e completely NAILED everything. Sarah arrived a little early to set up and was done early on the day of, and she did an amazing job with everyone's hair and makeup. She took every precaution during a stressful pandemic and put us all at ease. Sarah, you're the best!! And absolutely everyone at Salon Maison was incredibly nice, flexible, professional and comforting during a very stressful time. Some of the logistics got a little mixed up during the process, but it was always resolved and Celeste and Cindy are incredibly quick to respond. Yasmin also did a great job with my first eye lash extensions ever! I love them and I'm definitely coming back :) Thanks so much to the entire team at Salon Maison!

nne was my main stylist and she did such an amazing job with my hair and makeup. We did a trial a few weeks before the wedding, which I was happy with, but I made some big changes just a couple nights before the wedding and showed her pictures morning of. I don't know how she did it, but she did exactly what I wanted. I have a lot of hair and don't usually wear a lot of makeup and Rosanne did everything perfectly. My mom and most of my bridesmaids also got their hair and/or makeup done and everyone looked beautiful! Rosanne and her assistant started at 7:00 AM and we were all done by 12:00 PM. Everything stayed where it was supposed to throughout the day (our wedding ended at 11:00 PM). There were some loose curls here and there (it was WINDY our wedding day), but everyone still looked gorgeous. The only con was that we paid for my husband's hair to be done, and we did not think it was worth the money spent. He thought he could've done a better job himself. His hair was flying all sorts of directions during photos (but again, it was very windy). But all of the girls' hair and makeup was perfect. I'd hire Salon Maison all over again! Just leave out the groom's hair service. If you're looking for hair and makeup artists, don't hesitate here! They may be more expensive than independent contractors or stylists, but you pay for what you get and I was over the moon with my hair and makeup. Salon Maison helped me feel extra beautiful on my special day!

t a month before my wedding. As someone who is admittedly not makeup and hair savvy, I was nervous about accurately relaying the look I was going for. My stylist listened and asked clarifying questions, she did an excellent job of understanding exactly the look I wanted and worked with the hairpiece I made to create my dream look! Both experiences in their salon in Bellevue and at my parents home for the day of my wedding were wonderful. My bridesmaids all had the same makeup style, but the stylists made sure they each looked like themselves which made me happy. My mom and Grandma looked lovely as well. I felt like I still looked like me, just the best version of me, and all my bridesmaids felt the same. No “cake face” or heavy feeling hairspray. All the makeup and hair lasted all day long through tears, August heat and lots of dancing in a hot room! The curls even stayed in my friends hair who have very fine hair! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

en. How do I say I don't like it when the stylist spends 1 hour on hair and 1 hour on make up without me seeing the mirror until the end? Also, they said you have to cancel 90 days before your wedding but they won't allow your pre-session trial to begin until a few weeks to 1 month before the wedding. Because I was so unhappy with my make up, they did refund me $75 out of $400 with the presession included. All of my bridesmaids thought their hair and make up was '' so so '' and they ended up having to re-fix it or do their own. Average experience. Could find a lot better price elsewhere.

In addition I had a blowout style with them 2 days before the wedding which meant I had cute hair for our family party and rehearsal dinner. I also did eyelash extensions through them and they fit me in for a touch up the day of my blowout when’s couple came out. They are friendly, punctual, and know what they’re doing! Each of my bridesmaids were able to voice what they wanted and feel beautiful. They rocked it!

My suggestion is if you plan to have your whole bridal entourage get their hair & makeup together then by all means I highly recommend Salon Maison it just makes sense because their convenient but if you wanted to do solo, I suggest going to your favorite salon and have them do your hair & makeup instead. Also I think the hair & makeup trial is not worth it, they were so busy during summer there’s no point of paying for it if you’re not going to get the day you want. I sat in traffic in the middle of the week just so I get my hair & makeup trial only to go back home afterward.

s that you do your hair and make-up trial two weeks before your wedding, so I scheduled as such. The night before my trial, Celeste emailed me that I had to reschedule because my stylist was sick. It put a lot of stress on me to reschedule to the following weekend which was the one before my wedding. My maid of honor took the day off work to be at the original appointment and wasn't able to get the rescheduled day off because it was so last minute, plus I had a lot of other stuff I had to do the weekend before my wedding as it was. Celeste didn't seem empathetic to how much this upset me. I wish they either didn't tell you to do the trial so close so you have more options if you did have to be rescheduled, or had a better system for finding a back up stylist if one calls out.

I got to see several hair styles and I loved all of them but finally decided on a soft messy braid updo. On the day of the wedding Ashley and her team all arrived promptly and worked efficiently to get myself and 12 other girls ready on time! They were so sweet and talented and everyone looked gorgeous! At the end of the night after tears and sweat, (from dancing all night) I still looked and felt amazing. Salon Maison was awesome, I wouldn't change a thing.

