All I have to say is, WOW. Wow, wow, wow. Choosing Sage for our wedding was not only one of the easiest decisions but one of the best decisions we could have made!! From the second...
of our initial inquiry all the way through the big day itself, Sage was right on top of it and so fun to work with. Their attention to detail and great service is unmatched. The staff day of was so friendly to us and our guests and everything went so perfectly!
I have to give a massive shoutout to Cortney, who was the absolute best person to communicate with throughout the entire process. Cortney is quick, efficient, personable, professional, kind, and the best person to help you with all of your details and decisions. We also had the privilege of working with Dana day of and she was a rockstar just like Cortney - she was so attentive to us, our guests, and each detail of our food/drinks that she executed throughout the event!
THE FOOD. I cannot say enough about the food!! We had so much fun personalizing our menu from cocktail hour all the way through to a late night snack and Sage was more than happy to help us accomplish our dreams. Our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the food was and how quick the service was, too! We had people even asking for boxes at one point to not leave a single item behind. Easily some of the most delicious food I have ever had in my life. We had passed hors d'oeuvres, a french fry bar and a charcuterie station during cocktail hour, a beautiful plated dinner, and then late night snack of cheesesteaks + italian hoagies! Everything was beautifully displayed, perfect temperatures, nice and quick, and just phenomenally delicious. I will think about this food forever.
A nice perk that Sage has is the ability to have a tasting prior to officially booking - that experience alone helped our decision be a no brainer when booking them. The tasting was so fun and already so personalized to us and you could just tell from the jump how much they care about you and want to help with making your day so special and exactly what you envision it to be.
Overall, please use Sage. They are the best and for good reason - and I could not possibly recommend them enough for your wedding. We are so eternally grateful for their attentiveness and service for ours- something we will cherish forever.
Working with Sage Catering was a wonderful experience. From the proposal process, to flawless execution on our wedding day, I felt confident in our selections. The overall service ...
and communication was on point. Cortney thought of everything and made the decision making process easy and enjoyable. The food was fantastic. Our guests were blown away by the presentation of high quality hors d'oeuvres and delicious buffet style stations. Cortney and her team delivered exceptional service and made sure my husband and I (and our VIPs - parents!) had everything we wanted and needed all night long. Having our own point-person providing a personal hors d'oeuvres plate and refreshing our drinks made it so easy to be present with each other and our guests and enjoy the evening feeling taken care of! I highly recommend Sage Catering, they know what they're doing and will make sure you are satisfied and happy with the food and place settings for a memorable occasion!
We can't recommend Sage and our Coordinator, Cortney, more! Their entire team is experienced, thoughtful, and made our wedding day so incredibly seamless and seriously magical. All...
of our guests kept telling us how great the passed hors d'oeuvres and entrees were. Their bartenders made our specialty cocktails so well, and the decor was staged and cleaned up with quiet swiftness and care. Thank you for such an amazing day we'll never forget!
My husband and I really loved working with Sage. Dana got us all set up with planning and tasting, then Tori was our day-of manager. Both crushed it. People LOVED our food and the ...
service was overall good. The person who was assigned to us as the bride and groom may have forgotten about us a bit during the reception, and another server dropped two trays full of bussed dishes/glasses, one at the beginning of the night and one toward the end of the night (everyone was fine and it was honestly comical). Overall, we wanted our guests to feel taken care of and they did. We would absolutely recommend Sage to anyone who asks.
We absolutely loved Sage for our wedding caterer! We were able to sample many caterers through our venue, and chose Sage out of all of our options. Amanda oversaw our event and hel...
ped us plan every detail - from the food menu, table and chair set up, and linens, she answered all of our questions and was very timely in her responses. We had a very specific signature drink that was more involved than usual, and she and her team surpassed our expectations. Even with the rain we had on our wedding day, everything was perfect. All of our guests raved about our food. We are so happy we went with Sage. We highly recommend them for any event!
Sage is simply the best of the best!! They did our wedding at the Cairnwood Estate, and ever since the tasting and our first meeting we knew they were the only choice. The quality ...
of the food is unmatched, our guests raved about the food the entire night! The appetizers, entree , salads, sides, dessert, late night snack everything was truly fabulous!! And Cortney … where to ever begin. She is the best in the business, I probably sent her 100+ emails over the course of wedding planning and she answered every single one with helpful suggestions, quickly, and with some much kindness. She is incredible at what she does and exactly the type of person / company you want running your most important event. It’s a no brainer, Sage is worth every last $!! Also their bar tenders help you to craft the most incredible signature cocktails .. they’re next level, there is no debate book Sage!!
Working with Cortney and the Sage Catering team was absolutely incredible and they were a huge help in making our wedding day so special! I first met Cortney at a Sage open house e...
vent at our venue and she made quite the first impression. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in our event, despite not having even booked them yet! Cortney helped us determine a menu and provided us with a proposal within a matter of days. We were able to go to the Sage location and due a full tasting of every item that we wanted at our wedding to make sure we liked each option. Cortney is truly one of the best individuals in this industry - she had nothing but helpful answers to all our questions, prompt responses, excellent suggestions, and had every detail considered. The day of the wedding, the entire Sage team was friendly and endlessly helpful with all of our guests (we have continued to get compliments on how great they were). We felt so taken care of and as though the staff was excited to celebrate with us. Not only was the staff incredible and helped create a smooth, perfect day, the food was delicious! Everything we ate was amazing, temperatures were on point, and all was made and set out in a timely manner. We also received many compliments during and after the wedding about the food. Ultimately, Sage is an amazing vendor and I would highly recommend booking! They made the full process enjoyable, easy, and help us have a truly perfect wedding day. Thank you Cortney and Sage!
Sage was a great choice for our wedding! The food was delicious and our guests were thrilled with the range of options. Worked with Tori who was communicative and collaborative.

