She made sure the DJ and violinist were aligned on the reception timeline and song choices, coordinated with my event specialist at the hotel, and even packed up everything we needed to transition from the ceremony to the reception. At the end of the night, she thoughtfully loaded up our car with important keepsakes like our guest book and cards, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Not only was she incredibly kind, prompt, and organized, but she also helped me feel confident and at ease, knowing everything was in great hands. As a creative bride with a specific vision (and budget), I appreciated how she accommodated every detail and made it all come to life. Despite being newer to wedding planning, she handled everything with such grace and professionalism. This was also her first Jewish wedding, and she navigated it beautifully—our vendors and guests loved working with her! I couldn’t have been the Queen I was on my wedding day without her help. If you’re an Arizona bride looking for a month-of or day-of coordinator, I 100% recommend McKenna at Sage & Lace. Her authenticity, dedication, and ability to bring a vision to life make her an absolute gem. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat!

Kenna, our assistant planner, was incredibly intuitive and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. For example, when I forgot my jacket before the ceremony, McKenna quickly ran back to my hotel room, located it in the vague spots I described, and rushed it back to me so I wouldn't be cold. She also discreetly monitored the pathway to give my husband and I private time before the processional, and when my dad was not sent over to walk me down the aisle yet, she sat with me, chatted about how I was feeling, and even listened to a special family story about why our venue was so meaningful. They ensured my day ran smoothly, ensured my decor looked like I had planned and overall just made it so I didn't have to worry about any details. The quality of Sage & Lace's work was consistently beautiful, and their attention to detail was unmatched.