I was working with some pretty tricky family dynamics (mom and mother in law are wonderful people but are like oil and water together) but Salon Maison was great about helping me navigate through all of that. I wish they did wedding planning because with their experience, kindness, and expertise I would have definitely hired them to plan my entire wedding. They would answer my questions very quickly which was very refreshing compared to my other vendors. They are open 7 days a week so they are extremely easy to get a hold of. Because I know myself and know that I am picky I choose to have my pre-session appointment right away which they were totally fine with, they let you pick when you want it. They were so accommodating and were able to schedule me on a weekend even for my pre-session! On the day of my wedding, Angela and her team were on time and got us done a few minutes early. Her team consisted of herself, another hair and makeup consultant (Ashley), and Angela also had an assistant to help her prep curls to keep everything flowing nicely. Everyone loved their hair and makeup and they were very accommodating for last minute addons as well. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup, it even lasted through the tears when I saw my my now husband walking down the aisle. I told Angela I am not a crier but she waterproofed me anyway and I am so glad she did because I surprisingly ended up being a water fountain that day. Thank you Angela, Ashley, the team, and everyone at Salon Maison for making my wedding day perfect! I highly recommend them if you want stunning hair and makeup and a seamless execution.

I said what time I wanted my hair and makeup done, paid my deposit, and reviewed my contract online all before booking. When it came time for my trial it was easy to get in on one of my planned trips out to Seattle about 4 months before my wedding. They let you choose when you want to do your trial which was helpful. Madie did my hair and makeup and she was amazing, no changes at the trial which was shocking since I’m usually pretty picky. I love all the contouring and highlighting products and Madie nailed it first try! On the day they had several stylists for my large bridal party of 11. Yes 11! One nice thing was they don’t charge extra for additional consultants like all the other places do. Everyone loved their hair and makeup and Madie made it so relaxing for everyone. They made it so easy, I choose what appointment time I want everyone ready by and I booked it online. I set up my trial for whenever I wanted. The mother of the groom needed to be added last minute and they still had an appointment time available for her which I was so thankful for as I forgot to add her which was a huge oversight on my part. Salon Maison saved the day! They were my favorite and everyone was relaxed and beautiful!

I have sat through many many many hair and makeup sessions. Yasmin is the best. I am so serious. I have dubbed her "The Hair Whisperer" and I gave her that name because she so expertly and delicately styled, placed and shaped my hair to the most gorgeous updo I have ever had. I was so impressed that I am booking her for my own wedding day which will be in October. She did my hair and makeup in under an hour and I was honestly shocked at how wonderful it was. When I took my hair down I was again shocked... I had so many bobby pins in my head and they didn't hurt me at all. This is a huge deal if you're going to be done up all day for your wedding. No one wants a headache because of a cursed bobby pin. So again, I will reiterate... Yasmin is the Hair Whisperer, queen of up-dos and the hair stylist I've been dreaming of! I confirmed my appointments for 3 bridesmaids and myself (hair/makeup) in June for my October wedding. Their email confirmation says to email over some dates for your pre-trial once the event gets closer (NOT NOW). It also pre-generated a time of their arrival due to the start of my wedding time I provided. My wedding started at 6pm. They wanted to arrive onsite at 7am...I called and was told, once you do your pre-trial, we can adjust that to a better start time. 6 WEEKS before my wedding, I booked my pre-trial. I picked a Saturday, 3 weeks before my wedding. Then I get an email, the week of my appt. (not a phone call) asking me to reschedule...they provided 3 other time options, all during the week (which I can't do), one of which was mere days before my wedding. I called them and they told me that another Bride had a last minute emergency so they need to change this. They went "out of their way" to schedule a time on Sunday morning for me, 8 AM (during closed business hours). I didn't get any beverage offered to me, and felt rushed (which they say to allow 3 HOURS for) because my stylist had ANOTHER wedding to get to! I was done in an hour. I ask about start time, and got told you have to speak to someone else. I call Monday and am then told I can't, this should have been done when I booked. After back and forth (I changed my appt to help a bride and you can't help me on your errors?) they gave me a 2nd stylist to allow for an hour later start time, free of charge. On my wedding day, they drove separately, and asked me to pay for parking for BOTH cars. I said I would only pay for one per the contract, and the 2nd is on them. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Even after the fact, I wrote a non-favorable review on another wedding website and they are trying to dispute my words. Just another reason I would stay away...if you aren't happy and had a poor experience, they try to sweep it under a rug, avoid the situation, and paint a pretty picture with only positive reviews.

