her passion for cuisine started with her grandmother’s big holiday feasts. Katherine graduated from culinary school in 2007 with 5 years of restaurant experience and has worked with quite a few nationally recognized chefs. Most of them are known for their true to the ingredient, less-is-more style of cooking and utilizing local, seasonal produce and meats.
Katherine's passion for cooking comes from genuinely loving to see people’s reaction when they get to enjoy something she makes, whether it’s a simple cocktail party with one-bite appetizers or a full five course meal.
