ught into the business after the Melvin and Jerry sold the business. The one owner Chris appears to be in her 50's or and has worked there for a very long time. You might think she would know how to conduct herself and know the customer is always right. Sadly, not. She is ignorant and very, very immature in her handling of people. Today, 8/29/2025 she told her receptionist to throw me out of the shop because I called and canceled appointments too many times. If a person cancels there is usually a reason they need to reschedule. Plus I was told I did not have an appt. for 11:00 AM on 8/29/2025. I left! The receptionist came running after me into the parking lot stating Chris said you can stay and that I did have an appointment for the said time. I told her absolutely I would not stay. Steven has been my hairdresser since the 80's when Le Toile was located on Church Rd & York Rd many years ago. Steven had a very bad accident and will never be back to work again; sadly. Chris thinks she is a great hairdresser and is as good as Steven was but she not. Steven had extremely good talent not in her case. I just decided to go to her becaouse she has been working at LeToile for a very long time and thought she would've picked up techniques from other good hairstylists. She didn't. So to throw people out of a beauty shop for canceling an appointment and rescheduling shows the crude behavior of this woman who thinks she is top notch. She is average at best. When you treat customers you ruin it for everyone who works there. The shampoo people don't receive that persn's tip, the customer doesn't make other purchases within the shop, the customer will not go back to another hairdresser in that shop. I gave it a 2 star and not a 1 star because of the receptionist who had to be placed in the middle of this horiffic situation.
