Samantha Courtois

we were done EARLY! They worked their magic and made us all feel so beautiful but also not over the top. Their hair and makeup skills are unmatched and I was truly blown away by their work!

e in a timely fashion. Even though we had last minute changes on location and venues Samantha did not have a problem at all and was so very accommodating. Courtney did my makeup and wow! My makeup and everyone else who got their makeup done lasted all day! Nicole did everyone’s hair and the styles they wanted and she made sure everyone liked the style before they left. They were prompt, professional, and very personable. I will 100% recommend 5 Diamond Salon for anyone looking for a hair and makeup team. And also they are reasonable priced compared to other teams.

. In addition, the girls on the team were so fun and easy to get along with. Could not recommend them any more!!!

hly and efficiently for large bridal party groups. Everyone was so happy with their hair and make up for the wedding. So many compliments too! Definitely recommend Samantha and her team!

verything was just the way I wanted, making changes and adjustments as necessary so that everything would be perfect come wedding day.

my to-do list and they had no issues with that. On my wedding day, 10/19/25 Jaci did my makeup and Samantha did my hair and I actually liked how my hair came out on my wedding day better than in my trial! Jaci didn't do anything wrong, we just made a few adjustments that I really loved on wedding day! I liked that they could be flexible. I did notice that for my trial I got airbrush makeup and since I don't know a lot about makeup, I didn't notice until it was probably too late so I didn't speak up, but they did traditional makeup on me on my wedding day. Also, when I got home, my makeup with kind of cracking/peeling I guess is how I would describe it, which I can't say one way or another if it would have done that with the airbrush or not as I never was sweating on my trial day. Despite my basic skin care routine, I do have seborrheic dermatitis and have recently been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis so this may not have been their fault at all either. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it was extremely difficult to get in contact with them. Everything was done through email, which would be fine except for you get an automatic reply about how busy they are and that you won't get a reply right away. At first I didn't mind much, but the closer it got, if I had questions I just didn't bother because I knew I wouldn't get an answer fast enough. It would have been nice to have a line of communication with someone that would have been faster at least in the month or last couple weeks leading right up to my wedding to be able to ask those questions I had.

veryone looked so beautiful! Thank you 5 Diamond Salon!!

e group of women (in a not so large space) with a wide variety of hair textures, skin tones, and personal style preferences, and they handled everything with such skill. Every single person looked and felt amazing, and were incredibly happy. Additionally, they have been great to communicate with from the beginning. They listened, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. The whole experience was very positive and I could not recommend them enough.

th my hair and makeup looked gorgeous, and I left feeling so confident. On the wedding day at Waterville Valley Resort, Jaci and Shannon were absolute dream team. They brought such great energy and vibes, and my girls loved their hair and makeup too! They are true professionals, friendly, and such a joy to chat with. Jaci did perfect work on my hair and makeup, I wore my hair down, and she expertly created a secure place for my heavy cathedral veil. My hair held up beautifully through the entire ceremony and all of our photos, and my makeup stayed flawless all day and night, even in the summer heat. I only wanted to switch up my lip color, which was super easy, and felt absolutely beautiful thanks to them. I highly recommend 5 Diamond Salon!! Jaci, Shannon, and the team made me and my bridal party feel pampered, confident, and ready to shine!

l the services flawlessly and ahead of schedule, giving us much appreciated time to relax and spend time together on the day. All the girls absolutely loved their hair and makeup, and it held up beautifully through countless rounds of tears and dancing. Do not hesitate for a moment to book 5 Diamond Salon!

b and I was very happy with how I looked! We also had Jazz on the day of to do hair and makeup as I had 7 bridesmaids and my mom also getting ready with us. Even with the larger party, they were really great at keeping up with the schedule and timing, and all my girls were very happy with how their hair and makeup came out! Would highly recommend!

have much interaction with either of the girls beforehand outside of my makeup trial with Sam. They came prepared, on time with a schedule of the day. They were both super patient with myself, all the bridesmaids, and my mother in law while doing hair and makeup. They were both super flexible and completely happy to make any changes needed to ensure that everyone felt great.

to life and were receptive to anything any of the girls wanted to change. They were also incredibly efficient with timing and able to get myself and six other women ahead of schedule. Would absolutely recommend booking 5 Diamond Salon for your wedding day!

