Brother-and-sister duo Milo and Rosalia were born and raised in Oaxaca, surrounded by southern Mexico’s rich food culture and traditions. Growing up, they regularly ate at local taco stands that served up dishes bursting with flavor. As adults, they aimed to recreate the delicious food of their youth and opened Salsa Limón in Fort Worth in 2006.
For your special day, you can choose between two unique catering options. The Salsa Limón team can deliver a taco bar to your venue and supply all plates, napkins, and plastic ware. Alternatively, they can bring the whole taqueria to you with their food truck. The fresh cuisine features made-from-scratch tortilla chips, spicy homemade salsas, and tender meats. Your guests can choose between burritos, quesadillas, tacos, and more. They can complete their meal with deluxe sides like guacamole and queso.
