ere scheduled at 11:30. As soon as she got to her make up appointment she noticed that her curls dropped in a dramatic way. I called the salon and they recommended for her to go back; of course everything was planned perfectly to make it to her picture session so there was no extra time.
I called them to ask for a refund since her hair was ruined, they offered me a rain check so she could have it done another day since they didn’t want to give me the refund …. Really??? HER GRADUATION PHOTO SESSION WAS RUINED AND THEY WANTED ME TO GO BACK ANOTHER DAY? I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They said that they wouldn’t give me the refund because my daughter had a haircut….. the whole reason she got it was because she was getting her hair done for her pictures! She could have got a haircut and a style that was perfect for her pictures at a salon that knows how to do their job, and I would have been happy to pay anything for her to look good for such an event. Worse place… AVOID!!

pecifically said that bridal makeup included lashes (though on the morning of, the website had been changed some time in the last few months, but TheInternetArchive saves everything), so I didn't think much more about it and made the mistake of not bothering with a trial since I don't live in Florida. I don't know what changed or who they lost, but on the morning of my wedding, I received a call telling me that my makeup artist could not apply lashes, and I should go to MAC or a makeup store to have them applied before coming. Very unprofessional, very stressful, ultimately I thankfully had magnetic liner and lashes which the makeup artist helped me apply, but unfortunately since she had absolutely no experience, one of my lashes came unstuck and had to be fixed up all night. That was why I wanted the glue lashes professionally applied in the first place. Very disappointing, and really sucked a lot of time away from my reception as I ran to the bathroom to fix my lashes so I wouldn't have a lazy lash eye, clockwork orange makeup, or otherwise patchy makeup (since the magnets pull off the liner when removed and reapplied). When I complained in the morning before my ceremony, I was told, "Well you know not everyone wants false eyelashes and that's why people have trials." Not professional, and I cannot recommend their makeup services if you want false eyelashes. The makeup itself was fine, though I wish the blush used had been more pink than bronze.

wn hair on the day of the event.. I had it cut the week before. I usually get my pedicures elsewhere, but I had Mindy do my nails this time. Not only did she do a great job, but she was a sweetheart. She helped me pick out a different shade of polish to go with my dress & shoes & event colors. It was perfect.

ough I loved it, I wasn’t so sure it was what I wanted for that day. Once the day got closer, I decided that I did want to go back to her. This time, it was only wash and style. Stefanie did a beautiful job and placed my headpiece perfectly, it stayed put all night throughout the hugs and the dancing. I'm super happy I went with her and loved the way my hair looked that day. Thank you!
