I hired Samantha on thumbtack.com, without knowing much about her work or style. From the beginning, Samantha was responsive and upfront regarding costs and expectations. She set u...p a trial run for my makeup, took photos of my look, asked for feedback, and did not settle until I was 100% happy. I'm a bit particular about my makeup, and I felt comfortable with letting Samantha know what I liked and what I wanted to change. She never made me feel like I was too picky or asking too much. If anything, she saw the feedback as a way to make me feel even prettier. She did 8 peoples' makeup on the wedding day, with no issues in timing. Every person loved their look and felt like she made them the best version of themselves. Beyond her work ethic, Samantha is also super sweet, chill, and exactly the kind of person you want around on a busy wedding day. She was more than I could have ever expected. You won't go wrong with Samantha.
