My hair and makeup turned out beautifully for my wedding, but the service itself was sub par. For my (and my mom's) trial, there was no communication between the receptionist who booked the appointment and the individual who did my hair/makeup, so our appointments ended up back to back, not side by side, and the appointment length doubled. On my wedding day, the staff was an hour late to my house, and showed up unprepared, so one lady had to run to the nearest Kroger to pick up false lashes. We had 4 people getting makeup done, so this shouldn't have been a surprise. They never apologized for being late, and explained that although we had agreed on appointments starting at 9:00 for the 10 people that needed hair done, they insisted they had meant they were leaving the salon at 9:00. Although I told them everyone needed to be ready by 1:00pm at the very latest, they didn't start my hair/makeup until after 12:00. We were an hour late to everything else that day, which resulted in me paying for an hour of Party Bus and an hour of top notch photographer time that we weren't able to use. I missed out on some once in a lifetime photos because we lost that time. Overall, beautiful hair and makeup, but the frustration of being late and lack of consistent communication throughout the salon means that I can't and won't recommend them for any future events.
