If you're an interfaith couple (we are Catholic and Baptist), nondenominational or simply want someone who cares and you aren't sure who to have officiate your wedding, I cannot recommend Rev. Calderin enough.

out to Michael on Instagram he told me he was already booked I was bummed but he was determined to help me find the right fit so he made time to schedule a call with me the the following day. From that first telephone conversation I knew from the first sentence that this was it and this was the officiant we had been waiting and praying for. We spoke to a few other officiants following this call with Michael but nobody compared and more importantly could not find the same compassion as Michael in anyone else. So every week we prayed to God to find a way for Michael to be our officiant. I had visited Florida in June and made plans to meet Michael in person and it became very clear that I knew what had to be done and that was to change the times of our ceremony around to fit Michael's schedule. It was the best decision we ever made and we are so grateful that he agreed to officiant our wedding and then drive over an hour south immediately following our ceremony for his second wedding. This man is truly a God sent!! Every single one of our guests loved him and couldn't stop raving about him how amazing and wonderful he was. It is quite funny because many people have asked us about Michael if we knew him, if he is a friend, if he was an actual officiant, etc. my response was 'yes all of that' because we have become like friends as if we have known each other forever. I could not think of a more suitable person for us and it just so happens we met this year! We truly choose the best and we could not be more happy with how wonderful our ceremony turned out. He said that everything happens for a reason, and honestly it is true. The reason was that we needed Reverend Michael to officiate us, he was hands down the most wonderful and charismatic person we got to meet through our experience. We did premarital counseling and we always felt extremely comfortable and listened to. He made us feel so calm throughout the chaotic process of getting ready for a wedding. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, it was warm and witty, he captured our story beautifully without any script. Spoken from the heart and this was everything to us. We got SO MANY compliments from our wedding guests, they Loved the ceremony and our Reverend. We couldn’t be happier to have met Reverend Michael and we are happy to have kept a lifelong person that we will always stay in contact with even after our wedding.

He did an amazing job performing the catholic component of the wedding and made smooth transitions to the Jewish components so that the ceremony flowed well.
