First thought I must say: I loved her name Lorelei, like the Gilmore Girls, Starbuck, like Battle Star Galactica. Once I got over that and had a chance to meet with her she was gre...
at. My husband is atheist, my dads side is Catholic and my mom's is Baptist with friends that are everything in between. By making it about our love story she made everyone happy and comfortable. We got so many compliments afterwords one guest even saying "if she had a pod cast I would listen"

e and gets to know who you are as a couple in order to create a custom ceremony or "Love Story". It is such an intimate experience and truly draws everyone in attendance in so that they feel that they are a part of your special day. We have received so many compliments on our wedding ceremony and I would absolutely recommend Reverend Lorelei to anyone who is looking for a truly special wedding ceremony. She is the very best!
My wife and I cant agree more with these fantastic reviews. Reverend Lorelei is the complete package and the real deal. We knew immediately after talking and meeting with her that ...
she was the perfect fit for our wedding. She has a calming and inviting presence that made us feel comfortable and connected. Words cannot explain just how much it meant to me to have Lorelei as our reverend. Every single detail was absolutely amazing. The way that she speaks so soothingly, did not read f...
rom a script, and really took the time to get to know my husband and I really made the ceremony just that much more special. Our family and friends were beyond impressed with how put together she was and just how meaningful the circle of love and sand ceremonies were. I could not have asked for a more appropriate, loving, and inspirational reverend for our special day. I 100% back this person with my entire being. She rocks! Thank you, Lorelei, for an unforgettable ceremony.
Rev. Lorelei Starbuck
My partner of 15 years and I had been waiting for our home state of Texas to recognize our right to marry. On Friday June 26, 2015 the Supreme Court of ...
the United States of America ruled that ALL states must allow same-sex couples to marry. That very day we secured our marriage licence and began to plan our long awaited wedding. We scanned the web looking for a venue, an officiant and all the other myriad of details that make up a wedding. Chris, my wife, found Sacred Affairs www.sacredaffairs.com early in our planning and contacted Rev. Lorelei. A meeting was scheduled and from the moment we met we just knew that she would be the absolute perfect person to unite us in marriage. We felt so comfortable with her and clicked as friends right away.
Rev. Lorelei really does customize her approach to each couples’ wedding. Her telling of OUR Love Story had the crowd enthralled and we were grinning from ear to ear the whole time. We got so many compliments from our guests on how touching and special our ceremony had been. More importantly we were so very moved by her words and will forever be grateful for having had this wonderful lady be such an important part of our big day.

Reverend Lorelei was meant to unite us in marriage. After our introductory meeting with her, we felt such an immediate connection that we changed the time of our wedding ceremony ...
just so she could officiate! And we’re so glad we did. Our ceremony was spiritual, personal and sacred, with the perfect balance of earnestness and good humor. Our friends and family agreed that ours was one of the most beautifully warm and intimate ceremonies they’ve witnessed. Reverend Lorelei became one of our communal tribe that weekend, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.
GREAT SERVICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. REV. STARBUCK IS SUCH A NICE PERSON
At first, I thought, why does an officiant cost this much!??!!? Once I met with Lorelei and talked about everything involved with the wedding, especially the ceremony, I started re...
alizing. We talked about everything...our relationship, the families, background, flowers, wedding party, cakes, ceremony, reception...anything involved with the wedding and how it came to be that we were getting married. We decided to do the pre-martial counseling course, and thought that would be an additional charge, but it wasn't. We discussed so much that I never even thought of, and definitely received more than our money's worth. Lorelei even invited us back for more chats or counseling at any point in our marriage and explained that she didn't want to be JUST our officiant, but our confidant. Couldn't have asked for more! :)
