Salzman & Ashley did the photos for my bat mitzvah , and we knew we wanted to use them for my wedding (originally planned 2020, postponed to 2022). We heard from other 2020 couples how challenging it was to have to postpone, but Cindy made it so simple and easy and we are so grateful for that. We LOVED all the photographers and the videographer. We could tell how artistic Jason is - he worked so hard to set up the perfect shots and he was so relaxed the whole time and that made us relaxed. He made it all work even with the iffy weather and put us at ease. The second photographer Chris was so fun to be around and he was able to keep our spirits high among the stress. He got awesome party shots and showed us funny ones along the way. We were so pleasantly surprised to see the drone and cannot wait to see the video. The videographer was incredibly kind and also set up some great content. Everyone was so patient with our parents and my young niece/nephews, and we all had such a good time. And everyone is blown away with the photos!! Even family members who are very picky about how they look in photos are beyond happy. We cannot recommend Salzman & Ashley enough and are so thankful for them. We cannot wait to work on our album.

Salzman and Ashley were one of the first vendors that my husband and I booked for our wedding and could not be happier with our decision. From the moment we spoke to Cindy, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Our best friends used Robert and Jason for their wedding two years prior and raved about their skills, but it was until we had to move our wedding due to covid that we truly understood how amazing this company was. Cindy always put us at ease and made us feel like we were the only clients they had, answering my trillion questions. The day of the wedding Robert and Jason arrived on time and were nothing but professional. They both made my husband and I feel at ease and SO excited that our day had FINALLY arrived. We worked with Robert and Jason for our May 2nd wedding on Long Island. We just got some teaser photos back and WOW. We are so beyond happy with the work that they put into shooting our wedding. Neither myself nor my fiancé are particularly comfortable in front of the camera, but they made the experience so easy for us and it really shows in the pictures. I really could not have asked for anything better. I would recommend this company over and over again!

Cindy Salzman is amazing to work with. We just got the wedding album from our daughters wedding from 2019. Amazing. This is the second daughters wedding we used Salzman and Ashley. They are professional and the photographers are super great. Our pictures are fantastic. Cindy made sure to get me all our proofs and photos we ordered prior to shutting down in March due to the pandemic. Don’t hesitate to call Cindy. She will steer you correctly even with questions about the wedding itself.

I could not have envisioned working with anyone else during this crazy time. Cindy and Lee treated my family with the utmost respect. We began planning our wedding in a non-covid environment and quickly shifted our plans when the pandemic hit. They were willing to work with us as our needs changed and also gave us advice we didn’t know we needed. They were calming and caring and their perspective meant the world to me. They set us up with the talented photographer Robert Presutti who worked with us to capture the photos of our dream. He took beautiful engagement photos of us and BEAUTIFUL wedding photos. I will be forever grateful to have these special mementos. I would work with them over and over again. I would give them a  glowing recommendation time and time again.

We had a great experience with Salzman and Ashley. Our photographer, Jason, was really responsive to our vision during the engagement shoot and wedding photos. The pictures and video turned out perfectly. Cindy and Lee were really communicative and helpful with the logistics. We would definitely recommend them for future couples!!!

I can’t recommend them enough! Jason was amazing both for our engagement photos and wedding day. He was so easy and enjoyable to work with and the pictures have come out looking better than I could have imagined. BEST VENDOR WE HAD! They were absolutely incredible! From the start, they were so easy to work with. We coordinated everything with Cindy who is incredibly sweet, professional and efficient. She answers all questions quickly and is so wonderful to talk to. After looking at different photographers' sample photos, we chose Jason as our lead photographer. We did an engagement shoot with him and then he did our wedding photos as well. He is incredibly talented and such a nice person.  He came to meet us where we wanted for the photo shoot and was very accommodating regarding the time. For our wedding we had Jason as well as Heather as the photographers and then a crew came as well including Dean, Ray and Lee. The entire team is so incredibly kind, accommodating and efficient. Heather's photos as well as Jason's were beautiful. They are both so talented!! We also hired a videographer through them- Frank was fantastic. We  were supposed to have 7 hours with him but he got there early and started filming an hour before scheduled.  He was great to work with as well. We got the photos  back in 2 weeks! They are so beautiful and overall we are so happy with our decision to choose Salzman & Ashley. They are incredible and I will be highly highly recommending them to friends.

We loved working with Salzman & Ashley. We were able to get so many beautiful photos - and we got them within a month of the wedding. The onsite team was super friendly and accommodating and made sure we got all of the shots on our list.

