Onyx upped their prices about $20 per service, as well as got rid of the bridal package, and sent me a new contract to sign. I thought I had locked in the prices originally, but was told the prices were not locked in by signing the contract. They compromised by waiving the fee to do the services onsite at my venue. The services were cash-only at the venue. Other than that, they had prompt communication and the hair/makeup the day of the wedding turned out to be beautiful!
