Highly recommend!! I had 9 people that got their hair and makeup done the morning of my wedding and not a single person was disappointed. Everyone looked beautiful and their requested hair styles and makeup were executed perfectly. Jaci personally did my hair and makeup and I could tell during my trial this was an area I wouldn’t have to worry about during the morning of the big day. She was very receptive to what I wanted. Having a lot of long, thick hair, she pulled off a low bun updo without making it look like I had a giant ball hanging off my head (an impressive feat). Also not wearing a lot of makeup usually, she was able to do a natural airbrush that made me feel beautiful but still feel like “me”. This company was very professional traveling to my location and communication was always in a timely manner. Sam always responded to emails quickly and was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. Would highly recommend to any bride in the surrounding area.

I absolutely loved how my makeup and hair turned out for my wedding! All of my girls loved theirs as well. The artists we worked with (Jaci and Sam) were so sweet and really cared about their work. I would highly recommend them!

5 Diamond Salon was recommended by my wedding planner and I'm so happy I hired them! They showed up at our hotel on time and were super efficient despite my bridesmaids and I being a little frazzled on wedding day. Nicole and Makayla did our hair and makeup and they did an AWESOME job. My bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about their hair and makeup. My wedding was outside and it was super hot but our makeup stayed put all night! I also think they were very reasonably priced and really fun to chat with all morning!

The one thing I had trouble finding for my wedding was hair and makeup, and I am SO glad after a long search I found this team! I cannot say enough great things about 5 Diamond Salon! They were so accommodating and communicative, adjusting their whole schedule at the last minute to add my mother and my mother in law for both hair and makeup! Jaci and Nicole were both so warm and kind on the day of and did an AMAZING job. One of my bridesmaids who has been in several weddings the past two years said this was the best hair and makeup she'd ever gotten! I had an amazing experience with Samantha and the 5 Diamond Salon team! During my trial I showed Samantha inspiration photos and she executed my dream hairstyle on the first try! I have thicker, long hair and the updo stayed SO secure I never wanted to take it out. On my wedding day, she and Alivia arrived early and were so professional and organized. While Alivia prepped hair by curling, Samantha looked at everyone's inspiration photos and executed their hairstyles so efficiently and everyone loved how their hair came out! I had 7 bridesmaids and my mom and mother in law get their hair done. Everyone was so happy with how their hair came out and the styles lasted throughout the night. They also had such a calm demeanor that kept everyone at ease and relaxed and having fun while getting ready. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Jace and Courtney were on time, professional, and did an amazing job on our hair and makeup. They made sure we were all happy with how we looked before finishing. Communication with the salon was thorough and stress free.

Sam and her team are AMAZING at what they do! I'm not one to wear a lot of make/like the way getting my makeup done looks - but I couldn't have been happier with how my hair and makeup came out. Even my mom (who wasn't planning on getting her makeup done) decided to get hers done (with airbrush!) and said she felt glamourous and was so happy she chose to do it. The trial was awesome and gave me a great idea of what I wanted, even though I made a few changes on wedding day. Sam made a schedule with a timeline for all bridesmaids hair & makeup which kept things super organized and made the morning flow nicely. She does lots of weddings, so sometimes it took a little longer to hear back via email - but she always does respond! Overall, everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup and I'd recommend Sam and her team to anyone!!

I'm so happy I found 5 Diamond Salon and booked their services for hair and makeup for myself and by bridal party! Samantha was very responsive and helpful via email, including creating a schedule for the morning of the wedding and helping book my trial appointment. I did my hair and makeup trial in person at the salon with Jaci and even with pretty limited guidance on makeup and showing her just a couple hair inspiration photos, she created a look that I really liked! Jaci did all the makeup on my wedding day and Nicole did the majority of the hair. They were an efficient team and arrived early to set up. The bridesmaids and my mom were all happy with how they looked and it was fun and relaxing to get ready together with the whole group at our airbnb. Their fees were affordable and within my budget and I was really happy I chose this salon for my wedding day!