Overall, we loved our experience with Sage Catering, especially working with Amanda! She was available to help us every step of the way and truly delivered on the day of! I'm not...
sure what we would have done without her help. The food at our wedding was just as good as it was at our tasting (which you wouldn't know until the day of - cooking for 2-5 people vs. >100 is a big difference!); we received many compliments regarding how good the food was. Presentation was great as well. It was also special to have someone from their staff pay extra attention to myself, my husband, and our parents; they made sure we actually got to enjoy the cocktail hour food, beverages, dinner, and dessert, even though we were so busy and having fun!
Best decision ever. My only wedding regret is that I didn't get to eat more of Sage's food. Our guests had very high expectations for food at our wedding, so we were very particula...
r with our hunt for caterers. We interviewed / tasted at multiple vendors and landed on Sage because of their food, professionalism, logistics, and Amanda who we vibed so well with. Amanda and Sage were so flexible - after our tasting, we asked for different sauces, combinations, and serving styles that weren't on their menu. Every time we had a request, Amanda immediately said "yes" and figured it out perfectly.
In addition to the food, Sage provided us with excellent staff, bartenders, and logistics. We had a very specific vision for our wedding and we didn't have to worry about a thing on wedding day related to catering. Every staff member we interacted with was the perfect combination of delightful, fun, professional, and competent.
While we loved all the food, the standouts were the mushroom tart, crab cake, lamb chop, short ribs, and butternut squash ravioli. In addition, Sage sourced Federal Donuts, Weckerly's ice cream sandwiches, and late night Philly Cheesesteaks, all of which our guests can't stop raving about. We got so many compliments from our guests about the food and I couldn't recommend Sage enough!
Amanda also worked so well with the rest of our vendors and contributed to our wedding vendors all feeling like one happy team. Thank you!!

nd seafood. Amanda really shined throughout the entire planning process. She was responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Throughout the process, it was obvious that she really understands the industry and, more importantly, understood our vision for the day. We truly could not have been more impressed by her or her team, and would hire Sage Catering again in a heartbeat!
We couldn’t be happier with Sage Catering! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless and unforgettable.

s absolutely incredible. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring — she made the entire process so much less stressful and truly listened to every detail we cared about. On the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The food was phenomenal — our guests are still raving about it! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Huge shoutout to the chef and kitchen team for creating such a memorable meal.
Stephanie was also amazing; she made sure my husband and I always had a drink in hand and got to taste every appetizer (which we’re so grateful for — they were delicious!).
Sage also handled all of our little setup details perfectly. We were blown away by their attention to detail, professionalism, and care. We can’t thank them enough for helping make our day so special. Highly recommend Sage Catering to anyone looking for exceptional food and truly top-notch service!

