ah! i don't even know where to start with sami besides - literally look no further. Wedding Photography was a top priority for me and my husband - and it was super important to find someone with high quality work with the bright/light and airy look while representing us well as a couple, and making us feel comfortable. I searched Indiana photographers, and browsed Instagram and the wedding wire until i found Sami. You could tell from her blog how gorgeous her images were and how sweet she was from the way she wrote. At our engagement session she made us feel so comfortable right off the bat. She gave us great suggestions on where to go we went to Coxhall Gardens in Carmel at 6AM for the morning golden hour glow on a hot June day. She gave us sneak peaks within hours – incredible turnaround and left us dying to get more. She sent our gallery way before her quote time and it was better than i could have imagined. When it came to the wedding day, she stayed in touch on timelines and gave suggestions whenever I reached out. She always had the best ideas and advice while providing quick communication. Wedding planning can get stressful, but when Sami arrived on wedding day I knew everything would be perfect because I trusted her with everything and knew we would be able to relive our wedding day over and over with her work. And of course – In Sami fashion- she delivered the most beautiful sneak peak before midnight of wedding day and a beautiful blog with 100 images a few days later. Our full gallery within TEN days!! If that’s not incredible service, idk what is. Most brides don't get their full album for at least a month! Each image is perfection and I’m so thankful for her. I could go on and on and on about how talented, sweet and amazing Sami is…but if you’re looking for someone to capture your special day or any special moment perfectly – Sami is your girl! We cant wait to have her capture many more life moments together in the future because she also has incredible lifestyle, family and newborn work!

If I could give Sami more than 5 stars, I would. She made sure we had lasting memories for years to come. She was on time, accommodating and super helpful. We met a couple of weeks before to talk about a timeline and she was very knowledgeable with how we should create the timeline of the day. When the day came, she was everything we could have wanted and more! Her and her second shooter, Maggie did it all. She got a sneak peak to us TWO DAYS after the wedding and the whole gallery was back in less than two weeks. If I could do it all again, I would pick Sami over and over again! :)

I HIGHLY recommend Sami! Her pictures are incredible and she manages to catch every detail. All of her pictures are incredibly soft and romantic. She takes care of everything, she even gave my groomsmen snacks after they were complaining about being hungry! My husband absolutely loved the engagement shoot and was SO grateful that Sami recommended doing a first look on our wedding day. It absolutely eased all of his nerves! He is not a planner or detail person, and he has already mentioned how he wants to do a newborn shoot with her when we eventually have kids. Sami is absolutely incredible in every way and you will be SO happy with the images. Thanks Sami!!

They have a light, airy, and romantic look thanks to the coloring and framing techniques that she uses. But equally important, Sami will make your whole day a little brighter with her bubbly and genuine personality. She’s positive, organized and can stick to a schedule without making anyone feel rushed. It’s not surprising that she was a classroom teacher for several years! She has a talent for connecting with new people, and will make everyone feel comfortable and confident about getting their pictures taken (including your wedding guests). Sami is awesome! She communicates efficiently throughout the whole wedding planning process and makes sure you know what to expect. Her services and pricing are transparent and easy to understand. She is detail oriented and will make recommendations for even non-photography related questions. She's creative and truly loves what she does!

I highly recommend Sami, as she is a wonderful photographer, which is clear when you see her work, but she is so much more than just a photographer. We hired Sami about a year before our wedding, and throughout the year, she stayed in touch to see how we were doing and to see if we had any questions. Planning a wedding can be quite stressful, and Sami was so helpful in answering any questions we had and making suggestions. Before the wedding Sami created a day-of timeline which was so helpful for us, and it was nice to be able to let our family and wedding party know what was going on throughout the day. She even took the time to meet with us before the wedding to go over the timeline and make sure she knew what shots were most important for us. She and her assistant were so helpful the day of our wedding, and it truly felt like we were working with friends rather than someone we hired to photograph our special day. Sami captured so many special moments before and during our ceremony and reception, and all of our family, bridal party, and bride and groom portraits are wonderful! I cannot recommend Sami Renee Photography enough, and I would absolutely hire her again!