We had Sam and Makayla to do our hair and make up on my wedding day and they were incredibly flexible, experienced, and kept up with the timeline they created. 5 Diamond Salon was recommended to me by a coworker who is a regular client at the salon. Samantha is the owner and helps to coordinate for your wedding day. The salon was extremely responsive leading up to the day of my wedding, and the prices were very reasonable. I had a hair and make up trial with Jaci. She was extremely kind and executed my desired “look” perfectly. During my trial, I showed her a picture of various up do’s and she helped create a perfect low bun that worked with my hair length and thickness. I wanted an all natural make up look, and decided to go with the air brush make up. I left my trial feeling so beautiful and knew Jaci would do a great job on the day of my wedding. For the wedding day, Samantha created a time line for my bridal party. This included times each person would be getting their hair and make up done. This was super helpful, and kept things moving on the day of. On my wedding day, our stylists were Jaci and Tiff. Both stylists were extremely efficient and professional. Every girl was so happy with their hair and make up. Jaci far exceeded my expectations with my hair and make up on wedding day! I will definitely be going back to 5 Diamond Salon.

We had Courtney and Makayla as hair and make up stylists! They were both very kind, and attentive and ended up running ahead of schedule which was awesome! They did a great job of listening to each persons’ specific requests, and tailored services accordingly. When it came time for my services, I voiced some areas from my trial that I wanted to adjust, and they made sure all of those requests were completed. Our wedding day was exceptionally humid and hot (almost 100 degrees), and all hair styles stayed in place and never flattened. I highly recommend 5 Diamonds Salon!

Samantha and the whole 5 Diamond Salon were wonderful to work with. The team is fast and efficient. We had 8 for hair and 6 for make up the morning of my wedding and the team was done in less than 4 hours. I was very happy with the results and everyone was stunning. I had my hair and makeup trial in December but decided to change my hair come June for the wedding day and they were quick to pivot and had no problems making a change. They were so friendly, easy to talk to, and very speedy – they were ahead of schedule even though there were 11 of us getting ready that morning! Everyone's hair and makeup looked gorgeous.

5 Diamond Salon did such an incredible job with my wedding hair and makeup! I worked specifically with Jaci for my hair/makeup. She was so kind during the trial, really making sure I loved what she created. She brought such an element of calm to the morning of my wedding (and it was an early morning-my wedding was a noon), and made me and my bridesmaids feel so beautiful! Nicole did a wonderful job with my bridesmaids hair as well! It was even better that they were able to travel to us, and getting ready at my parents house was such a special touch! I worked with Courtney and Nicole for my wedding hair and makeup and they did an amazing job! I had 6 bridesmaid and 2 moms who all did their hair and makeup and they were able to get all of us done in a very timely fashion. The salon put together a detailed timeline for the morning which was super helpful in making sure everyone was ready in time.

Can’t recommend 5 Diamond Salon enough! They were the first salon I contacted and I knew right away I’d use them. What really sold me was that they offered me 2 trials, to make sure I knew what I wanted. This caused me a lot less stress for my day because my stylist immediately remembered what we were doing. 5 Diamond Salon was fantastic on our wedding day! The MUA (Makayla) and hairstylist (Nicole) showed up promptly and ready to work, and everyone loved how their hair and makeup came out! They both had a positive and sunny attitude, and I could tell they truly love what they do. The process went so smoothly that we actually had down time between finishing up hair/makeup and final touch ups! The salon owner, Sam, was a bit difficult to get in touch with, as during their busy season, they are not in the salon and are only available via e-mail. This resulted in some miscommunication the month before our wedding, which was a bit stressful. Regardless, I was impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with the 5 Diamond Salon staff on my wedding day! Mikayla and Jaci were amazing - they helped us stay on (ahead, actually) of schedule and their calm energy really made the morning extra enjoyable. I had a couple of tweaks I wanted to make to my hair and makeup from my trial and they both made the looks come together better than I had imagined. Can't recommend this team enough!

