DeeDee and Mark have an extensive collection of decor and furniture for use for free. You fill out a document showing what you want to use, and they have it all set up that day. They, and their crew, are such hard workers and I want to acknowledge that they go above and beyond to make sure everyone's day is special. Not to mention the amount of money we saved not having to rent and arbor, decor, etc. I could talk forever about how amazing our wedding was because of Sadie Lake, DeeDee, Mark, and their whole team. But I will leave it at CHOOSE SADIE LAKE! =D

ey. She was easy to get ahold of and was always quick to return calls/emails. We had about 115 people there and it was perfect. The tent was great for seated guests and a lot of the kids played around in the yard. The kitchen in the barn was great for food prepping and washing dishes. Cannot recommend this place enough!

hands down the best wedding planning decision we made. First off, the owner DeeDee is one of the kindest people I have ever met. From our first tour, she showed how much she cares about her couples. She is an excellent communicator, very organized, and always willing and fast to answer your questions. She has also gone above and beyond to curate a collection of dishes, furniture, and décor that you have access to as part of booking at Sadie Lake. We saved ourselves a ton of stress and money thanks to DeeDee and her inventory. The grounds are stunning and beautifully maintained. They are lush and green, and the flowers are beautiful. There is also so much room to be creative in how you use the space, with multiple ceremony sites to choose from. DeeDee and her team also took care of setting up all the ceremony chairs and the tables and chairs for the reception. We could not be happier with our decision to get married at Sadie Lake. We just absolutely love DeeDee and Sadie Lake. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue.

out my wedding planning process and DeeDee always responded super quickly and she was always very helpful! This venue has so much value for the price with all of the decorations that they offer free of charge. I definitely recommend paying extra to have them setup and decorate for you it made the day of so stress free. We had the venue from 10am - 10pm and when we showed up at 10am everything was already set up and ready to go! We just had to add anything extra we brought and get ready ourselves. It was seriously the best day of our lives and we couldn't be happier about how everything went! We had a large live band for our reception that played inside the barn and we didn't have any issues at all with the hosts. They were super helpful and available as needed but also very respectful and stayed out of the way. Can't recommend this venue enough!!

such a large inventory of decor - we saved hundreds here! The bridal suite with beautiful natural light, large and accommodating groom’s suite, and the prep kitchen was a huge bonus. Now let’s talk about the grounds - DeeDee has created a beautiful venue. When we showed up for our tour, she was in gardening gloves and boots - we knew that she kept this place immaculate! Everything on the 18 acres is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for wedding photos! The barn is a beautiful backdrop, the lake is adorable, and the lush green grounds are to die for. The tent and barn provide great alternates for poor weather as well (we didn’t need it, but we were glad to have a backup, knowing Washington). Our guests absolutely loved partying it up at Sadie Lake! Deedee is the kindest vendor, and truly cares for you as a couple and the important part of your wedding day; that you love each other and are getting married!! We highly recommend Sadie Lake!

DeeDee is such an enthusiastic and flexible host. I was very nervous to hold a micro wedding, but with all the amenities Sadie Lake provides, I feel like all I had to do was show up and get dressed. As DeeDee assured me early on, Hobby Lobby basically exists within her inventory. Probably twice over. DeeDee is very diligent and detailed about maintaining an updated inventory list on her website. All of which is available for use. My communication to her regarding decor was late, but when the big day came, everything was provided, ready to go and with recommendations. The venue was prepped on my arrival: barn furniture rearranged, all the guest chairs, collapsing tables, moving arbors... DeeDee ensured all the heavy lifting was already taken care of. During the planning stages, DeeDee graciously hosted many open houses and decorating events. As an upcoming bride, I appreciated being able to return to the venue repeatedly with various members of my party. It was on one of these occasions DeeDee referred me to my final two vendors for linens and catering. Not only was she hosting my event, but she had ready to-go solutions with trusted parties within her network. I underestimated the benefits of having vendors that work well with eachother. Communicating my needs and trusting DeeDee's intuition was 100% worth it in terms of vendor choice. Never once was I made to feel like a request was unwelcome. I feel that DeeDee genuinely enjoys her work. The rapport we had together made the event feel much less like a wedding and so much more like a the simple family gathering I envisioned. Her expectations of guests are nothing different than that of my own home: treat the property with respect, behave yourselves, return things how you found it, and dont be scared to ask for help.

