aning the windows outside. When they came inside, they needed to get to the window behind where myself and another bridesmaid were sitting. We politely moved to allow the window washer access to the window to quickly clean the window- it literally would have taken him all of two minutes. It was at that time that Chelsea marched over and began to speak down to the window washer and demand that he leave because they have two bridal parties. When the man tried to speak to her she quickly cut him off and told him that he would have to leave immediatley and come back to finish later. When he mentioned payment she stated loudly that he would get paid when he come back. Once the man left the building with his tail between his legs, Chelsea continued to act unprofessionally by explaining the story of how she kicked the man out of the salon to her staff- proudly. We all asked ourselves why we didn't speak up and say that it was not an issue and he could finish what he was doing. The simple answer is that we were all in complete shock of her behavior- it took a minute to actually comprehend that someone would act so improper in what appeared to be a high end salon. Myself and the bridesmaids were discussing the incident and we all felt extremely uncomfortable, and I was keeping my fingers crossed that Chelsea was not a stylist- dreading if she was the one who would have to do my hair. I wanted to complain to the manager, but when I checked the salon website on my phone it lead me to believe that Chelsea may in fact be the owner (still not sure if she is or not), so I did not bother saying anything to her while I was there. I completely understand that they may have been busy, and it may have not been the best time for the men to be washing the windows; however, I feel that they should have either let them know before they came, or politely asked the man if it would be an issue to come back at a better time. Her manner and actions are completely unjustified and she made the entire bridal party feel awkward while waiting to get their hair and makeup done. I didn't see any issues with any of the other stylists, but I would never bring my business to this establishment again on the simple fact that it may be owned by such a ignorant, disrespectful human being.

ation to do hair for me, my mom, matron of honor, and sister-in-law. She set up in my wedding suite and had us all done in no time. She was patient and worked around our makeup appointments at the spa on site. For me, she put in hair extensions that she previously highlighted to match my hair. They looked so natural . . . but so much better than natural! She is such a pleasure and such a hard worker! She put all of us at ease . . . it was such a fun morning! I can't say enough about all she did to accommodate my mini-destination wedding!

r work the best way possible AND incorporate my grandmother's headpiece from 1940. We didn't even get a test run with it, and it was PERFECT for the wedding! She is truly gifted, and what's better is the other stylists were able to make my maids look beautiful, too! Fun atmosphere and super reasonably priced for a part of your big day that could be extremely costly!