Wonderful Stylists! My stylists, Makayla & Rachael, did a great job for my wedding day hair and make up! They listened to the changes I wanted to make from my trial and adjusted with ease. They cranked through all of my bridesmaids and everyone was done ahead of schedule! They were happy to hear anyone out on something they didn’t like and adjust to each persons’ taste. The owner was hard to get a hold of for communication. She only replies to emails once a week and will not answer the phone or call you. This resulted in almost a month going by while I awaited confirmation that my date was booked. Luckily everything ended up working out for the big day. Makayla & Rachel really made up for the other vexing moments.

Nicole was amazing at hair, and braiding, which all my bridesmaids wanted and LOVED! Jaci did most makeup and listened to everyone's preferences and everyone was obsessed with their makeup. They came to us for both hair & makeup for 7 women (including me) and were efficient, fun to work with, and so skilled. On the day of she was not only very timely and efficient in getting everyone ready on time but she also really listened to every bridesmaid’s hair requests. We hired 5 Diamond Salon for our wedding and I was SO happy we did! I had my trial with Janna who did an AMAZING job, and then the day of the wedding we were lucky to have Sam, Rachael, and Kari. We had 12 people getting beautified and these ladies came right on time, got set up and were super organized and efficient the entire day. We even finished early which I was pleasantly surprised with! Everyone was so pleased with how their hair and makeup came out; these women are so talented, friendly, and professional. My hair and makeup artist, Jaci, saved my wedding day! I got married at the summit of Mount Sunapee in the wind and rain and my hair and makeup held up through it all and looked just as amazing as when it was just applied! Once my hair dried no one could even tell I had been out in the rain, and my makeup never smudged. I got so many compliments from people who couldn’t believe how good it still looked. All of my bridesmaids felt the same way! I was so amazed and relieved when I looked in the mirror after the ceremony and everything still looked so great. My only complaint is that communication was slightly delayed leading up to the day of. I always got a response even if it took a couple days. My trial and day of makeup and hair was amazing and everything was so affordable!

5Diamond Salon is amazing. I am very outdoorsy and wanted a simple, natural makeup look and they nailed it. I was super happy with how me and my bridesmaids looked. They were super flexible with our schedule and headcount, showed up right on time, and finished ahead of schedule. Jaci and Courtney were great and I cant recommend them enough.

Nicole at 5 Diamond Salon did an excellent job on my wedding day! My bridal party, MOB and MOG all have very different hair types and lengths, and Nicole still did an awesome job on every one and stayed on schedule. Everyone was free to pick their own style and Nicole did a great job replicating the photos she was shown. She was a pleasure to work with and we all were laughing the entire time! As the bride, I decided on a very different look than what we went with for my trial. My hair couldn’t have come out better on my special day. She’s very responsive as well which I really appreciated as I wanted to make sure changing my mind on the look wouldn’t be a surprise to her. She even went out and bought a special comb to help make my hair look exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat!

I was so so so happy with my hair and make-up! I hardly ever wear make-up and Makayla worked with me to find a natural and beautiful look. She did the hair for all the bridesmaids and everyone was very happy with their different and beautiful hairstyles. My hair and make-up lasted the whole night with lots of dancing in August heat. I did the make-up trial even though I was skeptical and it was definitely worth it! It was a good opportunity to try new things and I loved how Makayla incorporated the changes I wanted into the wedding day style. Would 100% recommend 5 Diamond Salon- everyone looked amazing!!!

I hired 5 Diamond Salon to do hair and makeup for my 6 bridesmaids and I. Nicole and Court were so friendly and fun that morning! Our hair came our perfect. Nicole even made some minor adjustments from what we did at the trial to keep my updo in throughout the dancing. My bridesmaids loved their makeup. I got airbrush and it just didn't seem to look as "flawless". I was disappointed about the lashes. Most of our lashes came off within hours of them being applied. We actually had to go out and buy more eyelash glue to keep them on throughout pictures.

Samantha was great to work with during the wedding planning process. Plans changed due to COVID and she was very accommodating. Her top stylist, Jaci did my makeup and hair along with 5 other family members hair and everyone was very pleased! She was very personable and made the experience fun. She did a fantastic job finding the right balance and making me look and feel like a beautiful bride. On the second hottest day of the year my makeup remained intact the entire night! Her and Nicole did a great job with my hair and all of my bridesmaids hair. I have A LOT of hair and even added extensions Makayla took her time to make sure every piece was perfect! They were professional, made sure we were all taken care of and happy throughout the day.