Being in the world of fashion, I am extremely critical and know exactly what I want - which leads to asking tons of questions. Cindy was there, eager and willing to answer all and put my mind at ease with all my worries. We collaborated through the 8 months of wedding planning and it made me feel so comfortable going into my wedding. She was patient, kind, informative and always there to answer my emails / phone calls promptly. She also wanted to understand MY vision, and asked for reference images of my style in order to pair me with the most appropriate photographer, which she absolutely nailed. It was extremely refreshing and the final images proved that. For my engagement pictures, I kept stressing how much I don’t like getting my picture taken as I feel pretty awkward and she pushed me to use Heather - which was the best decision. Heather was incredible. My pictures came out pretty amazing - I couldn’t say enough nice things. Highly highly recommend Salzman and Ashley and will absolutely use them for future celebrations. The pictures and video are the only physical memory you have from your wedding day, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results.

I called Cindy Salzman at Salzman and Ashley Photographers when trying to select a photographer for my daughter’s wedding. I had at least a million questions concerning the best choice for a photographer, the venue, scheduling of the day, etc.. Cindy immediately put my mind at ease. She explained the everything to me, suggested one of their experienced photographers, and literally walked us through the entire process. up until the day of the wedding. Robert, our photographer, did a wonderful job of taking engagement pictures, as well as covering the wedding, and my daughter and son-in-law were extremely pleased. We all were also very pleased with the videographer that Cindy chose to cover the wedding. Cindy was so accommodating and kind to us. She actually offered to come in to meet with us to select photographs for our albums on a day that the office was normally closed, because she knew we were coming in from out-of-town and were on a tight schedule. Just as she assisted us with coordinating the photographer and videographer at the wedding, she was equally helpful to us when it came time to select the pictures. We all were extremely pleased with Cindy and Salzman and Ashley Photographers. If you are choosing a photographer for your event, do yourself a favor and give Cindy Salzman a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Salzman and Ashley did photography and videography for my wedding on September 1st and it was absolutely wonderful. Jason, the photographer, was amazing to work with! He was so nice and patient, and he is very skilled at his job. He knew exactly the type of photos to take, being creative and artistic in ways we wouldn’t have thought about. The pictures all came out beautiful! The owners, Lee and Cindy, were also extremely nice and great to work with leading up to the day. Highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough good things about Salzman and Ashley!! Photography and videography were my most important vendors for my big day and I am so happy I went with Salzman and Ashley! Cindy was a doll to work with, and was extremely professional from the very beginning. Our photographer, Jason, was very professional and did an amazing job with our engagement shoot. On our wedding day, he came with another photographer, and an assistant. I didn’t have to think or worry about anything! They were very punctual, calm, and professional! We did all the photos before our ceremony and they basically blended in during the reception and did their thing. The same goes for our videographer, who was awesome!! About a week after our wedding, we received a sneak peek of our wedding photos that left me crying tears of joy! The photos were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! About a week after that, we had the online photo gallery and raw video footage and we were blown away! Jason and the rest of the team captured our special day in the such a beautiful way, and we are so thankful for that!!!

The photos came back so quickly (even after receiving a sneak peek a few days later). The day of our wedding, Jason, and his assistant Jenna, blended in and never made me or my husband feel rushed or anxious. They captured every moment perfectly, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Plus, I received the online gallery of all of my photos in about 2 weeks, which is almost unheard of! I cannot thank Jason, Jenna, Cindy, Lee, and the rest of the team at Salzman and Ashley enough for helping my big day run as smoothly as it did! We just received our engagement photos back and we couldn't be happier! One of the interesting things I noticed in the process of selecting a photographer was some of them cap the engagement session at an hour and restrict the days you can shoot these sessions to during the week usually during our work hours. We picked Salzman & Ashley because we felt like they were as invested in our photos and videos as we were. They truly wanted it to be their best product. When coordinating our engagement session with the team, they went above and beyond to work with our schedule. Brian never rushed us during our photoshoot and even agreed to meet us for a sunset shoot starting at 630 so we didn't have to miss work. He never once looked at his watch to time the session. In fact the sunset was so beautiful our session ran for almost 2 hours because we kept finding new locations for great pictures. He made us feel comfortable and suggested poses and welcomed our suggestions! I can't wait to work with him and the team on our wedding day next year!

