from Erin the owner, stating that the candle vases were a rental and she was going to send an invoice for $735 to replace those vases if we were to keep them. On our invoice, it states pillar rental and arch rental. Those were the only rentals. When we went to her shop to discuss this, we were met with “well we told the venue and told the bride”. Regardless if it was discussed with the bride and groom verbally, my mother paid for the flowers and only saw the email invoice. Very disappointed with the communication. They are quick to send an invoice and charge for additional things so be careful and make sure everything is spelled out on the invoice for clarity.

he really made the vision come to life. My bouquet was stunning and not too heavy to carry, full of greens and loosely arranged just how I wanted it! My favorite piece she did was our flower girl (our dog Peggy) flower collar! She even added a blue flower last minute so she could be my "something blue." Thank you Erin for everything!

ceive any email back. After waiting nearly two weeks for a reply(which I never got), I called and made the appointment by phone. Once at the appointment I met with Erin and she explained she unfortunately had fallen behind on checking emails and had been so busy with current clients that responding to and checking emails fell by the wayside. However she said email is still a preferred way to keep contact with her business. Being busy is understandable! And I WAS able to make appointment by phone, so I didn’t harbor any bad feelings. During the beginning of the appointment it felt a little rocky as far as communication and she never asked me my budget but instead said we can discuss it later..ultimately we went over nearly every detail I had wanted for my wedding and Erin seemed to really understand my vision and I though the floral shop was beautiful! Again at the end of the meeting she again told me that she was very busy with clients and that she would work to get my proposal back to me but that it may take a month or two due to her high client load. I expressed I understood this and was okay with it as long as she kept in touch via email or phone. I waited three months and didn’t hear anything from Erin or anyone from Sage Green. I decided to send an email to follow up, and got no reply. I called the floral shop and Erin was out of the store and the woman I spoke to I explained I had been waiting a few months now for my floral proposal and wanted a follow up. She took my name and number and said she would give my information to Erin immediately for her to call me back. After receiving no call back and no email back, I untimely moved on from this vendor! Super unsettling that I felt I had to pull teeth to get them to communicate with me and that they never once in all this time ever reached back out to me! It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to work them but I won’t put any more effort into a business that doesn’t want to value their customer-especially a customer that kept trying to get their business. Planning a wedding can be stressful enough and unfortunately Sage Green did not come through for me!

had to cancel our big celebration. Erin was so wonderfully understanding and so sweet to my fiancé & I. We decided to get married on our date anyways in our backyard with just a few family members. I e-mailed back forth with Erin and she ended up creating a gorgeous small bouquet and boutonniere for my now husband and I. I went and did curbside pick up from the store and I was so thrilled. She also took the time to post a photo of the bouquet with a sweet caption that warmed my heart. I 100% recommend using Sage Green Events for ANY event you need flowers for. She creates such unique pieces that are just stunning! I will be using her in the future for our reschedule wedding celebration and any other events!