My makeup was flawless and my hair was a half up style with a soft messy braid and beachy waves which was sooo stunning! Leading up to my wedding some ladies changed their minds on wanting just hair, or just makeup, or both, and management was very accommodating when I had to alter the reservation. I felt so embarrassed requesting constant changes but the office ladies really went above and beyond to make me happy. On the day they showed up early and handled 11 bridesmaids, myself, and the mothers. Using Salon Maison made it so easy to have such a large group, and everyone looked really beautiful. They came right to us for the same cost as others charge to come to the salon. So happy I chose Salon Maison and have referred them to all my friends.

It was a truly relaxing fabulous appointment. They work with your face shape and my stylist Katie had lots of great ideas for me and was so sweet and nice so I had no problem telling her that I wanted a little more blush. I tend to be shy so I really appreciated how easy going she was. I felt so beautiful leaving my trial. On my wedding day Katie arrived on time with her assistants and we got done 20 minutes early and everyone looked so amazing. Salon Maison is just amazing!...thats all I can say. I was referred by 2 other friends that used Salon Maison in the past and now I know why they sing their praises. My sister is using them for her wedding next year too and I am so excited to see them again. There was no bridal allure experience as promised.I was not going to write my bad review until the very last e-mail I received from them which really drove me to share this with others. My first visit to the salon for the hair/make-up trial rates a good zero. Which is not even worth writing about and upon them realizing they gave me a complementary second trial. From that trial I knew I only wanted hair and forfeited my make up. Make up is not their forte. Their selection is meager and the make up application is very ordinary and not suitable for wedding glamor. I wanted to look like a bride on my wedding day so I went with someone else. My four bridesmaids make up was very ordinary and not wedding level. Rosanne and Angela are very sweet in their demeanor and showed up on time which was great. The management is different from the staff and the e-mails and contract were not a pleasant experience for me at all. When I added another person, they immediately charged my card on file without asking me or confirming out of common courtesy. Courtesy is not easily given by management and I am not sure why when their business is weddings. The truly five star deserving experience in the entire Salon Maison experience was Angela doing my hair. During the trial we discussed what I wanted and she listened. I am glad I did the trial for my hair because I learned that I do not want hair spray which stayed on for a few days and made my hair extremely frizzy. What was great is that on the day of the wedding Angela listened to me needs and did not apply that spray and my hair had a natural free flowing look. She executed the style so well that my hair was stunning. Thank you Angela.

I would call to ask a question and the person I had to speak to wouldn't be there but they couldn't offer when they would be there for me to call back or they once emailed to see if I could come in for an appointment later because another bride had requested and ALREADY MOVED her appointment. In the grand scheme of things, small points, but worth mentioning. I would still highly recommend them for their speedy service. One of my bridesmaids was in another wedding about a month prior to mine and they were in hair/makeup for like 7 hours for 5 people. We needed 4 hours for like 6 bridesmaids and 4 family members. :) Well done Salon Maison!

reputable company that could handle that. Salon Maison did not disappoint. From the initial booking to the execution on my wedding day, it was a pretty wonderful experience. Celeste, Cindy, and the team are all very responsive and flexible. Angela, my stylist, was FANTASTIC. After my hair and makeup trial, I had a few minor changes and she accommodated them perfectly on my wedding day. My hair and makeup was exactly what I imagined for the big day and looked almost as good at the end of the night (almost twelve hours later) as it did earlier that morning! Additionally, the Salon Maison team was awesome on the big day. My bridesmaids and moms were all so happy with their services and everyone's hair and makeup looked simply beautiful. They finished on-time (actually a few minutes before), so we were able to snap some fun photos in the hotel room with our hair/makeup done, robes on, and mimosas in hand. My only "complaint" with Salon Maison is their contracting method. The contract process is quite confusing - they insist that you sign the contract after each change is mind. While I understand why, it made it extremely confusing at times, and we ended up having to add on several services at the trial, which increased the cost. Overall, I am so pleased and thankful that we went with Salon Maison. Thank you all again!

eally receptive to those requests, and my hair and makeup came out spectacularly. It was exactly as I had pictured! My bridesmaids had their hair done and everyone looked beautiful. One bridesmaid with a pixie cut opted to do her makeup instead of hair, and she felt a little clownish in the final product. Everyone else thought she looked gorgeous though (including me), so perhaps she was unused to wearing a lot of makeup. One complaint about Salon Maison is the booking process—they don’t let you add services within 90 days of the event, but you can drop services. No changes are allowed (add or drop) within a few weeks of the wedding. That made it hard to plan, since I was wrangling multiple bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom. Their pricing is a little steep but considering they are on-site and it’s a wedding service, it was worth the splurge.

