Weve hired sam for the month of package. Her service was pretty thorough. We’ve discussed the flow of the wedding and timing of each activity and how long it would take and any oth...
er concerns that I had at the month leading up to the wedding. About 3-4 phone sessions. There was also an in person meeting at the venue but her schedule got tied up last minute so she sent her assistant but honestly I don’t think the assistant did much as there was no note taking when I went over all the details with the assistant and ended up having to discuss the details again with Sam again. Not sams fault but definitely disappointed in her assistant. We got married in church so sam assisted with setting up table items (plates, wedding favors, and programs) at the venue since our church had their own coordinator. Huge help there. Afterwards sam organized and packed stuff that belonged to us versus the venue. She handled the last minute fiasco with our tables and chairs rental service very well. Kudos to sam!
Sam was absolutely amazing throughout the process. I hired her for day of coordinating and she went above and beyond even months before my wedding. She was very attentive to detail...

she aided us in every step of the way. Our wedding was beautiful and I would recommend her to anyone!
We only hired Sam 1 month prior to our wedding and before that I was booking vendors and planning designs for this wedding by myself, and I promise I had no idea what I was doing. ...
When Sam joined in, she made me feel so at ease. She filled in all the gaps that I missed and ensured that all of the details that I overlooked were covered. She took so much off of my plate during that last month. She sorted out all the concerns and challenges even still occurring on the day of the wedding. And she handled these issues with such grace, assuring me that they would be solved without question and allowing me to continue to just enjoy my day without having to stress. And I truly was present my entire wedding day. I enjoyed every minute of it and felt so relaxed and confident that all my visions were coming true. I can’t thank Sam enough. She was like having your best friend plan your wedding. She knew exactly what I needed at each moment and shared this vision with me. I feel so so so lucky to have had her on my team. I can’t thank her enough, so I am recommending her to all future brides/grooms.
