Sainte Lux

best way. The consultation was amazing and so helpful. They let me try two different hair styles and really helped me figure out what felt most natural and comfortable for me. On the wedding day, they brought such a calm, cool energy to the morning, which made getting ready feel fun and easy. And the work itself was incredible — my makeup stayed flawless all day, hair was twisted and locked in, and everyone looked amazing. I would book Sainte Lüx again for literally any event, any day. Could not recommend them more.

w I made the right choice. They were very communicative, flexible with bookings, had great advice / style, and really knew how to run the day. The trial was a great experience. I was torn between having my hair half up /down and having it up. Meg let me try out both styles for the trial and I still couldn't decide, so she suggested that I do both and I'm so glad I did. I also opted to have Meg and Gabby stay through for touch-ups and it was the best decision! They fixed my hair and makeup right through the ceremony so all my pictures came out perfectly. Also want to give a special thanks to the team for helping my MIL (who speaks very little English) get the best style and feel beautiful despite the language barrier. Would HIGHLY recommend this team for your wedding day, they truly were the best!

, I found it difficult to find someone that vibed with my personal style. As a born and bred Jersey girl, I appreciate and respect a full glam beat but I knew that it was not what I wanted for my wedding day. I wanted the “your face but better, no makeup makeup” look. When I found Sainte Lux’s page, I immediately noticed that all of their brides looked stunning but also looked like themselves. Regardless of the bride or their style, their individual features were elevated and their natural beauty was accentuated, which is what I wanted for my own look. Then I spoke to Eden on the phone and knew that I found my hair and makeup artists. If I can give future brides advice, your HMUA are going to be a significant part of your day. Given how quickly the day moves and all of the moving pieces, you are going to spend more one on one time with them than almost anyone. Make sure you vibe with them on a personal level as much as you do with their style. Eden and Meg are quite frankly, literal angels. From my consultation, to my trial, to the day of, I enjoyed being in their company as much as I did seeing their incredible talent. Getting my makeup and hair done with my mom, sister in laws, and mother in law on morning of my wedding is one of my favorite memories and it’s entirely because of Meg and Eden. They made the morning so calm and wonderful and made everyone look stunning. The compliment we all kept getting was that we looked incredible but did not look like we had a ton of makeup on. My mother, despite being a gorgeous lady, is the queen of self deprecation. She almost didn’t get her makeup done because she didn’t want someone to “put a ton of makeup on this old wrinkly face.” Not only did Eden and Meg make my mom feel so comfortable, when Eden handed her the mirror to see herself, my mom smiled and said “omg I look beautiful.” I have NEVER in my life heard my mom call herself beautiful. It was the first of many times I teared up that day and I will forever be grateful to Eden for making that happen. These two are supremely talented at their craft, very professional and organized, and two of the loveliest people I have ever met. When and if I ever need my makeup and hair professionally done, they will be my first choice in perpetuity

ol! What I love most about Meg is the questions she asks you wouldn’t think to ask yourself and this helps her to better understand what your overall end goal is. She really works with you so she can provide you with exactly what you are looking for. Meg loves what she does and when she’s working with you it is clear as day. She is attentive to detail but really wants to understand exactly how she can give you the most beautiful outcome. Prior to my trial she had me create a Pinterest board for her with inspiration and the day of the trial we talked for a while to get what I wanted exactly right and it was beautiful!!! She sent a questionnaire to my bridesmaids and moms to fill out prior to the big day and even created a schedule for us, which was massively helpful for me!! On the day of she and Rachel took their time when speaking with everyone to understand what they wanted a they all looked incredible, especially my Mom and MIL! They did any touch ups needed and were so professional, organized, and a blast to have with us in the suite! Meg is the best and she gave me the princess hair of my dreams and I am so grateful she was part of my special day. If you’re looking for talented and amazing hair artists for your big day reach out to Sainte Lux, they are the best!
