Saffron Fields Vineyard

Located in the heart of the wine country just outside Carlton, Saffron Fields is a beautiful new wedding and event space – one where sense of place meets art, design, and winemaking. The facility features a well-curated fine art collection, a Japanese garden, and expertly crafted wines. The space's blend of modern and vineyards makes for the perfect setting for your wedding. The outside patio is ideal for your guests to celebrate your marriage, overlooking our Japanese garden. You and your fiance will stand on a bridge before your guests with beautiful views of the Willamette Valley behind you. An ample outdoor space is available for your reception dinner, toasts, and dancing! Let us provide you with a space to make any event memorable. The venue costs $12,000 for the space and includes staff for the bar. On top of the venue, a case of wine is to be purchased per 25 guests, and a gratuity will be added.
