Jacqueline was absolutely phenomenal to communicate with from the time of booking to the event. There wasn't a single detail missed working with her. I will recommend Saltworks again and again!

Their prices were very competitive and Nicola was always super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend them for weddings or any other occasion!

ng after we already hired them and we were blown away by how delicious the food was. On the day of the wedding they cooked the food in their food truck and brought it in warm and tasty! They had them individually plated due to covid restrictions and they did a phenomenal job. The appetizers passed during the cocktail hour were amazing and the dinner food was so delicious. The pulled chicken sliders were a huge hit. When the night was over they gave us all the leftovers to take home which was so kind of them. Highly recommend saltworks catering!

and important needs for catering in order for our guests to have a chance to experience some of our favorite Indian and Western cuisines! With lack of available Indian caterers in Charleston, we were able to get our favorite restaurant to cater the Indian food for us. However, it was important for the venue AND for our non-Indian food caterer to be willing to serve this and be ok with it! We were actually surprised and saddened by some caterers who were not willing to accommodate this HUGE multicultural aspect of our wedding. Then we spoke with Nicky at Saltworks! Where do we even begin?!?! Nicky was so positive and open to listening to our needs, understanding the cultural aspects, willing to do the research, and customize a package for us that would include our multiple event wedding weekend! Let’s talk food first - Saltworks and head chef, Mark, serve amazing food that incorporates flavor and flare with that all-important southern charm. They were AMAZING to work with, discussing and offering menu changes, and were very transparent about their COVID-19 safety procedures - which we greatly appreciated. And they were incredibly understanding given the constant fluctuations that come along with trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic. And for the most important part - the food was fantastic! We knew from the moment we had our tasting that everyone was going to love the menu, and sure enough all of our guests are still raving about everything they ate over the course of two days. From mac and cheese fritters to the knock-your-socks off pasta with shrimp, everything was delicious. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. Oh, and the banana pudding. You have to get their banana pudding. I’m pretty sure we put away at least five servings just between the two of us. We can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have a caterer who worked with us not only the issues that COVID-19 brings, but also on the unique multicultural aspects of our wedding. We were a little disheartened after speaking with some of the caterers we reached out to, but Nicky, Mark, and the entire Saltworks team were nothing short of incredible. They went above and beyond to help make sure we had the fusion wedding we envisioned.