g. When you book here, you are guaranteed to be treated like beloved family, with kindness, validation, respect, transparency, and generous support. DeeDee was very available by text, though she is always so busy. I never felt like I was interrupting something more important when I asked a question. She is genuinely excited to help you. She set very clear expectations for use of the space and offered her extensive inventory of decor. She also has many trusted vendors she will recommend, which is nice if you're suffering choice paralysis like I was, but lets you hire any vendor you want. And every vendor we hired was so impressed with Sadie Lake - they love working there! Everyone I hired who was familiar with DeeDee had nothing but great things to say about her and the venue. As for the space itself - it's absolutely gorgeous, all year round. Truly, you will get no more spacious, natural, beautiful venue for this affordable cost that two public service workers could fit into our budget. We shopped around a lot - and I firmly believe there is no better place within 100 miles of all of the greater Seattle area than Sadie Lake. My husband (!!!) and I are even talking about booking them again for an anniversary vowel renewal in a few years. DeeDee and Sadie Lake was a HUGE part in making our day so magical. Please book them immediately, or at least go out there and tour it and meet DeeDee, because you'll fall in love with everything just like we did last year.

Lake has to offer! There is a gorgeous barn, pond (the “lake” in Sadie!), huge outdoor tent, and walking trails with gorgeous flowers and wild life all around. An eagle flew over the ceremony site on our wedding day, which was amazing! Sadie Lake also has a big inventory of tables, chairs, arbors, and decor to use, which is amazing to be all included with the price of the venue. DeeDee, the owner, is an incredible person. She was not only responsive, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process, but also has a heart of gold. She truly cares about the couples who get married at Sadie Lake and goes above and beyond for them. When I was a stressed out bride to be, she was always there to remind me, “It’s not about anything else except your love.” On our wedding day, DeeDee was there to scoop up my now husband and I by golf cart. She brought us to a special, secluded spot on the property to exchange our private vows. Our private vows, and the fun drive back and forth to the venue by golf cart, were my favorite memories of the whole day. We can’t recommend Sadie Lake enough! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts DeeDee!

a few walk-throughs with other venues and Sadie Lake was the first place we happened to look. We met with DeeDee and immediately felt like this was the place. We did look at another venue but we knew that Sadie Lake was the one. Fast forward through a year of wedding planning and DeeDee was so receptive to helping us and offering suggestions. We even got to have a bouncy house last minute because DeeDee is so flexible and easy to work with! Lastly, but most importantly - our wedding day. DeeDee went above and beyond making sure our day was special. Despite it being a little cold & windy in September, it was the most perfect day ever. Weddings are so expensive and Sadie Lake has a HUGE inventory that you can use as you wish. That was a life saver for us and there are so many options to choose from. For the last two months, our guests have repeatedly told my husband and I what a gorgeous venue Sadie Lake is and what a perfect day it was. I will forever be thankful for DeeDee and Sadie Lake for making our wedding day be one of the best days of our lives.

rules for good reason! we were going to have our wedding outside by the lake but the weather was supposed to be thunderstorms, she gave me suggestions on how and what I can use/do to hold the ceremony inside while still doing the reception outside, the day of our wedding. It was a tight schedule but it all came together well and she even took some great photos of us and our setup! After the ceremony the weather held up great! I'd definitely suggest for everyone to use this venue, it's also an amazing price!

feel blessed with how much Dee Dee did for us. There are lots of decorations to use so don’t buy a lot until you see what she has. There are lots of options on how to set up the reception and the outdoor tent for a reception or dance floor is a huge bonus. The grounds have lots of different backdrops for pictures. There is always something blooming in the gardens and it’s very well kept. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into Sadie Lake. I highly recommend this venue. Lots of parking, full kitchen, bridal suite, grooms suit and i think 4 bathrooms. I would like to give a big shout-out to DeeDee and her husband Mark for how hard they work to keep this venue going. They are kind souls who have made it possible for so many to get married without going into debt. I picked Sadie Lake because i wanted an outdoor ceremony and reception plus i LOVE flowers and nature. The different backdrops for pictures were amazing and my pictures turned out beautiful. The bridal suite was also so pretty and allowed me and my girls to get ready in private. I wish i could give this place a 15 out of 10 star review. So much love for this venue. DeeDee made my husband and I feel so supported (while other venues can make you feel taken advantage of).