I can't say enough amazing things about Salzman & Ashley. Cindy was a dream to work with throughout the process and completely understood the vision that we had for our Wedding Day. During our first meeting with Cindy we were immediately drawn to the style of Jason's photography. We just received our pictures from our May 27th wedding and they're nothing short of incredible - truly brining tears to our eyes the first time we saw them. Jason and Jenna were wonderful, made us feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera, and were able to beautifully capture the love, emotion and excitement of our wedding day. Our wedding was July 4th and we just finished selecting our photos since there were so many amazing ones to choose from. This statement is a strong one, since they were dealing with a picky bride, and a groom who hates pictures. Cindy was terrific with us from day one helping us navigate the day, and paired us with the two best photographers we could ever have asked for. Both were perfect for our personalities. Jason, like me is a perfectionist and does not miss a beat. Robert was fun, whimsical, and captured all of the hilarious candid moments, and was a friend to my husband during their pictures together. As the day went on we hardly noticed they were there but they captured all of our perfect moments. We were so grateful to have them share our day with us. Back to Cindy, she has been amazing to work with. Flexible with our requests, and willing to help us out with anything we ask for. We are so happy we chose Salzman & Ashley as our photographers and highly recommend them to every couple!

We just received our wedding photos and are beyond thrilled by how gorgeous they came out!!!! I could never even imagine such stunning photos. Brian and Jason did an amazing job capturing gorgeous, candid photos. Our family photos are just as beautiful, and they made them fun without being too stuffy and formal. They Came to our house beforehand, froze with us at the park, and found all the right angles to make a chilly December day look like a Winter Wonderland. Amazing job. Loved working with them and Cindy from the time we booked them, the engagement shoot, and after the wedding. Cindy did an amazing job coordinating the day and making everything stress free. The entire Salzman and Ashley team were amazing to work with. Starting with Cindy Salzman at our first meeting she was so warm, friendly and very reassuring on any questions I had. Their work is amazing and fit well with the type of photos I wanted for my wedding. The team took the time to go to my venue and check out the best places for photos so on my wedding day there would be no concern on where to take photos. From the moment Carolyn came into the bridal suite she was very calming and took control of what she needed and started snapping away. She was so easy to work with and willing to do ANYTHING for a good shot (and we got so many of them it’s going to be hard to choose). Jason and Frank were both amazing and helped capture so many of the action shots. Using Salzman and Ashley for both photography and videography made everything better since Carolyn, Jason and Frank are used to working together and they all wanted to make sure both the photos and video were amazing. - Thank you Salzman and Ashley!!

You should have an option for ten stars on your site! What can I say about Salzman and Ashley-I just received my album from my daughter's wedding. Tim was our photographer and his expertise in picture taking is evident on every page. He captured every moment beautifully and the album creates a beautiful story of that wonderful day. He was delightful to work with and everyone had fun with him. Cindy Salzman delivered everything she promised. She is professional and very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t have been happier with Salzman & Ashley. Carolyn, Robert and Jason were amazing. They arrived early and were right by our side up to the very end of the evening. This company was a pleasure to deal with! My original wedding date was cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy and they were extremely accommodating during that stressful time! The owners are fabulous and the photographers are so talented. Caroline was my photographer for my engagement photos and my wedding and I absolutely love her and her team. My family has been using Salzman & Ashley for years. The pictures are beautiful. Brian did both our engagement and wedding photos and they are great! He has such an amazing eye for what is going to make a beautiful picture. He even found a spot when we could get a silhouette shot of me and my husband making a heart with our hands, in the middle of the day! We have so many great pictures to choose from, he filled up 2 memory cards! Absolutely the best photographer we could have every asked for!

Salzman and Ashley did a phenomenal job. Our engagement photos came out beautifully. They wee quick and easy to work with on the day of our wedding. Reasonably priced and very prompt and helpful.

The photographers were on time and where we needed them. We received 2 photographers and one of them was very organized and the other frazzled. We also got a videographer which is highly recommended being that the night was a wonderful blur.

Overall I loved salyzman and ashley - they were a pleasure to work with and took great photos

They did not post my proofs on a website. I had to ask them to do so, and then they would only post 150. Moreover, they did not post them to a website such that my guests would be able to purchase the photos via the website. This was very inconvenient. I don't understand why they would not want to make this a part of their standard service - more guests would buy photos if they could view them at their leisure from their personal computers. Moral of the story: don't assume that your photos will be made available for purchase via the web. We got married in 2008, so maybe they have changed their standard practices. Regardless, be sure that you are very specific in the questions you ask them. Other than that, our photos were fantastic and our wedding album is the best I have ever seen.

He made me feel very comfortable and the pictures were beautiful.;Don't assume that your photographer will automatically take a certain shot - If you want a particular photo, you need to speak up!