Amazing! Samantha, the owner of 5 Diamond Salon, was so helpful throughout the hair trial and wedding hair process. I was struggling with how I wanted my wedding hair and she accommodated multiple hair trial appointments to help me work through it. Not only did she help me in this way, but she is so talented. She can literally recreate any photo you give or she can take an idea and translate into a beautiful hair style. Samantha and her team were so great to work with! I had a morning wedding ceremony, and she was willing to work on myself, my bridesmaids, and my mom's hair and makeup in the very early hours of the morning. They were right on time showing up, and finished right on time too! I couldn't believe how fast the two of them worked, and everyone's hair and make up came out fantastic!! They listened to exactly what the girls asked for, and it was so much fun working with them! I'm so happy I chose to work with them for my wedding!

i can't say enough wonderful things about 5 Diamond Salon. the entire staff are incredibly talented and knowledgeable, and will make you feel and look absolutely stunning for your wedding! make up: we booked our make-up trials with Courtney and couldn't have been happier by the end of the session. we booked her for our wedding knowing that she'd make us look flawless and she certainly didn't disappoint. hair: i've got a fairly short pixie cut and because of that i was worried that i wouldn't look as glamorous as i wanted. i mean, how much can you really do with hair that's 2-3 inches long and buzzed? Nicole 100% knocked it out of the park. when she was done with my hair, i felt like i had just stepped off a hollywood movie set. it was breathtaking. for my wife, her hair is even shorter than mine. while she didn't need her hair done the day of our wedding, Jason (the barber) did a superb job in the months leading up to the big day working with her to ensure that her hair looked perfect for her walk down the aisle. (spoiler alert; it did!) the entire process, from booking trials to the day-of was seamless and effortless. and i really appreciated that Sam sent a detailed day-of schedule so we could keep track of who was being worked on when. with 2 brides, 6 bridesmaids and 2 mom's, the team of 4 certainly had their hands full but everyone's hair and make up came out flawless! 10/10 will recommend 5 Diamond Salon to everyone i know! you won't be disappointed. (and hey, maybe you'll find your new hair stylist & barber in the process like we did!)

5 Diamond Salon was incredible to work with on our wedding day. The booking process was so easy and scheduling for the day of was a breeze. We extra complicated things having two brides who didn't want to see each other but Makayla and Courtney were fabulous. They were extremely professional and fun to work with. We went in with some ideas for hair and makeup and we could not have been more thrilled with the results, especially the hair!!! We highly recommend using 5 Diamond Salon you won't be disappointed.

5 Diamond Salon was a great salon to work with because they do hair & make-up! The girls were willing to travel. They were on time, friendly and enthusiastic about their work. They were able to complete seven women with hair and make-up with time to spare before the ceremony! Courtney and Makayla are highly recommended!

Rachael and Nicole were absolutely amazing both for my trial and on actual wedding day! They were so fun to hang out with during the whole process, held conversations, and most of all did a beautiful job on myself and all of my girls! Amazing! Samantha and Jaci did a better job than I ever could have imagined! They were professional, easy going, and so talented! They did hair and makeup for me, my mother, my six bridesmaids, and my four year old flower girl. They have mastered time management and actually finished everything early. The whole experience was relaxed and stress free. Samantha had no problem incorporating flowers into everyone's different hairstyles. Everyone loved their hair and makeup and could not say enough good things about the whole experience. Samantha is very professional. She has a positive demeanor but does not interrupt your time with your girls during your special day. My bridesmaids wanted a wide spectrum of hairstyles, from soft curls, to braided looks, to updos. Samantha executed them all flawlessly. It could not have been more perfect!

