Christen truly listened to all the styles I liked, she let my mom look at all the dresses on the racks, and she helped me into each dress. Once we found THE DRESS :) Christen answered all of my nervous emails about the dress during the pandemic. She also came in, even with a broken wrist!!, to help me get another fitting to check what more work needed to be done. Even though the upper back of my dress had to be completely rebuilt (swimmer shoulder problems!), Christen remained positive about the final look and timeline for the dress. She was incredibly patient to let me schedule another fitting to make sure my dress still fit after our wedding postponement. Christen also helped my friend practice the bustle and bow multiple times to ensure that we were all ready to make me look perfect on the big day. Communication and scheduling follow up appointments was a little tough because Christen is so busy. However, that time spent in the boutique where it was just us, was so valuable, and worth the wait. Christen is kind, generous, and incredibly patient. I would 100% recommend everyone get their wedding dress at Sage Bridal!!!

She spends time on making each appointment have a special touch for the bride and her guests (I won’t spoil it here!) 2. Her atmosphere, her dresses, are organized and not overwhelming, her shop is beautifully decorated, and the music she has playing lightly in the background just makes the moments in her shop fun. 3. Christen herself, she has just the right amount of presence in the room. She helps each bride get into their dress, takes the time to adjust the dress to make it look right, and then she steps back and lets you discuss each dress with whoever your audience may be. Now, if you’re like me, and straight up ask her for her opinion she will swoop in with advice, however she lets you process and think through the dresses without being overbearing. I would highly recommend Sage Bridal if you are truly looking for special moments when you find your wedding dress.

C. However, even when she said she would reach out to provide an update on my alterations, I would not hear from her and have to reach out for an update. She would then respond quickly. My main frustration came when I had to return for 5 different fittings (the last being the Sunday before my wedding) and in the end, my dress still did not fit the way I wanted. The dress bunched and looked sloppy around my mid-section (luckily, our photographer is able to edit the photos.) I requested a discount on the alterations and that was granted, which I appreciated. Christen did her best, but I would suggest to others getting their dress from Sage Bridal that you be aware alterations might take longer than expected and you may want to take your dress to a tailor other than the one who works with Sage Bridal. That was my biggest regret.

D JUST KNEW IT WAS THE ONE. Sage Bridal has so many beautiful dresses of all budgets and styles. Christen, the shop owner is the BEST!!! Instantly I felt like we were besties and she was having me try on dresses I would never have considered. To my surprise, she put me in a dress and when I looked in the mirror I felt so beautiful and knew I found my dress!! I believe it is very important to have a great connection with your bridal consultant because they help you choose what you will be wearing for your big day, work with your budget and also help with alterations. Christen is hands down the best bridal consultant I worked with. She is so awesome that I am also going to get my flowers through her (which she also does). I HIGHLY recommend Sage Bridal and working with Christen!

Christen’s shop is definitely a one stop shop (she also does hair & makeup as well!). She takes the time to help you choose an amazing gown and listens to what you have to say. I highly recommend Christen for all the services she provides!

After a number of poor experiences with salons putting me in dresses they knew were out of my price range, Christen and Sage Bridal were a breath of fresh air. I knew as soon as I put it on that it was THE ONE. Christen and her team were so helpful through the entire process and helped with finding a flower girl that resembled mine. During the fittings, Christen and her seamstress were extremely accommodating and made sure my dress was perfect. Her team will make you feel like you are the most important client with the personal touches added when you come to the store. I loved my experience and am so grateful Christen made sure I had the perfect dress!