They will also promise to have a certain number of people there but they won't tell you that half of them will be in training and not able to do anything besides stand there and watch! Even though you had to pay for their transportation too!!!! I could go on and on, but please do yourself a favor and don't use them. My mom was so generous to book them for us even though they were the most expensive and I'm still frustrated at how bad they were. First, the artist at my trial made me look like a clown. I should have known then to run but I live out of the country and needed to make it work. She spent like 5 hrs and finally got it. She said she took pictures and notes but told me the day of that her pictures are terrible quality the way they take them and don't actually show anything....so whats the point?!? She put my veil on upside down after I told her over and over how I wanted it...plus it looked ridiculous the other way so it's crazy that she needed that instruction. We were so rushed because they sucked and took forever I never even looked to realize she put it in wrong. It pulled out my hair instantly and covered up my clip and was a total mess. I also emailed to complain about the terrible experience after and they never even cared enough to respond...I thought at least someone there would care about an unhappy customer at this place but I guess not.

Once my appointment was eventually found, I was offered a shitty plastic cup of water, a half assed apology, and sat down in a janky side room. After trying to explain that I wanted like the picture, twice, I came away with something......ok....but not like the picture, and my time was up. It's nice that they come to your house (or wherever) on the wedding day, and my stylist was kind and flexible, she did my Mom's hair even though we didn't have that scheduled (we paid full price for it of course, but the flexibility was still nice.) On the wedding day, we had the same hair issues, and I ultimately wasn't happy with it. She did my makeup as well, which we didn't have a practice session for, but I had a picture....which again was completely ignored. I'd never recommend this place, for weddings or blowouts or anything. The prices are outrageous for a level of service that's sub par.

rvices. I had my wedding this past April and Southern California and it was perfect because the salon owner was based out of California. My trial was at Heather's house and she both her passion and excitement for cosmetics and for the wedding made me excited for the wedding. She was easy to talk to and very attentive. All I told her was what colors and style I was looking for and she made it look even better!! The best thing about Salon Maison's work is that it stays on ALL DAY LONG. I was in California in last June 2016 and it was around 90 degrees. I ran around running errands both indoors and outdoors and sweated a lot, but the product was resistant to everything that day. My hair held up extremely well and I was happy to tell her that I loved it and wanted to book an appointment. The day of, I had overslept and both Heather and her assistant were prompt. I felt so bad, but even with my 5 minute delay, we got all 5 of us ladies done and they were out the door. They were so good with my bridesmaids and their requests. Service was prompt, professional, attentive, and it's a wedding, so fun! I highly recommend Heather because she has good tips for hair and skin to prep for your wedding, but she also has an infectious and amazing personality. it. From start to finish they made the process so easy. They are open 7 days a week which is so great so I could call and always reach someone if needed. Cindy one of the bridal coordinators was always very prompt in answering my emails which was so refreshing since I had some serious challenges with other vendors. I found that they were very reasonably priced at $100 for hair & $100 for makeup on the day for ONSITE! No travel fees!! It was all nice and easy. I did add lashes for $30 which covered my trial and day of. Their lashes lasted all night and were gorgeous, they are especially made for brides and tears! Even at the very end of the night myself and my 8 bridesmaids still looked incredibly stunning!

re to help with my bridal partys hair, but the lady arrived with herself and her unqualified (looked to be 20 year old) daughter. My hair turned out decent (although I had told her I wanted looser curls) but my makeup was nothing to write home about. I'm decent with makeup and really enjoy doing mine and others so one of my biggest regrets is not just doing my own. My engagement photos (with my own makeup) turned out better than the makeup on my wedding day which really bummed me out. Since it was just one lady doing hair and makeup, I had to rush out the door when mine was finished so I could go to first look as well as let her finish with my bridesmaids and didn't have time for adjustments.

feel absolutely beautiful. On my wedding day I received waves upon waves of compliments from my friends and family who attended my wedding! My whole experience was wonderful and more than I expected. First, the friendliness of the staff is superb. They are kind, very professional and ask questions to truly understand what you want. The quality of service was exceptional. My hair was perfect and my make-up was flawless and both lasted all night long. Their was plenty of staff and they were all efficient, pleasant, and masters of their art. I am very happy that I chose this salon and would recommend your company and services to other brides!

pre-session I asked my consultant what she thought would look good on me. She gave me a couple different styles until I fell in love with a super soft natural look. They are super professional and extremely helpful. On the wedding day they were early and started setting up right away. All my bridesmaids looked absolutely gorgeous. The whole day everyone was complimenting me on how amazing I looked. I have since recommend Salon Maison to all my friends and a few of my bridesmaids also hired them for their wedding, and loved them as well.
