Sage and Cedar is a wedding caterer based in Austin, Texas that also serves the surrounding hill country. This team of culinary professionals caters to milestone moments of all sizes and specializes in traditonal Spanish paellas. These chefs can provide delectable dishes for weddings as well as rehearsal dinners and other related events. We offer a buffet style service in giant authentic paella pans, guaranteed to wow your family and friends. Cuisine The team at Sage and Cedar uses locally sourced ingredients from nearby farmers and ranchers. They do this to ensure high quality and to promote sustainability. Their paellas are served from authentic giant paella pans in a buffet style and may be customized depending on the clients' needs. The service includes a traditional chicken and Spanish sausage paella with rice and veggies as well as a locally sourced garden salad. Two chefs prepare and serve the paella and one server is included to bus tables and assist in service. Please note, we do not provide beverage service or bar. We do not provide appetizer service but can offer charcuterie for an additional charge (please inquire if interested). All paellas are Gluten Free.