l off the most insane prank when we iced 25% of our guests during dinner. We explained our idea, and she was ready to make it happen. Every time we told any vendor or industry professional we were working with Sage, we got the same reaction “omg they are the best!” The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests can’t stop raving about how incredible the food was. It’s truly high-end restaurant quality. We loved that Sage included a private tasting where you can bring up to 6 guests, all of our linens, flatware, and plates, and manage the tables/chair rentals. Literally cannot say enough good things about Sage.

e use of their action stations—they were not only absolutely delicious, but also offered a unique and interactive culinary experience that reflected how we love to eat on our date nights: small plates, lots of variety, and the chance to try everything.
When it came time for our wedding reception, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe—and Sage absolutely delivered. Courtney Epstein was incredible to work with. She brought our vision to life seamlessly, handling everything from the rentals to the food with such grace and professionalism. Her calm, cool demeanor made the entire planning process stress-free and fun.
Thanks to Sage Catering and the best coordinator ever, Courtney, our reception felt perfectly us. The food was delicious, elegant, and just plain fun. It was an unforgettable day that we’ll cherish forever. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and loved how unique and personalized it all felt.
Highly, highly recommend Sage Catering for anyone looking for a truly memorable experience!
My husband and I got married at Appleford Estate on September 1, 2024, catered by Sage and with Susie as our planner. Sage was our first tasting and we were blown away-making it an...
easy decision in choosing them! They had so many delicious cocktail hour, entree and dessert options to choose from with plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options as well. Susie was incredible throughout the whole process! She was responsive to emails and insightful in regard to all of the details of the day. The excellence of the food at the tasting was what every one of our guests experienced on our wedding day. As we continue to see friends and family post-wedding, everyone says it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding. One of the groomsmen even said it was the best meal he had all year! We are so happy that we chose Sage as our caterer. Food/bar service can really make or break a special event and the entire catering staff went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. Thank you for everything Sage!
Picking Sage for our Bok wedding was one of our best decisions! The food was incredible, and all of our guests were raving about it (and still talk about it 2 months later!), but e...
ven more incredible was our experience working with Cortney Epstein. Cortney walked us through every detail of planning, helped us create a personalized family-style menu, and guided us through picking linens and rentals. She answered our many, many emails within minutes, and was a calm and knowledgeable presence throughout our planning process. On our wedding day, Cortney was on top of every little detail and made sure we got enough to eat and drink, including putting aside ice cream sandwiches for us and making sure we got them as we were running to catch our wedding shuttle! Sage knows the ins and outs of the Bok building in particular, but we can't recommend them enough for any venue, anywhere!
I don’t even know where to begin! When we sat down with Cortney for our tasting last year we fell in love with the food and our coordinator. The experience was stress free and each...
item was better than the next. When we booked Sage, Cortney was instrumental in our planning and made it incredibly easy. The wedding day: flawless. I can’t count how many times guests (of all ages) complimented the hors d’oeuvres and how many times the staff came around to offer such a variety; how big the entrée portions were and how tasty their food was; how personable and efficient the bartending and catering staff were. Cortney checked on us several times during the reception to make sure we were satisfied. All in all, the service and food were the absolute best choice we could have made for our wedding, and we would book them all over again!
We just had our wedding and used Sage Catering. Guests were raving about the food all throughout the night. We had the BEST experience working with Cortney Epstein for the last two...
years from start to finish. We couldn’t have had our day be as perfect as it was without Sage and Cortney! Thank you guys for everything! You were amazing!!
We can't say enough amazing things about this caterer - and our coordinator Susie - for our wedding day. From the beginning they were incredibly organized, kind, creative, and so f...
un to work with! Susie helped us to pick out everything from all aspects of our menu, to the chairs, linens, utensils, bar menu, etc. It made choosing a venue that was not 'all inclusive' in this way so much less overwhelming to have Sage as our main POC with planning the bulk of things. I never felt like I wasn't in good hands.
And let me tell you - THE FOOD. The compliments we got on our wedding day never ended. And we weren't at all surprised, even our tasting prior to the wedding knocked our socks off.
If I had to do it again, this would be the top MUST vendor on my list to make wedding planning easy, and execution flawless. Even outside of a wedding, I know Sage would be capable of handling any event beautifully.
Thank you AND SUSIE so so so much! (there's a photo in there of me hugging Susie on the morning of, obviously, for all her hard work!!)
We recently hired Sage Catering for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the very beginning, Cortney was incredibly professional, attentive...
, and responsive to all our requests.
The food was absolutely delicious! Every guest raved about how amazing everything was. Living on Long Island New York food is expected to be over the top at weddings and Sage far surpassed all the guests expectations. The crab cakes were amazing, lobster roll was delicious, pizza and pasta station was incredible, tacos were full of flavor, but I think the most raved about dish was the short ribs!
Cortney went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Not only is she super friendly but she made the day completely seamless. Leading up to the day she worked with us to make our vision come true. She helped us create our own personal wedding menu including things that weren’t even on the list of items. I would recommend Cortney 100%!
The staff was top-notch—friendly, professional, and very attentive. They seamlessly managed everything, from setup to service, making sure that our guests were well taken care of throughout the evening.
We are beyond satisfied with Sage Catering. They exceeded our expectations in every way and helped make our special day even more memorable. If you’re looking for exceptional food, stunning presentation, and excellent service, we highly recommend Sage Catering for your wedding or any other special event!
!!!!!!!! 10/10 Sage Catering is incredible.
From the beginning of planning we prioritized wanting good food & a fun menu. We worked directly with Susie, who was absolutely amazin...
g. Our email chain probably has over 100 emails, and she was patient and responsive for each little detail. I'd send an email at midnight asking, "do you have a slushee machine?" and by the next morning she'd respond to me with options. Anything we could have imagined Susie was able to deliver. She was is the sweetest, most hardworking woman who we were so lucky to be paired with.
The staff & servers were so professional and wonderful during our ceremony. Our guests were absolutely raving about the food & drinks, and we never ran out of anything. Our biggest regret, of course, is not eating more (although, we had scheduled 2 tastings during planning which we are so happy we did!!).
If you want your guests to remember the food, use Sage. Their menu and options are unreal, and they are so accommodating. We were so confident throughout planning that we made the best choice in choosing Sage. I couldn't have imagined going forward with anyone else.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
We need to find an excuse to host another event so that we can run it back :)

