This review is way overdue but it's better late than never! Samba Novo performed for my dad's surprise 80th birthday party on January 28th, 2023 & all I can say is wow wow wow! I wanted to make it extra special & make it a very memorable one. I knew I wanted to have Samba dancers at his party. I was doing a search for Samba dancers & I came across Samba Novo. I contacted them and spoke to the Director, Mr. Ron DeFrancesco. After speaking with him back and forth a couple of times, reading reviews seeing videos and pictures, I was excited & looking forward to their performance. Seeing them on video & in pictures is one thing but having them perform at a party for you is something words cannot describe.From how they entered the room playing the drums to their whole ensemble the Samba dancers costumes, (which was so colorful & beautiful) the drummers, the Capoeira dancers it was all truly mesmerizing. And the interaction they had with all the guests there from dancing with them taking pictures with them just so delightful nice fun & entertaining. It was just mind blowing. They we're all very nice, professional, happy and just delightful. Ron Defrancesco ( director/founder) performed as well & he and his group of drummers, the beats that they performed shook the whole room. You could feel the energy from the drums, the dancers & performance go through your bones. I highly highly recommend Samba Novo. Below is their website & telephone number. AMAZING! These dancers performed at the end of my daughter's wedding reception and WOW-ed every one of our guests! Their costumes were authentic and beautiful, and they were extremely skilled at dancing and performing!!!

The Samba Novo dance troupe and drummers were definitely the highlight of my wedding! I’m Brazilian and had a high standard for these dancers, but they exceeded my high expectations! Their performance was jaw-dropping and to this day (6 weeks after my wedding) every one of my guest still comments on what an incredible addition the samba dancing was to our party!
