Perfect for the Type "A" AND Type "B" Bride If you want it to feel like your best friend is helping you plan your wedding, then Erica is the planner for you. My parents actually met Erica while she was working one of their friend's son's wedding and were so impressed by her work they gave her the job on the spot for my wedding a few months later. Erica immediately made me and my husband feel comfortable, excited and ready to take on wedding planning. We hired Erica as a day-of coordinator, but she exceeded our expectations and actually did SO MUCH on the front-end before wedding day. Any question she got answered and any task I asked of her, she did immediately and did a great job. I also did not have to worry about reaching out to our vendors for information or keep track of the details. Erica is the perfect planner for both the Type "A" AND the Type "B" bride, and I know because I could be both depending on the day! She eased so much of my stress throughout the planning process. I could text Erica anytime with a question and on our calls it felt like I was talking to an old friend. She is so kind, funny and easy to work with, but at the same time, she knows how to take charge and handle a lot of moving pieces without ever seeming overwhelmed. And trust me, my husband, my dad, and I are all attorneys, and Erica still somehow managed all three of us! She has the perfect balance of being warm and personable while also being confident and an advocate for the things I wanted. There were also plenty of times when I was more of the Type B bride when I forgot something, missed a detail or simply didn’t have the time to think about it. Erica was always one step ahead and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She kept everything on track and gave me the ability to actually enjoy the planning process and our wedding without feeling like I had to manage every little detail myself. Highly, highly recommend Erica! Also, one thing I forgot to mention! Erica literally doubled as our content creator and got so many great photos and videos without me ever asking her to! The photos attached are only SOME of the photos Erica took herself.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about having Erica and Salt Air Events at our wedding. She is so easy to work with and truly does everything she can to make any plan or idea you have come to life. She is so professional while still ensuring that every step of the way is fun and she eases any stress that I had in a million different ways. I’d get married again just to get to work with her again!! ❤️🥰