Once you look at Sami's photos it is clear how talented of a photographer she is!! But she is also so great to work with! So many people told me on our wedding day how great they thought she was with both capturing every special moment and keeping people organized. Sami is not only a great photographer, but a great business woman. She is always looking for ways to make her business even better and does everything in her power to make sure you'll have the best photos! For example, she provided us with a gorgeous guide that she created herself to help us prepare for both engagement and wedding pictures so we knew what to expect and had tips for us to get the best photos. Sami is also organized, responsive, and so on top of everything! She regularly checked in with me throughout our engagement to see if we had any questions or needed anything. She also prepared a timeline for the day and shot list to make sure all the photos we wanted were captured. It was so nice to have a vendor I knew I could trust from the start. I also love her extra touches like posting a picture soon after the shoot and having the sneak peek blog posts that we can easily share. You also get access to all the pictures through a personalized website. Obviously, I highly recommend Sami!

Sami is AMAZING! She is such a joy to work with and her photos are gorgeous! We had so much fun during our engagement session and she made us feel so comfortable. Leading up to our wedding, Sami was organized and didn't miss any details. On the day of our wedding she was so supportive and willing to adapt to any situation. It rained the day of our wedding and she came prepared with cute umbrellas for fun rain photos. All of her photos captured our day and our personalities so well. I would highly recommend Sami!

Sami photographed my daughter's wedding a few weeks ago. I can't say enough about her. She is so professional, easy to work with, and most importantly, talented. I am so grateful we found Sami while planning our wedding! I stumbled across her website when searching for someone to take our engagement photos. I shot her an email and the rest is history! We were SO pleased with the beautiful fall photos she captured on campus at our college alma mater. She even worked with us to reschedule a day earlier when the forecast was calling for rain on the Saturday we had scheduled. Sami quickly had our session posted on her blog, which we were able to share with family and friends. She does an incredible job with her social media also. We loved seeing our sneak peeks on Facebook and Instagram! She communicated back and forth with me regularly leading up to our wedding, and coordinated a wedding timeline that worked perfectly for us. From getting ready to family formals to the "Golden Hour" photos she took at sunset - she did such an amazing job capturing our special day. We are SO happy with ALL of our wedding photos. Did I mention how incredibly sweet she is?? Sami is so chipper and fun to be around - We always felt so comfortable around her! I can not say enough about Sami. I seriously can't say enough good things about my experience with Sami Renee Photography. Sami is an absolute joy to work with! She truly cares about making the day special for you, and because of that she really helps make the day as stress-free as possible. From the moment I first contacted Sami, I knew we'd get along great. She was responsive, sweet, and really excited to work with my husband and me. She really takes the time to get to know you (with questions, an engagement session, and meetings) prior to your big day, so she knows exactly what you want and need on your big day. She helped plan out our timeline to ensure we got all the pictures we wanted and even accommodated some silly requests (stopping at a bar for some fun pictures, some interesting pictures of my husband and his fraternity brothers, etc). She was willing to do whatever we wanted and made the day even more fun! And the pictures we got were awesome. High quality and SO many to choose from. She really captured every single moment for us and I feel so lucky to be able to relive the day through her gorgeous photos whenever I want. Not only would I recommend Sami, but I plan to use her again in the future when I'm in need of a photographer!

I can't recommend Sami enough. She was easy to work with for scheduling and made it easy for a couple of people who aren't models to pose for professional photographs. Most importantly, her work is phenomenal. Our photographs were featured by several bridal boutique instagrams as well as the designer of my wife's dress. Sami has an incredible talent for capturing genuine smiles, the sweetest looks, and beautiful details! Where do I even start?? Sami is one of the most talented photographers I know! On top of that, she's genuinely super nice and easy going!