ists took everyone's requests and hopes and made them happen. I loved how my hair and makeup turned out on my wedding day. Each stylist was so kind and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend booking them for any hair/makeup needs, especially a wedding day!!

eception. They both did a great job on the rest of my wedding party and were so fun to have with us on the day of. Thank you Sam and Courtney!

ave hope for. I LOVED my hair and makeup and so did the mothers and bridesmaids. She was so helpful at helping me decide what hair and makeup would look best on me and I was not disappointed. I cannot recommend Sam and her company enough!

day hair turned out and all my bridesmaids looked amazing! Samantha is also extremely kind and so easy to work with! I highly recommend 5 Diamond Salon if you are looking for someone for your wedding or special occasion.

Diamond Salon for my haircuts. Highly recommend these ladies.

autiful I've ever felt on my wedding day. As a curly girl, it meant a lot to me to keep my natural hair for my wedding. Sam worked closely with me to incorporate my style and really made my hair dreams come to life (curly extensions and all)!! Courtney was the makeup artist for me and my whole wedding party, and made everyone look stunning. So happy with this choice and highly recommend!

her team!

e lagged behind for the rest of the day --- my MOH had her hairstyle rushed to finish on time. I did ask Samantha to fit someone who was just receiving a blowout later in the day which she did warn me might be pushing the timeline. We had luckily built more time in the day than we needed to for pre-ceremony pictures so we were able to get back on track with time to spare. Our makeup looked natural for many of us who are not regular makeup wearers and I was really pleased with how my hair held up all night long! Would recommend just make sure to add buffer time as its hard to predict how long each person will take!

l so special during my bridal makeup and I am so happy with the final product. Everything stayed on all night, and I felt so beautiful. My bridesmaids, Mom, Aunt, and Mother-In-Law all looked stunning as well! I'd recommend 5 Diamond Salon to any bride in the Massachusetts/New Hampshire area! Thank you again Jaci!

ial and it was absolutely perfect and exactly what I envisioned! I had no doubts that my hair and makeup were going to be amazing! Sam coordinated everything and the timeline worked out great! We had four bridesmaids, two sisters, two flower girls hair, and one mom’s makeup and the timing of the coordination was perfect! Makayla and Courtney showed up on time to our getting ready space and was ready to go! They stayed ahead of the timeline and were so efficient! Our hair and makeup services turned out great and everyone was raving! After they left for the morning, my now husband dislocated and broke his ankle three and half hours before our wedding which turned into a whirlwind of a day, which included tears. My makeup and hair stayed perfect the entire time and I did not require touch-ups after everything that had happened. Everything stayed in place and my bridal party was shocked that my makeup stayed perfect throughout the day! All of this to say, I highly recommend 5 Diamond Salon! They were so fabulous, efficient, and professional! 15/10 stars.

ck to the detailed timeline they put together for us. They were very professional and showed up right on time. Everyone looked and felt beautiful and loved the end look the got. Jaci, Alivia, and Rachael also accommodated various hair and skin types to ensure everyone looked and felt their best. 10/10 recommend booking 5 Diamond Salon for your big day - you won't regret it!

ted hair styles and makeup were executed perfectly. Jaci personally did my hair and makeup and I could tell during my trial this was an area I wouldn’t have to worry about during the morning of the big day. She was very receptive to what I wanted. Having a lot of long, thick hair, she pulled off a low bun updo without making it look like I had a giant ball hanging off my head (an impressive feat). Also not wearing a lot of makeup usually, she was able to do a natural airbrush that made me feel beautiful but still feel like “me”. This company was very professional traveling to my location and communication was always in a timely manner. Sam always responded to emails quickly and was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. Would highly recommend to any bride in the surrounding area.

about their work. I would highly recommend them!

a little frazzled on wedding day. Nicole and Makayla did our hair and makeup and they did an AWESOME job. My bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about their hair and makeup. My wedding was outside and it was super hot but our makeup stayed put all night! I also think they were very reasonably priced and really fun to chat with all morning!

on! They were so accommodating and communicative, adjusting their whole schedule at the last minute to add my mother and my mother in law for both hair and makeup! Jaci and Nicole were both so warm and kind on the day of and did an AMAZING job. One of my bridesmaids who has been in several weddings the past two years said this was the best hair and makeup she'd ever gotten! Jaci and Nicole did such a great job making sure everyone felt special and beautiful. My hair and makeup was everything I wanted and lasted all night on a pretty wild dance floor. They made what could have been a very stressful day so easy and fun!