romptly responded to my million emails, was super organized, professional and incredibly friendly. Our tasting was one of our wedding planning highlights - it was so much fun and the food was delicious! Weddings aren't typically known for having the best food, but Sage is the exception! All of our appetizers and main courses were SO good and our family and friend are still raving about them. Not to mention, the presentation of them was top notch. We really can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Sage and Susie from our initial email to the wedding night. Everything went perfectly + without a hitch on our wedding day and we have Susie and the Sage crew to thank for that!

e of and worry free. With Sage, you aren’t “just getting a caterer” you are getting a full-service wedding experience. Courtney made sure that all our important details were carried out and her team helped set up our wedding reception space perfectly. The food is next level and multiple guests complimented it was the best wedding food they’ve had. Sage even had hand-stuffed blue cheese olives for our favorite martinis! Michelle, our personal waitress during the reception made sure we always had a drink or food in our hand all night We made sure to get a picture with her because we had so much fun 😊 If you’re considering Sage, stop looking elsewhere and book them already, you will NOT be disappointed, I promise!
We had the best experience using Sage! First of all, they are one of the only catering companies that offered a food tasting. We were having a cocktail style wedding so we had lots...
of different food apps and stations being offered. We got to try almost everything we choose for our menu which was so so good and we left stuffed! We also met Amanda in person that day and she was always so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. Sage not only provided us incredible, hot, delicious food that literally never ended at our wedding but they also provided incredible service! People told us how attentive all the staff was to every guest. Not to mention our incredible waitress who kept bringing us food and drinks all night - it was truly amazing! We had a huge variety of food that guests all could find something they loved. Rave reviews on the Asian station and cheesesteak egg rolls! We loved working with Sage and Amanda and the entire event staff. They truly made our never ending cocktail hour wedding dreams come true!!
Truly, if I could give SAGE Catering an infinite star rating, I would! Amanda was our event coordinator, and from the initial contact to the day of the wedding, she was there every...
step of the way. She was responsive, helpful, and so wonderful to work with! She made the planning process feel so much easier, since she was always available to answer questions and provide feedback. She also worked tirelessly on the day of our wedding, and was there the entire time with the rest of the team! She ensured everything ran smoothly, even when we ran into a few roadblocks, and for that, we cannot thank her enough! Now, for the FOOD! The chefs at SAGE are some of the best, and the food is some of the most incredible food I have EVER eaten. The cocktail hour appetizers, charcuterie board and stationary apps, cocktails and signature drinks, and of course- the entrees; every single bite/sip was absolutely fabulous. They have so many choices of delicious items, with there truly being something for everyone's tastes, and are super flexible and accommodating when it comes to allergies and dietary restrictions. During our reception, the dinner plates came out absolutely piping hot, which was amazing. Guests were raving about the quality of the food, the temperature, and the delicious taste. We provided guests with 3 entree options, a chicken, beef, and fish, and SO many of our friends and family told us that they have never had a sirloin so perfectly cooked at a wedding! I could rave about SAGE for days!! We cannot thank each and every member of the SAGE team that was at our wedding for their incredible service and kindness! Their services are genuinely worth every single penny and then some! Thank you Amanda, and the entire SAGE team!!!!

