5 stars! We used Silda Catering for our entire wedding weekend, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They offer tastings ahead of time so you can sample options before locking in your menu, which took so much of the stress out of planning. The taco buffet was a total hit. The topping selection was unmatched, and guests kept going back for more. We also had them cater breakfast, and the breakfast burritos and cinnamon rolls disappeared almost instantly; everyone was raving about them. The BBQ buffet was another home run! Our guests talked about the food all weekend long. On top of the incredible menu, the staff was helpful, friendly, and endlessly professional from start to finish. If you're looking for a caterer who will make your event unforgettable, look no further than Silda Catering. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat for any event!

rs and entrées, and we appreciated the wide variety of cuisines. We went with a disposable buffet (not staffed beyond setup), and they delivered on time and set up quickly. We ordered the Mexican trio chips and dips and caprese skewers (10-15 guests/order), plus a pasta bar ($25/person) with two options for proteins, noodles, and sauces + breadsticks and salad. They also had eggplant for a couple of our vegan guests, and we really appreciated that it could be added individually vs. full servings (they were happy to create new app options with their chef team, too, if necessary). There was more than enough food for guests, venue staff, and even leftovers. Adjusting the final quantity and menu was quick and easy, and overall, the process was very straightforward. (Sadly, we were so caught up in the night that I didn't get any good pictures of the final setup or food, but it all hit the spot!) Great option for anyone celebrating near Salida or Buena Vista!
