ng, but enjoyed the day and the planning was manageable because she is so good about keeping you on schedule and helping with decision making during the process. There were countless times I asked her about when a payment was due, or about a specific detail of a vendor contract and she would have an answer for me in minutes because she is just so organized. I had a very broad idea of what I may want the wedding to be like, but I could not have created a full image of the wedding or brought it to life without her help. We had originally planned our wedding for 2023, but about 6 months before our scheduled wedding we unexpectedly had to postpone it by an entire year. Samara helped us reschedule with all of our vendors and we were able to replan the wedding without much issue because she was so helpful. She's easy to talk to, responsive, organized, calm and if you're someone like me who has a hard time making decisions, she's a great sounding board. Her and her team handled every detail on the day of and it was truly perfect. We are so grateful for all of her help and her friendship. All I can say is if you're getting married, you'd be lucky to have her!

My partner and I were initially clueless about where to start and didn't have a clear vision beyond wanting a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Samara completely understood our vibe and worked closely with us to create the wedding of our dreams. Both of us have demanding jobs and limited time for planning, but Samara was incredibly accommodating, meeting with us in the evenings or during lunch. In the early stages, she helped us identify potential vendors and even pre-screened some to narrow down our choices. Her recommendations, especially our DJ, were spot on – many guests said it was the best DJ they had ever experienced! Throughout the process, Samara was always thoughtful and considerate. She provided professional insights while reassuring us that every decision was ours to make. She asked questions we hadn’t even thought of, ensuring every detail was perfect. As the wedding day approached, Samara kept in touch with all our vendors and coordinated final meetings for us to ensure that we were on the same page. She also created and communicated a detailed schedule of events with input from each vendor. Thanks to her meticulous planning, the day went so smoothly that we ended up ahead of schedule – can you believe it? During the wedding weekend, we felt extremely at ease because we knew we were in good hands with her. She tackled a stormy weekend, a no-show vendor (which we didn’t even know about until the next day!), and surely many more challenges that we didn't even hear about because she cared so much about making our day stress free and perfect. There’s so much more we could say, but to sum it up: Samara sets the standard for wedding planners. She is everything you could possibly need and more. We wholeheartedly encourage you to book her – you won’t regret it!

She followed up with some of our less responsive vendors (i.e., transportation) to make sure everything was taken care of. While she can’t control the weather or stop your crazy uncle from falling on the dance floor, she can just about do everything under the sun. We went with Samara for one of her less involved packages and one of the things I just kept saying was, “I wish I found you sooner, I wish I involved you sooner” and it’s so true because I would have gone the extra miles right then and there if I found her at the beginning. I originally took a lot of the planning on myself because I had a specific plan I thought I could execute on my own because I didn’t trust anyone and I had worked a lot of events with my mom. Especially because I had an out of state wedding, I wish I found her at the beginning of my journey. I’m telling you from the first conversation with Samara it was effortless. She goes the extra mile just because she values this day just as much as you do. She cares about every detail. She thinks about things you would have never even considered. She reviews every contract. She talks to people you don’t want to. One of the most important things you don’t consider in this process is decision fatigue—especially towards the end. She takes that pain away, and she keeps your mission and vision at the forefront all the way through. When every other vendor shows up and does their thing and gets to showcase it, she’s the one making sure all of them are doing the job you paid them for in the way you need it done. She fills in the cracks and is somehow everywhere the whole time. She is the one silently orchestrating the chaos she doesn’t let you see. She’s the one fluffing your dress right before you walk down the aisle and making sure your husband to be is wearing his boutonnière for the first look. I could go on forever and exhaust the amount of characters I’m allowed on a review. Simply put, she’s one of the best decisions you could make. I implore you to take the leap and trust, she is worth it because you both are worth it and deserve the best day you could possibly have.