We worked with Samantha and Jaci for our Waterville Valley wedding. They are absolutely phenomenal. I knew from the moment we decided to work together that I'd be in the most perfect hands. My bridal hair and makeup trial was so great, Samantha perfectly captured my vision immediately and Jaci gave me a beautiful look and made sure that we tried out different types of lipstick and lighting to see how the look would photograph on the actual day. For the wedding, I had a larger group of women getting hair and makeup done (me, plus five bridesmaids, two sisters, two moms, and 2 flower girls = 12 ladies) and was worried about timing. Jaci and Samantha were pros, not only did we start at a reasonable hour (thank goodness!) but they were machines, getting everyone in and out of their chairs quickly and efficiently allowing us plenty of time to get ready, take photos and get out the door. Because of them, the getting-ready process was fun and stress-free - exactly what you want! My friends, family, and I all looked so stunning. I couldn't get over how beautiful everyone looked. Even better, hair and makeup stayed flawless all night! Thank you, Samantha and Jaci!! We loved working with you!

5 Diamond salon was amazing! Sam was super easy to communicate and coordinate with. Her team did hair and makeup for my wedding party consisting of 9 ladies. They were timely and efficient and everyone looked stunning! You can’t beat their pricing. Would highly recommend them!

I was lucky enough to come across 5 Diamond Salon and specifically Jaci. She did my make up trial and by chance had time to do a hair trial which both turned out amazing! On the day of the wedding Jaci and Nicole came to do our hair and make up. They were both so pleasant and wonderful to work with. I was nervous about how many people they had to do but they actually finished with time to spare. The hair and make up came out beautiful! I made last minute changes to my hairstyle and makeup and Jaci was so flexible and made it all happen. I can't recommend them enough

Sam and her crew at 5 Diamond Salon were impeccable and SO talented. They made myself, my finacee, and our large group of bridesmaids look absolutely stunning for the wedding. They were also extremely accommodating with working with our schedules for our trials. We appreciated how punctual and efficient they worked on the day of the wedding. I cannot recommend 5 Diamond Salon enough. I worked with Samantha leading up to my wedding and Makayla did bridal makeup and makeup for two mothers and six bridesmaids. Samantha was incredibly responsive throughout my planning process and only became more so as we drew closer to the wedding. I met with Makayla months before the wedding for a makeup trial and knew we were in good hands! Makayla travelled to the bridal suite, was early, and felt like one of the girls all morning long. She was exceptionally professional listening to every girls wishes while keeping to the timeline. Her work was absolutely stunning! I felt comfortable all day long and looked like a queen. I cannot thank Samantha and Makayla enough for the ease of planning and flawless execution.

If you're looking for a salon to accommodate a large group I highly recommend 5 Diamond Salon! With a total of 16 bridesmaids/family members who needed hair and/or makeup done for an early afternoon wedding I found that many salons made me feel like I had too many people and I'd be pressed to find someone without going way over budget ... until I found Samantha and her team! From the first moment I reached out she was excited to say yes and put the best plan in place to start my wedding day off smoothly. We got ready in the salon and there was plenty of room to hang out, eat breakfast, and enjoy mimosas. I don't get done-up often and was worried about looking too different on my wedding day, but Samantha made me feel beautiful and also 100% myself. My bridesmaids were stunning (exceptional braids) and I've never seen my mom feel so confident and happy with her look, which was the best feeling in the world for me! Absolutely recommend!

5 Diamond Salon was excellent for our hair and makeup. They were right on time and very professional. No one felt rushed (we were even ahead of schedule!) and both team members were very receptive to everyone's ideas. 5 Diamond Salon was also great for the trial - I ended up going with the same look, but it was helpful to see what it would look like and make sure it was what I wanted.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with 5 Diamond Salon. Sam and Jaci were on time, efficient and super helpful. We ran a bit off schedule and they still managed to finish 15 minutes before the original end time and were able to quickly change up the order with no issues. They were flexible and accommodating. I was told by each bridesmaid that their hair and makeup looked "exactly like the picture" they had given them. As the bride, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and with a few ideas, they were able to put together a wonderful hairstyle that I was very happy with. My makeup was also done exactly how I had imagined. Not too light but not too dark. I highly recommend this team to do your hair and makeup!