From the complimentary tasting over a year ago to our wedding day this past weekend, Amanda was so flexible with all of our requests, and super responsive to the thousands of emails and texts back and forth. She truly went above and beyond serving as day-of coordinator as well. She was thorough and thought of details that we didn’t. The service staff and bartenders were incredible, and even made sure we as the bride and groom got to eat! If you’re wondering who to hire for your catering needs, look no further. We highly, highly recommend Sage!!

ana was our coordinator and we probably exchanged hundreds of emails- she was always so accommodating and responsive. On wedding day, Danielle was assigned to be our personal server/best friend. She made sure we had each passed hors d'oeuvre during cocktail hour and truly never let us have an empty drink in hand. The service for our guests was also phenomenal- all servers were timely, efficient, professional, attentive, and our guests were raving about how well taken care of they were. The food, from cocktail hour to our plated dinner, was outstanding and SERIOUSLY on another level than "normal" wedding food (get the short ribs!!!). We recommend Sage wholeheartedly. You and your guests will be so well fed and taken care of. <3

worked with us to make sure we had vegan options throughout the evening (and we heard from our guests that they were excellent). Everything from the tasting, to communication, and service the night of the wedding was outstanding. Each plate came out hot, and our guests were raving about the dishes. All food allergies were handled perfectly as well. Bar service was excellent - almost no lines the entire night.
Overall, Sage was the perfect caterer, and we could not have asked for better food or service on our wedding night.

el at ease. We loved having the private, complimentary tasting before we signed because it really sold us on their customer service and quality bites! I was shocked at how many caters that don't let you try their food before you purchase. We thought Sage's pricing was great compared to other vendors we had received quotes from. On the day of, their staff was diligent, kind, and professional. Our guests loved the food and that they were able to accommodate many dietary restrictions. They were very organized and set up our tables just how we had pictured them! I would definitely recommend Sage!
You need to book SAGE. That is the review.
But in all seriousness, the food is OUTSTANDING. The staff is amazing. They are responsive & kind. Amanda is so incredible & Michelle (...
a day of attendant in a way) literally saved the day in so many ways. I was sad when the night ended and knew I wouldn't get to keep working with them. I would recommend anyone I know who needs a caterer that they choose SAGE!

ied on Sage to be that special guide throughout our wedding planning process. Courtney was our coordinator, and she was just spectacular! I want to rave about so many things I don't know where to start! I think the most important thing to say is that we got SO many compliments on our food! We had our tasting and the food was fabulous, so we were really excited about that - but its not uncommon for the tasting to be great and the food on the actual day to fall flat. We did NOT have that experience, the food was 10/10! Cortney was present at the tasting and was able to give us insight on some ways to customize our menu, for example, we could choose as many passed hors d'oeuvre as we'd like, the total quantity would just stay the same! The month before our wedding, we were able to do our planning meeting in person at Cairnwood, so we could walk through the estate and decide which layout fit best for us! Also, Cortney and the Sage team were super accommodating for any unique requests we had, for example, our signature cocktail had lavender in it and Sage was able to source edible sprigs to garnish the drinks with. Another was that we wanted a champagne tower and Cortney was able to go off of an inspiration picture I had and set it all up! I felt super cared for the whole day and it was lovely to just be able to relax and enjoy the experience! I seriously think we got our full money's worth by hiring Sage Catering.
We had the best experience with Sage. My husband and I tried multiple vendors but none compared to the flavor, options, and kindness of the staff at Sage. We were even able to get ...
a second tasting because we were so indecisive on the menu because everything tasted AMAZING. You literally cannot go wrong with their food options. Cortney was our wedding coordinator and she was sooo helpful with everything and was with us every step of the way, answering our many questions and providing us a timeline for the wedding. Throughout our reception, the catering staff made sure my husband and I received our appetizers because we were running around, and made sure we stayed hydrated! Our guests raved about the food and also complimented the bartenders. The whole day flew by so fast but it went perfectly because of Cortney and her team. At the end of the night too they cleaned everything up so the venue was spotless and we didn't have to worry about anything. 100000% recommend Sage Catering for your wedding or any event!!
Sage catered my wedding at Appleford Estate and they went absolutely above and beyond to make it special. We worked with Amanda Grasso and from the first day until our wedding day ...
she was so communicative, flexible, knowledgeable, and supportive. I cannot even count how many emails I sent Amanda over the year of planning my wedding (it was a lot), and each time she quickly responded with an answer to my question or with the change I requested. I wanted to do a watermelon margarita as my signature drink, and when I assumed we would need to use store-bought watermelon juice, Amanda told me Sage could make the watermelon juice in house with I loved (the drinks were DELICIOUS). My husband and I customized several items on the menu, which was a lot of fun and made our wedding feel more personal. Sage set up our venue, and I was honestly worried about someone else getting all of the details right, but they completely nailed our vision. The food was GREAT and presented so beautifully. Our guests really loved the sushi and the espresso martinis. Sage also was a huge help at the end of the night, which allowed my husband and I to relax and go straight to our after party. I cannot recommend Sage enough. Our wedding day would not have been nearly as amazing as it was without them! You will not regret hiring them!!!
If you’re thinking about booking with Sage, just do it! You won’t regret it.

