On my wedding day, 10/19/25 Jaci did my makeup and Samantha did my hair and I actually liked how my hair came out on my wedding day better than in my trial! Jaci didn't do anything wrong, we just made a few adjustments that I really loved on wedding day! I liked that they could be flexible. I did notice that for my trial I got airbrush makeup and since I don't know a lot about makeup, I didn't notice until it was probably too late so I didn't speak up, but they did traditional makeup on me on my wedding day. Also, when I got home, my makeup with kind of cracking/peeling I guess is how I would describe it, which I can't say one way or another if it would have done that with the airbrush or not as I never was sweating on my trial day. Despite my basic skin care routine, I do have seborrheic dermatitis and have recently been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis so this may not have been their fault at all either. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it was extremely difficult to get in contact with them. Everything was done through email, which would be fine except for you get an automatic reply about how busy they are and that you won't get a reply right away. At first I didn't mind much, but the closer it got, if I had questions I just didn't bother because I knew I wouldn't get an answer fast enough. It would have been nice to have a line of communication with someone that would have been faster at least in the month or last couple weeks leading right up to my wedding to be able to ask those questions I had.

Every single person looked and felt amazing, and were incredibly happy. Additionally, they have been great to communicate with from the beginning. They listened, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. The whole experience was very positive and I could not recommend them enough.

They were both super patient with myself, all the bridesmaids, and my mother in law while doing hair and makeup. Sam worked closely with me to incorporate my style and really made my hair dreams come to life (curly extensions and all)!! Courtney was the makeup artist for me and my whole wedding party, and made everyone look stunning. So happy with this choice and highly recommend!

e lagged behind for the rest of the day --- my MOH had her hairstyle rushed to finish on time. I did ask Samantha to fit someone who was just receiving a blowout later in the day which she did warn me might be pushing the timeline. We had luckily built more time in the day than we needed to for pre-ceremony pictures so we were able to get back on track with time to spare. Our makeup looked natural for many of us who are not regular makeup wearers and I was really pleased with how my hair held up all night long! Would recommend just make sure to add buffer time as its hard to predict how long each person will take!

We had four bridesmaids, two sisters, two flower girls hair, and one mom’s makeup and the timing of the coordination was perfect! Makayla and Courtney showed up on time to our getting ready space and was ready to go! They stayed ahead of the timeline and were so efficient! Our hair and makeup services turned out great and everyone was raving! After they left for the morning, my now husband dislocated and broke his ankle three and half hours before our wedding which turned into a whirlwind of a day, which included tears. My makeup and hair stayed perfect the entire time and I did not require touch-ups after everything that had happened. Everything stayed in place and my bridal party was shocked that my makeup stayed perfect throughout the day! All of this to say, I highly recommend 5 Diamond Salon! They were so fabulous, efficient, and professional! 15/10 stars.

Jaci personally did my hair and makeup and I could tell during my trial this was an area I wouldn’t have to worry about during the morning of the big day. She was very receptive to what I wanted. Having a lot of long, thick hair, she pulled off a low bun updo without making it look like I had a giant ball hanging off my head (an impressive feat). Also not wearing a lot of makeup usually, she was able to do a natural airbrush that made me feel beautiful but still feel like “me”. This company was very professional traveling to my location and communication was always in a timely manner. Sam always responded to emails quickly and was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. Would highly recommend to any bride in the surrounding area.

a little frazzled on wedding day. Nicole and Makayla did our hair and makeup and they did an AWESOME job. My bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about their hair and makeup. My wedding was outside and it was super hot but our makeup stayed put all night! I also think they were very reasonably priced and really fun to chat with all morning!

Jaci and Nicole were both so warm and kind on the day of and did an AMAZING job. While Alivia prepped hair by curling, Samantha looked at everyone's inspiration photos and executed their hairstyles so efficiently and everyone loved how their hair came out! I had 7 bridesmaids and my mom and mother in law get their hair done. Everyone was so happy with how their hair came out and the styles lasted throughout the night. They also had such a calm demeanor that kept everyone at ease and relaxed and having fun while getting ready. I couldn't recommend them enough!

During my trial, I showed her a picture of various up do’s and she helped create a perfect low bun that worked with my hair length and thickness. I wanted an all natural make up look, and decided to go with the air brush make up. I left my trial feeling so beautiful and knew Jaci would do a great job on the day of my wedding. For the wedding day, Samantha created a time line for my bridal party. This included times each person would be getting their hair and make up done. This was super helpful, and kept things moving on the day of. On my wedding day, our stylists were Jaci and Tiff. Both stylists were extremely efficient and professional. Every girl was so happy with their hair and make up. Jaci far exceeded my expectations with my hair and make up on wedding day! I will definitely be going back to 5 Diamond Salon.
