the required vendor for the wedding venue we had picked out (that they also owned at the time). Both my husband and I were pretty excited to have them cater because we had heard wonderful things about their food. They lost the venue during COVID but we decided to keep them as a vendor with our new venue and wedding date in 2021 and I honestly wish we hadn’t. The team was hard to get ahold of and I didn’t feel as though their pricing was very transparent but the cherry on top of it all was RUNNING OUT OF FOOD. About 5-6 tables barely had any food if any at all. My husband and I were mortified and I spent a solid portion of my evening in the bridal suite crying from embarrassment. Ryan called after the event to apologize and promised they would not only make it right financially but wanted to do something nice for us (like cater an event for our family) and promised an email would be sent stating such. The only emails I received were two letting us know they would be sending a check for the amount of people that were not fed. Nothing regarding the offer to cater and nothing was offered for the pain and suffering we dealt with on our wedding day. The food was fantastic but running out of food, especially for that many tables, wasn’t worth the good food. After talking with my day-of, this was not the first event she worked that they royally messed up. Incredibly disappointed to say the very least.

cktail hour. Very professional staff that made sure everyone had fresh drinks and tables were cleared all evening. I would use them again and again if need be in the future for gatherings and parties. And will definitely be recommending them to anyone else that gets married! Thank you so much for your expertise! Our favorites: chicken & waffle sliders and goat cheese croquettes. Chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans / chimmicuri steak with rice and black beans! Everything was phenomenal!

when we added items last minute or emailed them with any updates for the wedding. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food and fortunately for us we got to try most of it. They also made a giant charcuterie board that looked like something out of a magazine and was devoured within minutes. They basically KILLED IT with the food the whole night. They really pay attention to detail and want to make sure everything they serve is amazing. They also were generous with our drink menu, making sure all the mix ins and garnishes we asked for were there. I highly recommend Saltblock if you want your guests to talk about the food at your event and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

accommodating for less-traditional style of a wedding reception. The only negative thing was that my wife and I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the great food as we were too busy mingling with guests! If you hire SaltBlock, do yourself a favor and don’t skip dinner or dessert.

s my turn to get married there was only one choice. The food is unique and beyond delicious, and don't get me started with the charcuterie spread the "Salt Mine". I don't think I've ever received more compliments about a cheese and meat display in my life. Hire SaltBlock, you and your wedding guests will not be disappointed.

d and staffed the entire reception and cocktail hour. They were a Godsend and we couldn't have pulled it off without them. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help and the food was amazing! The cocktail hour displays were beautiful and they were able to accommodate food allergies! I can't recommend them enough!

e provider. We selected a cheese and charcuterie display and oysters for cocktail hour, and then Taco and Cuban food stations for dinner. Everything was displayed in a creative manner and beyond that the food was incredible! The Saltblock team also assisted me in planning and coordination along with connecting me with familiar vendors. Thanks so much Saltblock for the amazing and delicious dining and event experience!

other caterer complained about the inconvenience of having to bring kitchen equipment, Saltblock didn't blink once and agreed to handle everything. They blew past my expectations. Rather than the same old boring catering - we got an amazing 4 course meal made custom just for us. When it was time for our wedding, we requested quote and tastings from several different caterers and it was underwhelming at best. We ended up going back to Saltblock with some less that standard requests and again they agreed to make it happen. They were super straight-forward and never condescending (if you are shopping for caterers you know what I am talking about - the "Im not sure that would be in your budget" comments). Great experience both times and I cant recommend them enough

to say, the chefs and culinary team executed all of our traditional dishes perfectly if not better than I could ever imagine. My wife was surprised at the amount of attention to detail they put into making our night to remember. So if you happen to have the "classic" wedding or "ethnic" wedding, do not be afraid to call Salt Block for any of your needs.

afood that was handled correctly. The knocked it out of the park! We also used them for the rehearsal dinner the night before - which was a family style meal for 50 people at Foundation Coffee. That was another really unique experience my wife put together with them! All in all - awesome experience and cheers to their team.

They are more then a catering company, they are a mobile resteraunt. The quality of food is unmatched. I refer them over and over again and will continue to.
