Phyllis was very helpful in designing my engagement ring using my grandmother's diamond! My ring is so beautiful and unique. She was great to work with and offered to clean my ring...
for free any time I stopped by the store :)
Phyllis is the absolute best! She will work with you and design your dream ring in your budget! 10/10 recommend!
My fiance and I were living in different states when we started planning our wedding. We chose Saettele because of the possibility of creating custom wedding bands. It was wonder...
ful to work with Phyllis and she was very patient with us and created digital designs of the wedding bands we each had in mind. The rings were exactly what we envisioned and looked even better once they were complete. Saettele even offered complimentary cleaning and saudered my rings together at no additional charge. We LOVE our wedding bands. Thank you!!
We had a great experience working with Breah for our wedding rings. My fiance was gifted his grandmother's diamond for my engagement ring, Breah helped us find the perfect classic...
setting. When it came time to finding our wedding bands, she was so patient with us, let us keep coming back to make sure we'd found the proper styles to last a lifetime.
Saettele is the only place to go for that special piece of jewelry. Suzan is extremely knowledgeable and the service is beyond compare. Skip Tiffany and go to Saettele instead - th...
ey have the finest diamond selection and can show computer images of custom settings. Suzan worked with us for more than 2 years to get just the right ring - Suzan and Saettele are amazing!
If you're familiar with jewelry and diamonds, this might be a great place to look. No one educated me about diamonds or even asked for my price range. I actually overheard one of...
the salespeople tell a customer that they wouldn't recommend a K/L diamond for an engagement ring--the same quality they had sold me the week before. I left knowing nothing about their policies either--cleaning, repairs, warranty--anything. Other jewelers are much better about making sure you understand the quality of the diamond you're purchasing and their policies.
Saettele Jewelers did an outstanding job with both my ring and my husbands. After our engagement, my husband filled me in on his ring buying extravaganza. He had set aside an ent...
ire day in hopes of find the perfect ring. He had heard Saettele Jewelers on ESPN Talk Radio so that is where he ventured to. To his surprise, the intimidating ring buying scenario was simplified for him due to the help of Breah. She was not only helpful to find exactly what he described, but also stayed within his budget. My husband didn’t even attempt to visit any other businesses, and he successfully completed the process in one stop. Of course, once the big engagement occurred, I absolutely fell in love with my ring! It is a unique, yet simple ring that fits my style very well. My husband and I also went back to Saettele for our wedding bands. Once again, Breah made the process seamless! I even had my fingerprint engraved inside of my husband’s band, and it turned out great! Lastly, my husband went back to Saettele to purchase a beautiful necklace for my morning of wedding gift. He, nor Breah, knew what my other jewelry looked like, but they found something that matched and was absolutely beautiful! I love that I have another piece of gorgeous jewelry to wear as a remembrance of our amazing day! We would recommend Saettele Jewelers to anyone looking for fantastic customer service and quality diamonds!
My fiancé and I looked at engagement rings2 years ago and Phyllis took great care of us. I told her what I liked and she led me to the perfect setting. My fiancé was in charge of...
picking the stone and she helped him pick the perfect diamond on his budget. She was so welcoming and personable, we went back for our wedding rings. And then he went back on his own for my wedding gift. She helped him pick out a pearl necklace that was perfect for our wedding day attire. He had my engagement ring re-rhodium plated before our wedding and they had it back to him in less than 30 minutes even though they recommend you leave it a week in advance. We will go to them for all of our jewelry needs.
My fiancé originally lived in Michigan and Bob helped him pick out my dream ring long Distance. He then worked within our budgets for our bands! Love him!
