I had my wedding back in September 2020.
First off I want to say, We paid good money for them and gave them a good tip.
Second off, when we signed the contact they never told us the wedding albums would be coming from Italy. Also my mother ordered a 8x10 wedding picture that was printed by walmart.com!
Lastly, After 2 1/2 months off not getting my pictures, albums or my enlargement I emailed Ron. I asked him when the albums( again I didn't know they came from ITALY) would be in and when I can pick up my pictures.
My sister-n-law went to go pick up my USB and enlargement that day. While picking them up Ron bitched about me loudly in the parking lot. Saying "what does she want me to do hop on a plane and go get her fricken albums" and "does she know shes not the only wedding I did" and more bitching and hand waving about me in a PARKING LOT!
If he had something to say about me or was mad about me asking a question he could have called me. NOT bitched about me to someone else . When all I did was ask a question about pictures I paid money for.
THIS IS JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPROPRIATE!
Tara was totally amazing.the pictures came out on the internet after the wedding within a few days. I still need to select my pictures to make my album, so I can’t comment on the actual album. I do want to mention I was unaware at the time of signing up that all the “wedding photo rights” only included the wedding day. They didn’t include the “free engagement session” which was only in the studio. I paid 170.00 to do two sites, then found out I didn’t have the rights to those photos unless I paid 500.00 extra! I was very upset, they did negotiate a price, but I still paid more than 500.00 extra with the site cost and for phot rights. As for quality, all the pictures were beautiful.
Awesome photographers! Tara and Ron were great to work with. Very creative ideas, got our wedding party organized while still having fun. We received our pictures back in 2 weeks and they turned out great! Would definitely recommend them!
I am so beyond happy with their services. They really made our day so special. Ron was above and beyond. Ill be forever grateful. We highly recommend. You will not refret.
Saks Photography was a great choice for our photography and video. Our photographer and videographer showed up early and left late. The photography is amazing with over 1,000 images to choose from. They were fun to be with and had great ideas of were and what to photograph. We just got our video back and it is really fun. We got our wedding album in a very short time only 2 months.
The album is creative and the design is perfect. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I would not recommend Saks from our experience at our wedding. I see everyone raving about Tara in the reviews I read, I wish we would have gotten her because our photographer missed several good photo opportunities, resulting in probably the worst wedding photos I've seen. We had a male photographer and videographer.
The photos themselves are basic - no creativity. I see some of my Facebook friends' wedding photos (not taken by Saks) and the effects on the images, along with the angles the photos were taken, turn out so nice-- and we didn't have anything outside of the basic straight on photo.
Honestly some just in poor taste, like 2 of just my cleavage (no I'm not kidding). My guests who I did show the photos to also made reference to these odd photos, so it wasn't just us who noticed it.
After the ceremony, the photographer seemed to just take photos with anyone who stood next to me vs. taking charge and organizing the families ensuring everyone was in there. I had enough to worry about on the day of the wedding, I was relying on the photographer to be organized and make sure he got every possible shot with family.
I don't have a photo of myself, my mother, and grandmother all in one photo, just separates --what good is this? I don't have a photo of my grandparents on my father's side along with his siblings all in one photo -- again a missed opportunity. There's a photo of the fountain in front of Samuel's Grande Manor, just the fountain -- we didn't even know he got that until we got the cd back. You'd think the photographer would've asked me and the groom to get in front of that fountain -- it's a beautiful photo opportunity. My point is, he missed a lot of opportunities and we are really disappointed because you can't go back and take new ones. We're stuck with what we got.
On a side note, the photographer and videographer did have time to use our on-site photobooth to take a pic of themselves. I wouldn't have minded this had they actually got good overall wedding shots, but they didn't.
The videographer was also a bit abrasive, complaining that we didn't incorporate the wedding party dance into the reception, as he felt that was what kicks a party off. I explained we didn't want them to feel uncomfortable and he argued with me to the point where the photographer had to remind him it was my wedding and what we wanted was most important.
It's also been 2 months since my wedding and no video -- not even a phone call with an update. I emailed Saks regarding my disappointment in the photos and surprise - no response. It's just unfortunate that we spent all this money for mediocre photos.
Overall, the photographer and videographer were a nice people but I would not use Saks again as the creativity and organization of the photos was definitely lacking. I haven't seen our video yet, so I can't comment on that, but it's been two months and no word.
Very professional team and our photographs are beautiful! Only wish we would have spent less time at our first photo location so we could have more time at the second location and also the reception prior to our entrance.