urtney and she made all my wedding dreams a reality.
A few months ago I had a food tasting with my mom and now husband and was blown away by the portion size, the presentation, and of course the taste. The food was amazing. We had 200+ people at our wedding and they made it look easy. Everyone at my wedding said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Don’t walk, run to book them!
Thank you Sage, and thank you, Courtney!!!! I will be recommending you to all my friends.
Couldn’t be happier with our catering experience!! Dana guided us on the planning months ahead and all of the overwhelming decisions along the way all while honoring our budget. We...
got countless compliments on our entrees and the service was amazing— from planning to set up, bartenders, cocktail hour apps and bar, dinner service and clean up. Cortney was our point person the day of and was so attentive and accommodating. I felt like I could enjoy my wedding day without having to give anything a second thought. Sage is comprised of true professionals and they worked seamlessly with my other vendors to make the day incredible!!!
Sage was one of my favorite vendors for our wedding. Cortney is an absolute shining star who I swear will answer any email within 5 minutes anytime of day. Responsive vendors like ...
Sage are truly amazing and not as easy to come by. Cortney provided us with a complimentary tasting that was delicious. She was flexible when I wanted to change or upgrade things and then walk back upgrades etc. Throughout the planning process I felt at ease. The day of the wedding we had our own server that brought us drinks and a tray of appetizers immediately after the ceremony. Thank goodness for this bc we ate the entire tray before we went to cocktail hour and then never really ate again! Cortney also tackled the major task of a Pittsburgh cookie table.. for those of you who don’t know this is no easy task to handle. It would be a mistake to book with any other caterer. Sage has true dedicated professionals like Cortney that will give you and your 175 guests food to rave about for days afterwards.
From the first email with Cortney I knew I found the best catering team! She was so prompt in responses, make adjustments to the menu for us, kept it super organized every step of ...
the journey. Cortney really went above & beyond to create an entire experience for my wedding, it was so much more than food. Although let me tell you about the food - UNREAL! The portion sizes for dinner were perfect, cocktail hour we did a slider station that was a huge hit with my guests. Cortney also set up a cocktail + mocktail shelf so when my guests arrived they were greeted with drinks ready to go. She did our entire tablescape (she's truly the best of the best) Throughout the night Cortney kept checking in on me, my mom, my stepdad, my husband to see if we needed anything & even stayed to help us all pack up at the end of the night. Their staff just goes above & beyond, no one is leaving hungry when you have Sage <3!!!
Sage significantly exceeded our expectations. We were lucky enough to specifically work with Amanda.
We were first impressed by the tasting as Sage's experience outperformed th...
e other caterers we considered initially. Once we had Sage selected, it was about a 1.5 year planning process with different touchpoints with Amanda. Sage perfectly executed a rather complex signature cocktail, provided a customized fish option and cocktail hour station, and worked efficiently to have all guests served in a timely manner (which was important to us). Also, all staff and bartenders were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond, and the food was delicious!
