If you're familiar with jewelry and diamonds, this might be a great place to look. No one educated me about diamonds or even asked for my price range. I actually overheard one of the salespeople tell a customer that they wouldn't recommend a K/L diamond for an engagement ring--the same quality they had sold me the week before. I left knowing nothing about their policies either--cleaning, repairs, warranty--anything. Other jewelers are much better about making sure you understand the quality of the diamond you're purchasing and their policies.

My husband didn’t even attempt to visit any other businesses, and he successfully completed the process in one stop. Of course, once the big engagement occurred, I absolutely fell in love with my ring! It is a unique, yet simple ring that fits my style very well. My husband and I also went back to Saettele for our wedding bands. Once again, Breah made the process seamless! I even had my fingerprint engraved inside of my husband’s band, and it turned out great! Lastly, my husband went back to Saettele to purchase a beautiful necklace for my morning of wedding gift. He, nor Breah, knew what my other jewelry looked like, but they found something that matched and was absolutely beautiful! I love that I have another piece of gorgeous jewelry to wear as a remembrance of our amazing day!
