Talent for capturing special moments, for making you feel comfortable, for literally MAKING pockets of joy happen—and then catching them on film—and for truly encapsulating one’s vision. I knew what I wanted when it came to the photography of my wedding—a natural setting, beautiful bright lighting, a sultry but grounded feel—and Sally made it happen. No other photographer on this planet could have done what she did. I constantly look back at my wedding photos with a full heart and dropped jaw—because holy moly the images are truly spectacular! Sally was in it to win it. She provided consultations prior to the actual wedding day, where she listened intently to my needs and even asked questions I hadn’t thought of. She showed up on the wedding day ready to roll, with amazing ideas and direction. My husband felt comfortable, which is saying something—many men don’t feel comfy on camera. But he did, all thanks to Sally. She stayed for the celebrations with several cameras strapped on her body because she knew different moments needed different cameras. I mean, what other photographer takes such a high level of care?! None, in my experience. Sally made me feel beautiful, and even my guests said what a great presence she brought to the celebration. She didn’t disrupt the party but instead wove into it like she belonged. And she did! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Sally, or about the insanely extravagant photo gallery she produced. I hope to work with her time and time again.
