The MUA was not particularly responsive leading up to the wedding when I was trying to schedule a somewhat last-minute trial. On the morning of my wedding the MUA called to say she would be late because she was in a serious car accident, I was very glad that she was okay and asked her to send updates when she had them. I communicated with the MUA and Jenny, the service coordinator, throughout the morning and at no point did they warn me that they might not get an artist out there. Thankfully, the hair artist urged me to have someone bring me my makeup just in case. In the end, I was only told 15 minutes prior to the ceremony that there would be no makeup artist. Thankfully, we were able to make it work, everyone looked great, and I'm thankful that the MUA was not seriously injured. Jenny refunded my money within 48 hours, and apologized sincerely. In the future, I think it would be best to just share the tough news sooner rather than later, I would not have been as stressed if I just knew I had to do my own makeup rather than waiting for updates.

to scheduling a trial and coordinating the day-of schedule it was so smooth (which I really appreciated since I was wedding planning from a distance). I had a large group (13 of us) getting ready and Jenny (hair/makeup), Chantel (makeup) and Alycia (hair) did an amazing job!! They styled everyone’s hair perfectly and listened to makeup requests/preferences all while staying on schedule! Jenny, Chantel and Alycia were so friendly and calm which made the bridal suite environment super relaxing and comfortable for getting ready! Everyone looked gorgeous, incredibly natural, and we all received tons of compliments throughout the day! Huge thank you to Chantel who did an amazing job with my rehearsal dinner and wedding makeup and Jenny for doing my wedding hair flawlessly! I didn’t have one smudge of makeup or a strand of hair fall out from 1pm to when our after party ended at 2am, which I thought was nearly impossible..! Jenny also did a great job securing my veil which I was nervous would fall out! I’m so glad I was lucky enough to have Salon-a-Go-Go as my wedding hair and makeup team and I highly recommend them to any bride!!

ng! I had my trial makeup and hair done two months before the wedding and they were very flexible with scheduling since I no longer live in the area and was only there for a holiday weekend. They showed up right on time to my hotel room the day of and they completed all my girls’ hair and makeup right on schedule. I ended up making a change on what I wanted done to my hair and Chelsea knew exactly what to do. I’m so glad I made the change because my hair was beautiful and stayed pretty much perfect all day. My makeup also stayed on all day and I was given a little goody bag with lip gloss and some other extras to take with me. I highly recommend Salon a Go Go, and Chelsea and Lorry.

my questions about the pricing and logistics. We first met for my hair and makeup trial. I showed her pictures and she even incorporated beads from my moms veil into my hair which I wanted. As she was doing my hair and makeup she would stop and make sure she was following what I wanted. When she was done she even made a few tweaks until it was exactly what I was looking for. Before the wedding she went over the schedule with me. On the day of the wedding Jenny was on time and prepared. She kept everything moving along and on schedule. She asked each bridesmaid what they were looking for and made changes if it was not exactly what they wanted. We were all super happy with our hair and make up. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone, she is a very talented and attentive to detail.
