I had a great experience having Sarah do my hair and make-up. I am not someone who is usually heavy on make-up and was a bit nervous. I showed up to the trial with pictures of what I have in mind and Sarah did a great job using that as guidance, but making it fit me as well. She also did an amazing job with my hair (as well as the flower girl's) and managed to hold my enormous veils. She was always extremely quick to answer any questions I had. On wedding day, she and another make-up artist arrived early and were ready to go. She made me comfortable and did a wonderful job. I noticed when booking that the negative reviews revolved around there not being enough people to handle all the work. I have to say that I found Sarah extremely accommodating and, with good communication, she gave me more than enough time to decide how many people would be getting services. (I actually ended up adding someone the day of just because her assistant had extra time. So, I'd say they were more than prepared.) I think if you communicate this is a non-issue. I would highly recommend using them!
The Salon One team was awesome for wedding day services. I worked with Sarah for my trial and day-of hair & makeup, and she did an incredible job. She was easy to work with and super flexible with whatever changes I asked. The entire team is very talented; on the day of the wedding everyone’s hair and makeup looked so good. I also feel it’s important to mention that they definitely have the right balance of putting on enough makeup to accentuate but not so much that everyone looks like a clown (I’ve seen that so often! You wont get that here 😊) The team was timely and professional—I highly recommend

Their most comprehensive option includes wedding party trials, hair and makeup for all, a dedicated stylist for the bride, and more. You and your wedding entourage can take part in the makeup and hair trials to ensure that you all receive your desired look before the wedding day. On the day of the celebration, you can all relax as your stylists come to your location and reapply your looks.
