My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Sachs and they were able to resize it the day we got engaged, for free. It was ready within 20 minutes and fit perfect then. The staff at S...
achs has always been very accommodating and welcoming to my family. We will definitely be buying our bands from their shrewsbury store, and I recommend Sachs to everyone I know.
I can't say enough about this place.. my husband chose them when he got my engagement ring after looking around and finding the best service here. We also got our wedding bands fro...
m here (no question after their excellent service with the engagement ring), which we were able to engrave as part of their service. Steve is such a down to earth and helpful person, as is the rest of his staff! I can see why this family business has lasted and thriving! We will now be lifelong customers of Sach's.
Thanks Nick for all your help with our wedding bands and the engagement ring. Our rings are stunnning and so beautiful. We are able to stop in whenever we need for a quick cleaning...

ing bands, they did an even better job. They never make you feel like your budget is too small and treat you like you're spending a million bucks. Our rings are beautiful and unique and we get compliments all the time.
My husband bought my engagement ring here, and then we both went back to pick out our wedding bands. The prices were on the higher end of our budget, but their quality cannot be be...

o excited to wear a ring, so I believe he took longer to pick one out than me! The people here are awesome and know their stuff!
My fiancee and I had looked at several jewelers for wedding bands. With so many other expenses for the wedding, we wanted something nice but couldn't afford rings that were super e...
xtravagant. All the other jewelers we shopped at would get one ring out, let me look at it, then put it away. I loved Sachs because the woman let me look at 5 or 6 at a time and keep out the ones I liked so that I could compare. And I finally found the right one! Simple concept...but was just what I wanted. I took one star away because when we went to pick up my fiancee's ring, they had ordered the wrong one. Just an honest mix-up and they fixed the problem. Overall very happy with this jeweler and would go back for any additional jewelry needs!
We purchased my husband's wedding ring here. They had one of the biggest selections around, from what I saw, and their prices were average. At first, I thought that they were exp...
ensive, but they also had much better quality rings than many other places we went to.
I ended up paying more for his ring than originally planned only because it was so different and it was the first ring that he really was happy with.
Although they can get a little busy there, their customer service is very helpful and pleasant. They sit down with you and tell you everything you need to know about the rings- including the price! Many places tend to leave that part out!
We also had our rings appraised there. It was a wonderful experience to work with them.
Good Service, happy with purchase