have thicker, long hair and the updo stayed SO secure I never wanted to take it out. On my wedding day, she and Alivia arrived early and were so professional and organized. While Alivia prepped hair by curling, Samantha looked at everyone's inspiration photos and executed their hairstyles so efficiently and everyone loved how their hair came out! I had 7 bridesmaids and my mom and mother in law get their hair done. Everyone was so happy with how their hair came out and the styles lasted throughout the night. They also had such a calm demeanor that kept everyone at ease and relaxed and having fun while getting ready. I couldn't recommend them enough!

h the salon was thorough and stress free.

keup came out. Even my mom (who wasn't planning on getting her makeup done) decided to get hers done (with airbrush!) and said she felt glamourous and was so happy she chose to do it. The trial was awesome and gave me a great idea of what I wanted, even though I made a few changes on wedding day. Sam made a schedule with a timeline for all bridesmaids hair & makeup which kept things super organized and made the morning flow nicely. She does lots of weddings, so sometimes it took a little longer to hear back via email - but she always does respond! Overall, everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup and I'd recommend Sam and her team to anyone!!

was very responsive and accommodating via email. Highly recommend 5 Diamond Salon for both your hair and makeup needs.

ating a schedule for the morning of the wedding and helping book my trial appointment. I did my hair and makeup trial in person at the salon with Jaci and even with pretty limited guidance on makeup and showing her just a couple hair inspiration photos, she created a look that I really liked! Jaci did all the makeup on my wedding day and Nicole did the majority of the hair. They were an efficient team and arrived early to set up. The bridesmaids and my mom were all happy with how they looked and it was fun and relaxing to get ready together with the whole group at our airbnb. Their fees were affordable and within my budget and I was really happy I chose this salon for my wedding day!

beautiful on my wedding day because of them. Sam was highly responsive to my emails throughout the planning process and helped me feel stress free in the process.

y responsive leading up to the day of my wedding, and the prices were very reasonable. I had a hair and make up trial with Jaci. She was extremely kind and executed my desired “look” perfectly. During my trial, I showed her a picture of various up do’s and she helped create a perfect low bun that worked with my hair length and thickness. I wanted an all natural make up look, and decided to go with the air brush make up. I left my trial feeling so beautiful and knew Jaci would do a great job on the day of my wedding. For the wedding day, Samantha created a time line for my bridal party. This included times each person would be getting their hair and make up done. This was super helpful, and kept things moving on the day of. On my wedding day, our stylists were Jaci and Tiff. Both stylists were extremely efficient and professional. Every girl was so happy with their hair and make up. Jaci far exceeded my expectations with my hair and make up on wedding day! I will definitely be going back to 5 Diamond Salon.

listening to each persons’ specific requests, and tailored services accordingly. When it came time for my services, I voiced some areas from my trial that I wanted to adjust, and they made sure all of those requests were completed. Our wedding day was exceptionally humid and hot (almost 100 degrees), and all hair styles stayed in place and never flattened. I highly recommend 5 Diamonds Salon!

one in less than 4 hours. I was very happy with the results and everyone was stunning. Highly recommend these girls for your wedding day needs!

ad no problems making a change. They were so friendly, easy to talk to, and very speedy – they were ahead of schedule even though there were 11 of us getting ready that morning! Everyone's hair and makeup looked gorgeous.

I loved what she created. She brought such an element of calm to the morning of my wedding (and it was an early morning-my wedding was a noon), and made me and my bridesmaids feel so beautiful! Nicole did a wonderful job with my bridesmaids hair as well! It was even better that they were able to travel to us, and getting ready at my parents house was such a special touch! I would highly recommend 5 Diamond Salon!!

get all of us done in a very timely fashion. The salon put together a detailed timeline for the morning which was super helpful in making sure everyone was ready in time.

e I knew what I wanted. This caused me a lot less stress for my day because my stylist immediately remembered what we were doing. I felt the prices were super fair also! All of my bridesmaids and the moms also felt very well taken care of! Thank you all!!

nd my bridesmaids and I loved how everyone’s hair and makeup turned out!
